I'm playing fifa, no issues at all. Maybe its hardware problem.

hi guys i have a problem that when i play any game and touch the screen the game ran slow so i cant play the game well like COD2 (not only COD2)
the same game on Eten glofiish M700 but it play normaly very good when i touch the screen !?
ok what the problem is there any option that i can change or anything to solve this problem in my touch dual ???
i have seen the same issue, alot of games i have, not all seem to run laggy/slower when touching on the screen itself, however in some games you can map the keys to hard keys on the touch and when you play without touching the screen it runs fine. I dont know the reason...possibly just the processor speed?
edit: i had tried cod2 and deleted it right away because it was really unplayable due to game speed.
I tested out the HD2 outside in below freezing temps, and it really had a tough time registering my finger presses. It took about 5 minutes, before it could register properly... Anyone experience these issues?
Yes, and the wind keeps pressing things which makes it almost useless. I'm hoping some of the hints here on how to make it less sensitive will help but I haven't tried it yet.
I've noticed the "ghost" pressing (the screen registered a LOT of presses when my fingers were nowhere near the screen) of the screen too. I also contacted HTC support on the issue, and they said it was not a known problem.
So, again, I'd suggest that if you're experiencing issues with the screen in cold temperatures (finger touches not registering, "ghost pressing" etc.), let HTC know about it!
i got that kind of ghost typing too. pretty funny to watch but annoying when you see its deleting mails, answering sms or calls people ... will contact htc as well to let them know.
Confirmed here too. Though I thought it was caused by constant rain/snow here in Moscow, which fell directly on the screen when the ghost tapping occured.
Yeah I get the ghost tapping but only after i've been in a call and hang up, it then starts doing all sorts of things by itself normally ending up with dialling someone!! :/
I dunno about the ghost-typing but isn't it a common fact that capacitive screens don't work well with low temperatures?
That's a capacitive touch-panel "Feature" . HTC can't do anything about it (besides lowering the screen sensitivity).
edit: Umiss beat me to it lol
you can lower the screen sensitivity either by installing the new 1.48 rom or using the cab from the hints and tweaks thread in opening couple of posts. Should help.
This is very odd behavour and I'm wondering if it's the games themselves or not.
Dungeon Hunter 4: When in the World Map screen, a small area near the lower right corner of the screen is completely unresponsive and won't scroll the map around nor respond to any touch at all.
Ravensword 2 Shadowlands: This happens on and off but it also happens in the same area of the screen as the other game. The attack button stops responding sometimes. This one is harder to pin down because it doesn't happen all the time.
I installed a multi touch screen testing app and it shows all areas of the screen working fine though. Has anyone noticed similar behavior with either of these 2 games? I wish I had another N7 to install them on to test so I could determine whether it's the games themselves or whether my unit's touch sensors are funky in that spot with certain games.
I have the same issue with the lower right in GTA Vice City. I'll be driving and go to hit the break and nothing happens. Really annoying!
I discovered it was the games causing it, not the tablet's fault.

You may read my topic, my touch screen sometimes stops respondind too. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=44601701#post44601701
i think the problem not in games..
For now i have only 1 question: is it hardware or software problem...?
It's the tablet, not the games.
Swipes and taps sometimes do not register on Candy Crush Saga and Bingo Blitz. Returned mine for good until they sort this out.

Hey guys,
I am facing a weird issue while playing pubg on my 6t. The touch sometimes gets irresponsive while in the game. Mostly when in the close range with enemies the joystick gets stuck for a while due to which i get killed.
I have tried turning 3 finger guestur off, a number of custom roms also. But issue remains same.
Is anyone facing same issue? Any possible solution?
Btw touch works fine in routine usage.

Did you consider the possibility of high latency in the game?

Ping is 50-70 constistantly.
This problem happens after few minutes of gameplay .. When I am moving the joystick character stops moving suddenly even though I do not release the joystick and all buttons become unresponsive for few seconds then the problem repeats.
I am sure it is not a lag because the gyroscope is still responsive while touchscreen is not.
I am using a GSI with root and Eureka kernel.
I don't use any screen protectors.
Please reply ASAP.
