Hi, I bought my LG G6 H870 out of the USA, I'm on At&t and I would like to get those free AMBER or Weather Information on my phone when something happens, so I want to know if it's possible, and which are the broadcast codes that works here.

I know this isn't XDA-related, but hopefully someone here can help. I got a SIM unlock code from AT&T for my new LG Incite, but no one at AT&T seems to know how to input the number. As with most phones, including LG, if you insert a foreign SIM, right away it will ask you for a code. Not so with the Incite. It appears I need some sort of PIN to be able to input the 16 digit unlock code. Does anyone here know how to do that? I've tried AT&T multiple times, but the phone is too new so they don't know how to support. All they say is that it's locked like the iPhone is to their network, which seems crazy since they gave me the unlock code. I also tried LG, but they won't help.
Any ideas?

I just bought a HTC Elfin from the carrier Claro here in Puerto Rico as a birthday present for my nephiew since its his favorite phone and wanted him to use it in his AT&T service, and was planning to give it to him today but seems like this model is harder to unlock than the elf. i have tried to use the unlock methods posted on this site but they all give me the same code and it doesnt work (looks like my specific model is different thust the code isnt the same) I thought that it was just as easy as unlocking an elf but i was wrong. Can anyone help me or point me to a way to unlock the device for free?? I would pay for an online service but my credit card is maxed out and i cant purchase online with it.
If anyone can lend me a hand on unlocking the phone ill PM the device ID or the IMEI# if needed or at least tell me where i can achieve this please reply

I'm always being shy to post, but this is an amazing place for information, this time i couldn't find anything that I was looking for so here it is the question:
- I have bought LG v30 from South Korea unlocked 128gb phone
- its recognize Verizon sim card
- 4LTE internet is working
- text messages or voice phone calling is not working, if something else is calling me it goes to voice mail.
I have called to Verizon tech support they told me that they cant enter manually the IMEI address since such phone doesn't exist yet in they data base.

I'm asking for help or guidance - what can I do to make this amazing phone working. I own a business so its very sensitive for me to receive phone calls or txt messages.
PS my previous phone LG V20 got completely ****ed up on construction site.

In order for a phone to work reliably on Verizon it must have LTE Band 13. I'd imagine the Korean version does NOT support Band 13. Most phones support Band 4, which Verizon sometimes uses, but without 13, you're out of luck in most places. I'd either wait for the unlocked American V30 or get the Verizon branded one.

Hello guys I bought a HTC ONE m9 from ebay and my carrier is Lycamobile, this company uses T-mobile towers, but recently I just noticed I can't pick up any phone call from any body, all phone call will transfer to voicemail box of my carrier just in second.
My phone is unlock and flashed to Android 7.1, I tried to contact the customer service but they did not give me any answer for that.
Is there anybody know how to solve it ?

I had a problem with the update that came to my phone (au LG V35 isai), which is that the Wi-Fi network stops when the mobile network is turned on, but when the mobile network is turned off or when i active the airplane mode, the Wi-Fi works What is the solution to this problem?
Is there a stock ROM for this phone to be installed on the computer?
Is it possible to install any Global ROM on the phone?
Please note that I bought the phone from the Internet and it is intended for Japan, and I live in Iraq.
In case you haven't done it already, head over to the lg v30 forum for help. While your phone model says v35, it is really a v30 variant.

Your phone is a Japanese V30+. LGV35 is the variant/carrier number -- like LS998, H930G, H932, US998...
For that particular Japanese carrier their V20 was called "LGV34.". The next phone, their LG V30+, was then "LGV35."
Just a regrettable coincidence that after that, LG actually came out with a phone series called V35.
