Hello guys,

-IMEI is fine as far is i know. its still showing up in settings.
Anything else that can cause this kind of problem?

Hello,

I'm from Portugal and yes its true, what was the point of saying something that is not?
Thats what I was told by the official shop (TMN).
The sticker behind the battery with all those numbers is also new with new numbers.
I notice the screen is new to.
So what they said that only the carcass remains, apparently is true

1. Your phone should be rooted
2. Open that app you installed and look for "backup imei"
App backup your phone's imei. And after that, when your imei nulled, root your phone if it isn't, install that app again and look for "restore imei"
And don't delete any folder named "5irom" or similar. It contains 3 img files. They are important.
THANSK M8
will try that

Before giving an answer we're going to need a little more information. What steps did he do prior to losing his IMEI, did he flash a custom rom, custom radio, or did it just magically vanish?

Some questions

Hi, i am somewhat new to this, i have a ALE-L23 (i think it is a single SIM cause in my box comes only one imei) which used to have android 5 (emui 3) so i downloaded & installed the C432B565 update so i could update my phone to android 6, everything went fine (did it trough the official huawei app) and generally speaking my phone works normally but now i see in the build number hi6210sft and in the build model BalongC52B311
As i said, everything works fine, the only issue i have at the moment is that my computer can't recognize my phone when i connect it via USB (The battery does charge itself tough, and when i connect my S4 the computer does recognize it, so i know the cable is not the problem here)
Do you think it is somehow related? Should i worry about the build number and model? Is there any way to fix it? preferably without unlocking my bootloader as my warranty is still valid.
Any help will be highly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Ok so you're on c432 now, isn't it?
Download b132 version and flash it, after flashing that.. There must be a folder named vendor which contains update.app (small in size), flash that too.. This will remove the bug..
If successful, you may proceed to download and flash b170, b550 and all the way to b574..

P9 Lite Rollback

Hello guys, I managed to get it trough with the rollback, my phone is/was on Vodafone (VNS-L21). I tried all the versions from the tutorial and the only one that worked was a deuch one, but I guess it was L31. That's my frustration, why that worked if it wasn't the good one. I've tried to make this rollback because the phone was freezeing everytime I was entering the camera and gallery. After the rollback my version was something with "testkey" after I installed the mm version I opened the phone and since than I can't get trough the setup wizard, more exactly at WIFI+ services. No matter how many times I press the next button it won't get further!!
Please, I need some help! What shall I do? Thank you!

Imei 0 on moto g5 plus

After using 8.1 Oreo custom ROM ( aex) for months I went to stock ROM (7.0). But it showing imei 0 . I flashed Oreo ROM again (this time pixel experience) to get imei back but still there is imei 0. I went to service center but they don't know anything. Can someone show me the proper way to get back imei, I'll buy a Bear for him.

The Nokia 3.1 is a good option to get you by. Stay away from the g6 and e5 plays. Returned 2 of the g6 plays due to the same exact screen flickering and battery issues. And one e5 play due to a dead headphone jack.
Full treble support and 64 bit out of the box. Android One and it's stock beauty with a damn good camera and display. Only paid 100 USD for mine at Best Buy. Won't find a better phone under 200 bucks
