*I wanted to comeback from custom rom to stock rom.
I decided to flash the fastboot ROM from the website and get it flash via Miflash.2017 07 20
Miflash finishes the process in 1 second and does nothing. Neither does running the script directly.
I moved both the image folder and miflash folder to the desktop. Mi flash still didn't work

Bricked Mi A1

Managed to brick my A1. The only screen its able to go to is either fastbook, or recovery. And even then, doesn't always necessarily boot into recovery, have to plug into computer and go into command prompt (fastboot boot oreo_3.2.2_recovery.img) to get it into TWRP.
Currently can't seem to flash *any* roms, I have a stock rom ("tissot_100108_stock" cant remember where i got it from). Which successfully flashes, but then on reboot gets stuck on the Android One screen. Longest i have waited before giving up is an hour. Even when i flash this rom and reboot, i get a message on TWRP saying "No OS installed"
Tried doing this: [wont let me post link] (MiFlash) method and got an error, basically does not work.
Super frustrated, at my wits end, would just like to flash stock rom and sell this thing or let it sit in a drawer at this point. Thanks in advance.
same problem here...
I have the exact same issue and also came here for that to ask for help.
Xiaomi Mi A1 was running 8.1 OTA updated and then I tried to flash Lineage, but it did not work. I wiped my phone and now it can't install anything, not via TWRP nor with Mi Flash.
I hope we can find a solution.

hopefully! i posted on the xiaomi subreddit but no help. i was on 8.0 when i started this whole misadventure.
I got somewhere, I think.
I went into TWRP, switched from B to A booting. It then starts Android but gets stuck in the boot screen of Android one with the colored bar.
I then tried MiFlash again, going directly to the folder which containts the .bat files. It started flashing it finally.
I am back to a working system.
Let me know if it works for you.
you guys should try flashing the latest stock rom 8.1 July running the bat file of your choice located in the factory image through fastboot
the different custom recoveries and miflash are sometimes buggy
run the script directly on fastboot

My Redmi Note 4 got Bricked!!! Please Help me!!

I tried to flash twrp in my Redmi Note 4 and it successfuly flashed. But when i turned on the phone it says"your system has been distroyed" What can i do?..please help me!!:crying::crying:
try formatting data in twrp before booting back into system.
(and yes, this will delete EVERYTHING you have except your ROM)
edit: OR flash lazyflasher as recommended here in this official twrp thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/re...er-development/recovery-twrp-3-0-2-0-t3550061

Unzip ROM copy name of folder (important)
Go into flash tool older version
Click refresh your device will show
Put name of the mi software you copied in the tab above your device
Go to browse on top left and advanced open the miui file you unzipped
Now find flash all file its the second file in my one
Go back and flash takes 3 mins than 10 to boot your at least back to stock working phone worked 100% for me I have messed up flashing few times can reflash to stock now in about 5 mins as long as you can fastboot :good:

[Solved]MiA1 shutdown after Booting UP

Hello guys,
I am providing Log-cat(Removed) for issue present.
Only thing I am think of is that I have restored EIS,Modem,Android Secure, persist from TWRP recovery than this started
For current situation this is stock Rom flashed with Mi Flash tool.
Also lineage OS 15.1 shutdown before showing Bluetooth stopped.
Any idea how to solve this?
or I have to visit Mi Service store?
In last few line in logcat there is something related to Bluetooth.

It's never a good idea to restore data because the stock rom has encrypted data, so once you restore stock rom with twrp you'll end up in a bootloop (happened to me). All I could think of is for you to reflash with mi flash tool.

I have encountered that same problem last June as i returned to stock in preparation of android 9, this is what i did
1. using MiFlash to flash - tissot_images_V9.5.4.0.ODHMIFA_20180226.0000.00_8.0_5773957dcd.tgz - in fastboot
2. i followed Method 2: (skipping to step 3) as described in this link - https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a1/how-to/guide-how-to-restrore-persist-partition-t3765643
3. i used this persist.img instead - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1SyzQsyCv_dfxrOUYetG-dtx3RW_4p9H6
4. reboot - hoping that your device will not restart again
5. flash your desired rom as you wish
Hope this helps - it took me almost 2 weeks to crack this case. This could help you also
After that incident I continued to flash other roms - right now im on liquidremix
Goodluck

can not found file flash_all_lock.bat error

Hi,
Two weeks ago I unlocked and rooted my mi a1 (which was running android pie v10.0.3.0.) with magisk. When I saw the January update was released, I wanted to unroot the phone and I uninstalled magisk. However, the phone rebooted and there was only “no command” screen.
Now I wanted to flash the stock rom to save my phone by flashing the stock rom again, but as you may know, Xiaomi hasn’t released the official android pie firmware on its website. And I can’t go back to Oreo firmware due to anti rollback protection.
I found several v10.0.3.0 firmwares on the internet and downloaded them. However this time I’m having trouble while flashing the stock rom via Mi Flash Tool. When I wanted to flash the firmware, Mi Flash Tools gave error “can not found file flash_all_lock.bat” or any other bats. When I checked the firmware files, there were _Flash_lock.bat, _Flash_.bat, _Flash_erase_userdata_lock.bat and _Flash_erase_userdata_lock.bat files.
Any ideas how I can sort this problem out? Any immediate assistance will be much appreciated.
Thanks

I tried but no success. Maybe I'm doing wrong to use mi flash tool. Maybe I should just try to use bat files through fastboot, I don't know. I haven't found any information on the forum or google if I can do it like that.

i'm by no means an expert and my advice has no value at all, but i don't see why you wouldn't give flashing from fastboot a try.
1: Those firmware are not meant for miflash, flash using twrp
2: Don't use the script that locks if you wanna avoid trouble.
What directory did you select in miflash?

I downloaded 3 copies of 10.0.3.0 firmware from different places and each one claimed those firmwares were for fastboot, not twrp. I attached the folder's screenshot.

Anti rollback check error

Hello guys i can't back to stock global rom with mi flash tools please someone help me how to fix this error
Me too Mi 9T
I have the same problem here, anyone managed to solve the problem?
I'm same
I also had this problem after flashing android 10 based custom rom via twrp and flashing stock rom back via mi flash tool. It was solved by below for me:
- First flash back android 9 based custom rom by twrp. Boot for first time. In my case, it was bootloop.
- Then, enter fastboot and flash stock android 9 rom with this mi flash tool beta. Find in this link. (mirom.ezbox.idv.tw/en/phone/davinci/)
- It was success for me.
