solved that problem after entering download mode it installed some drivers then i restarted phone again exiting from download mode and it start detecting in both PC in OTG now

i have a problem with my g928f
my issue is that it can not be regognized by the windows
i have tried at my desktop with win 10 and at my laptop with windows 7 and at both says unknown device,
i have tried everything i know of
unistall everything from the pc regarding samsung drivers
install it again , nothing
install smart switch , nothing
install kies, nothing
run odin , not even see the phone at download mode
made factory reset from recovery , nothing
charge is working just fine both from pc and my wall charger
i tried mhl hdmi and nothing happened
tried just now otg cable with a usb drive , again nothing
just a week ago i was using it just fine with my pc
should i take it to a store to check my micro usb port??

today i replaced the screen with a new one witch had a new usb dock on it and the problem is still here
i can not connect it to any pc.
i cann't flash the stock rom because odin is not see it also
is it possible to be a rom problem????

Have you made sure that it is set as MTP?
Setting - Storage - USB.
Check if the device gets connected in Fastboot mode. If it doesn't then it would be your USB.
sideload is not working either
usb is brand new and original.
is there a way to flash stock rom via recovery?
I need help. My Z00ld won't connect to any PC via USB. It doesn't get detected, nor does it detect that it is connected to a PC via cable. It only shows the charging icon.
Is it a hardware problem?

Your cable might not be meant for data handling. There's two types of cables:
ONLY for charging and BOTH for charging AND data handling. You'd need the second one.
My ASUS zenfone max pro m1 is not recognizing USB or when connecting a keyboard through OTG to phone it is not supporting, my phone is rooted with a TWRP redwolf recovery.
Today I connect my mobile to the laptop for stock firmware installation because asus android 9 pie update is coming soon the phone is not recognized whereas the drivers are already installed...
another thing to note that whenever I am connecting USB cable for MTP(file transfer) my wifi and mobile connection stops...
Hi all, I have bought a second hand t00j however it seems that when i connect it to the computer via usb, it is not listed anywhere, but it is still charging. I tried different USB ports. I have tried with one windows and one linux computer. The phone is in MTP mode, I have the latest intel drivers. It is not showing up in the devices tab on windows. I tried enabling usb debugging. I opened the phone to make sure the connector ribbons between the usb board, the sim card and the mombo are connected properly. Please help.
