I want to save my data , can just instal TWRP with Odin Without root & usb debugging disable it's working ?or you have a issue for save data

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 I9505 with the Omega v9.0 ROM flashed.. It has worked perfectly so far but I backed up my WiFi passwords with this application com.ryanamaral.wifi.passwords [WiFi Pass Recovery & Backup by Golden Apportunity] and it has wiped all passwords, so I restored it using the method 1 (which also restores the binary).. since then, WiFi does not enable anymore. I guess the binary is not correct and therefore does not enable. Does somebody know a solution to this? I have no internet on this phone cause of this now..

i need ur help plz, i just backup my galaxy s4 mobile which is 4.3 andorid via kies 3.
i want to factory reset...just to ask if i open kies 2.6....it will read the backup which is generated by kies 3?
i see that there is option in kies 3 if i want to restore data from kies 2.6 to 3...it will work if from 3 to 2.6?

I am trying to update my note 3 , SM-N9005 , to LP with Kies3 , but it says that my current software , 4.4.2 is the latest version. When i go to tools and select the option Firmware upgrade and initialization , message pops up with text " Model name: GALAXY Note3(SM-N9005) , GALAXY NOTE 3 (SM-N9005) does not support initializing. "
Kies 3 has been updated recently and my phone is not in USB debug mode. So i have no idea what is wrong.... Please , help me (not rooted phone , wont root it )
Use odin to update. Download your rom from sammobile. You don't need root for that.

So I recently I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 SM-T530NU and read this forum http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=61421937&postcount=4 on how to root it since it is running Android 5.0.2. But when I run Odin it get's stuck on writing to recovery. I have USB debugging and mock locations turned on in the developers settings. Any help is appreciated.

Edit - Nvm got it solved turns out was was using wrong version of open recovery to flash
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 Verizon phone and I wanted to get a ROM for my phone that has no bloatware and is fast/battery preserver. The problem is I don't know what/how to do it and I am afraid that I might destroy my phone if I try. I would like some assistance with rooting and putting a ROM on my phone. Thank you.
Make sure reactivation lock is off in settings security
First make a backup on Samsung kies 3 and transfer any important data to a computer
Then make sure you are on pb1 or bok3 firmware
If you aren't
Then download firmware from sammobile.com
And flash it in Odin in ap/pda slot
Let it finish it get stuck at booting boot to recovery and wipe data / cache
then set it up
Then turn on developer settings by clicking build number 8 times in settings menu
then turn on usb debugging and turn off check apps via usb adb
