hey buddy,
You should know what error code 7 means. It means that the data (present in the phone) is incompatible with the ROM you're trying to install.
What should you do ?
Try wiping up the data and cache and dalvik cache then install the ROM
Try wiping up system along with data and cache and dalvik cache, then install the ROM

Follow this
-First and the foremost point, remove any kind of security/screen locks. Remove all the fingerprints & set the lock screen lock to none.
- Flash latest Stock Oreo build, along with it's firmware.
- Download latest build & gapps.
- Boot into latest TWRP.
- Wipe system, cache & data.
- Flash the ROM & TWRP installer.
- REBOOT BACK TO RECOVERY & flash gapps
- Reboot and ENJOY

It won't. I recommend using the Russian Twrp from 4pda.
So I don't wipe anything then flash it(don't wipe system)
After flashing clear cache and dalvic cache
Is this twrp the ' Russian fix one '

Search for twrp-3.3.1-2-davinci.zip from brigudav. If you are flashing MIUI 11 Android version 9 (11.0.2.0 PFJEUXM), you don't need to wipe anything, just cache afterwards.

Stuck on logo screen when installing any Lineage based rom

So yesterday I'm trying to flash Pixel Experience custom rom on my Galaxy S7 Edge Exynos and I'm using floyd rom v4, so i flashed it and it's successful but i can't get passed google logo screen and it stuck for way too long. Then i tried to flash lineage os 17.1 and this time it got to Lineage logo but then it boot back to recovery. I tried adb sideload to install it that also didn't work, in the end i tried flashing floyd rom v5 and that worked beautifully. Can anyone help me as i really want to experience the Pixel experience. Oh and I'm using TWRP 3.4.0.
are you flashing gapps afer the rom?

Its a S7 Edge Exynos 8890, So I boot into recovery mode, wipe data, cache and delvik cache, and install the rom along with magisk(pixel experience rom already included gapps). Here's the rom thread; https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...lte-pixel-experience-aosp-2020-01-09.4040463/

Yep, you format both, especially going from one ROM to another.
Data is your personal settings, app stuff etc,
System is the operating system (To put it simply).
If you have old ROM files leftover in the system folder, when you flash a new one they will conflict with each other.
It needs to be a clean install

folders to format when swapping from one rom to another (oneui samsung rom to aosp, or different aosp to aosp):
dalvik
cache
data
system
when you are on an aosp rom, and are updating the same rom to a newer version, you can normally get away without wiping data
