Hi All, what's the best Twrp version for our device?
I've tried CosmicDan, MohanCM and Official Twrp.
What's the best one in terms of backup / restore and less issues?
Please comment.

Yeah but I couldn't install LR Pie from it ?
There are some threads on the different versions of TWRP if you care to search. Or read the Q&A thread, I asked the same question there.

Isn't that the thread which should be used in case the user encounters any problem when reverting from OOS3/H2OS based roms ?
I guess the OP asked for instructions on how to get back to CM after flashing OOS3 , until and unless he screws up , he wont be needing it

I also faced same problem as him, which is I want to revert to CM13 after flash OOS3
Here is the simple way to move back and forth...I do it regularly...sometimes more than once a day! Keep in mind this-CM13 and Oxygen 2 versions are on the old TWRP and Hydrogen MM and Oxygen 3.0 are on the new TWRP. So look up two zips one is the revert2lollipop and flash that before flashing CM13 or Oxygen 2.O Roms. It will boot you into the correct TWRP. Find the zip H2OS_TWRP3+MMFIRMW and flash that before flashing Oxygen 3 or Hydrogen MM. It will boot you into the right TWRP. So my method if I'm on CM13 is just to boot into TWRP flash H2OS_TWRP3+MMFIRMW and it will reboot and then wipe all but internal and then flash either Hydrogen MM or the Oxygen 3 ROM or the appropriate nandroid backup...if you are in Oxygen 3 just flash the revert2lollipop and it will reboot in to the right TWRP then full wipe and flash CM13. I have done it many times with no issues. Some CM13 also require a new modem but just flash that if you get FCs in the setup...
There is a topic in development that is appropriately titled where you can find the two zip files.

Probably no! (No confirmation)
People have reported it doesn't boot. Wait for a dev to release the rom guys. It'll brick your phone.
Updater process ends with error 7 for me.

Hi all guys, Im Chris from PerĂº and Im new with Tissot. I just got tired of battery draining on my Nexus 6P and waiting for a new battery, so Im using a A1 for a entire day and feels really smooth and battery friendly.
I just want to know if I need to be careful before unlocking, rooting or flashing any rom. Do Im gonna need a MicroSD for doing all this? Maybe You can tell me any tip before I start messing around with this great phone.
Sorry for my bad english!

Just backup your phone before unlocking as it will wipe the phone and internal sd card.
I suggest you read a little bit about the a/b partition scheme as the custom rom flashing procedure is different.

Varben, is the official twrp from twrp.me broken or something?
And someone said in this thread that cosmicdan's version doesn't work for Lineage.

If you want to install official lineage, you have a twrp that the maintainer of lineage for tissot created:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a1/development/rom-lineageos-15-1-t3757938
As the user above said, only the twrp versions uploaded here on xda are working.
Mohancm is the official maintainer of twrp for tissot though!
So, i flashed TWRP with Treble support and i just want to know one thing, can i still install "normal" ROMs using this TWRP or does i need to reflash the old twrp?
Yes, you can install normal ROMs with it
