i have a problem.i was updating my galaxy s through samsung kies..it got stucked after 30%..i disconnected it n then tried to update through odin multiloader..again it got stuck.i tried twice n it got stuck..now the phone goes to download mode..but cant be detected by computer..can any body help me plz

it's your windows + PC problem
best way is on WinXP 32bit on a good PC with working USB ports
some PC have buggy USB ports
unplug everything else from the USB ports except for mouse and keyboard (in case they are USB mouse/keyb)
Cable used to work.. tried before.. after update 4.2.2 when tried again it did not recognise any device connected to it..
the port works normally as i can charge and connect it to pc to transfer files.. any idea wat to do?
The OTG cable works fine on other devices

i already enable the debugging but my laptop still can connect to the phone.

Try a different USB port or computer. Try disabling debugging and trying again. If neither of those work, manually install the USB drivers by getting them from the internet.

i have a problem with my g928f
my issue is that it can not be regognized by the windows
i have tried at my desktop with win 10 and at my laptop with windows 7 and at both says unknown device,
i have tried everything i know of
unistall everything from the pc regarding samsung drivers
install it again , nothing
install smart switch , nothing
install kies, nothing
run odin , not even see the phone at download mode
made factory reset from recovery , nothing
charge is working just fine both from pc and my wall charger
i tried mhl hdmi and nothing happened
tried just now otg cable with a usb drive , again nothing
just a week ago i was using it just fine with my pc
should i take it to a store to check my micro usb port??

today i replaced the screen with a new one witch had a new usb dock on it and the problem is still here
i can not connect it to any pc.
i cann't flash the stock rom because odin is not see it also
is it possible to be a rom problem????

Have you made sure that it is set as MTP?
Setting - Storage - USB.
Check if the device gets connected in Fastboot mode. If it doesn't then it would be your USB.
sideload is not working either
usb is brand new and original.
is there a way to flash stock rom via recovery?
Hello I have a strange problem I can not connect my p8 lite up to a computer or any laptop. It charges but does not detect for moving files over or anything else other than charging up. It detects when it wants to not when I need it to lol.
I have also tried the following
USB mass storage device
shows mounted but does not detect.
Tried new usb cable no joy
Have also gone into service menu using *#*#2846579#*#*
Then going into background services usb port settings and using manufacture mode als tried google mode and hisuite mode and still not working.
Any advise to fix and resolve this would be greatly appreciated as I need to update my phone and put new rom on but can not due to the above.
