Flashed custom ROM now can't revert to stock - Galaxy A3, A5, A7, A8, A9 Q&A, Help & Troubleshoot

Yeah yeah, I know I didn't do a Nandroid Backup before flashing the custom ROM. But saying that isn't too much a help now - is it? So here's the story:
Downloaded TWRP Official (twrp-x.x.x.img.tar) (from twrp.me)
Flashed by selecting AP in Odin 3.1
Downloaded custom ROM ZIP and GApps and copied it to /external_sd/
Booted into recovery, wiped Dalvik, Cache, System, Internal and Data
Flashed ZIP and GApps
Booted into ROM successfully, all set up
VoLTE was malfunctioning, so planned to return to stock
Now downloaded the official firmware (A510FXXU5CRA5_A510FDODD5CRA5_INS.tar.md5)
Launched Odin as admin and clicked on AP and selected the MD5 file
Hit start, with phone in Odin mode
Failed with this log:
Code:
<OSM> Enter CS for MD5..
<OSM> Check MD5.. Do not unplug the cable..
<OSM> Please wait..
<OSM> Checking MD5 finished Sucessfully..

Now what's the resolution? No Nandroid no Odin? I managed to unpack the MD5 and I found a system.img. Now what I think is that, should I flash this image using TWRP? A reply from anyone with knowledge of the matter can share their invaluable suggestions.

[Solve] the problem of installing the ROM program odin

Hello my friends, how are you all
I present to you a simple explanation to you suffers from spam in odin
For example:
Code:
complete write operation failed
Odin flash fail
<ID:0/025> Initialzation..
<ID:0/025> Get PIT for mapping..
<ID:0/025> Firmware update start..
<ID:0/025> system.img
<ID:0/025> NAND Write Start!!
<ID:0/025>
<ID:0/025> Complete(Write) operation failed.
<ID:0/025> Added!!
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)
The simple solution is to follow the following steps:
1-The installation program Odin3 v3.07
2-Enter the download status And connect the phone to the computer
Then open the program Odin
3-We download the file PIT
4-And sail on this phone to correct some errors and keep in the PIT box in Odin
5-We work to Wipe factory
6-We install from four files
I9500XXUAMDE_I9500ODDAMDC_INU.zip
7-After we wipe factory And restart the phone.:good:
And here we have the explanation and I hope I succeeded the explanation Greetings everyone
Thank you friend, looks very useful!

Why are you messing around with the PIT file?
This is the easiest way to brick your phone if the pit file you use is corrupt or not for your phone. And I'm not talking about soft brick thats recoverable... You will have a brand new $600+ paperweight...
All you need to flash is the rom file (must be either .tar or .tar.md5) in PDA, make sure repartition isn't ticked and flash...
Also make sure KIES is NOT RUNNING...
If you have the new firmware, MH8, then this definately WON'T work...
I have the same problem but the solution does not work

Yes it is possible. The only thing you will lose is IR (remote) function. I have the Stock SM-T230NU kernel you can flash after you flash a SM-T230 ROM if you want.
SM-T230NU stock kernel : https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95864024717074738

Yes I would assume so.
If your going to flash a full tar I'd grab the official one ment for your device
Check out the firmware links from here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=58428539

Yes of course. So anything you do not succeed. It is better to try to add additional languages to this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/tab-4/general/adding-languages-devices-t230nu-t330nu-t2916849
P.S. Only first flashing your native firmware.

Hello wizards, I am in quite a bind. I attempted to flash a stock recovery by extracting from stock firmware zip to unroot and get OTA, however, it has failed.
Ive attempted to flash 5.1.1 & 6.0.1 to no avail. I did manage to flash stock recovery after several attempts somehow. Here is my Odin log.

EDIT: After changing USB ports and flashing 6.0 again, it passed, however it is now in bootloop.
EDIT: After the USB port change and bootloop issue, i was still able to boot into recovery & download mode, although the system was broken, noticeably from the startup being super slow to device information like IMEI being unknown. SO after recovery booting, wipe cache partition, factory reset, reflash stock firmware, the phone should boot up normally. 5.1.1 OTA's here we go :\.
But on the brightside, IMEI is still intact, so if anyone runs into this error, I hope this helps.
A proper UNROOT guide would have been most helpful .....
