Hi guys !
So, after few mounth with LineageOS i remark that my Axon 7 mini is maybe bugy ...
I install a CPU monitor and I remark that only 4/8 cpu is working.
I don't know if it's normal or not so I need to have your feedback for to be sure that my Axon is buggy or not :crying: .
Secondly is my battery life, I guess that is the same of all of Axon 7 users ... but to be sure, I explain my issue.
So fresh install, no application running in background, Battery Saver ON, battery at 100% at 00h
8h after in IDLE my battery level is 20% ...
So I need yo have your feedbacks ...
Thx !

Hello there guys.
I have a really HUGE problem with my battery.
I have the infitum rom, and my battery life is very VERY low.
At 8:00 in morning, I had 100% battery life, ONE HOUR later ( At 9:00) I had 70% battery life.
This is very weird, my battery is getting to 0% after couple hours if i'm not playing games or hearing music.
This thing is not the rom problem, I have tried slims and Doc's master, same battery life.
How I can fix / increase it?!
Please help me.. :O
thank you.

Depends by your phone's usage, if you don't use much your phone but still the battery dies after some hours, you should try re-flashing everything with the wipes

Don't double post, against forum rules (#5).
As you were told in your other post, it looks like your media scanner is the culprit.
Hi all,
Im having a very strange battery related issue these days.
I charge my device to full and use normally, the battery drains veryyy fast. Its like 1-2% per min. When i sleep at night if the device is 80% charged on waking up i find it to be at 65-70%.On checking the battery stats i find no battery hogging app. The device is in deep sleep for the entire night, not even a single wake up. Another weird issue is that my battery stays at 1% for at least 40mins
what I tried?
* Have greenify and amplify module enbaled in xposed.
* Tried calliberating battery many times.
* Flashed kernel/borets kernel, none worked out.
How the issue arises?
* My device was 100% normal when i was on stock rom, no issues like this at all. Then i flashed montana rom.I noticed this issue within first day of usage. I thought it was due to rom so i flashed mnml rom.Same issue there. Then flashed leopard black, gecko premium,zenodex,cm12.1 and what not.but the issue remains same.
*I thought this is due to rom's so reverted to stock kitkat, now this issue is there too.Tried upgrading to l,no relief.
My current system:
android L stock.
rooted, xposed installed.
using greenify and amplify modules.
Guys, any help will be very useful for me.
Thanks

Yeah we all know that zenfone's battery performance is just ****.
But we can slightly improve the battery performance by doing some tweaks. So use LSpeed app to improve the battery performance. Of has inbuilt govtuner . Now I'm getting between 3 - 4 hours SoT (screen on time). This is because of lspeed, just set the profile to battery and then you will get slightly improvement on battery performance.

Ok, Let me try and post the results here!
hello friends ,i got a new battery (it seems original) and installed it but i have weird problems with the percentage that the phone shows .
-the battery lasts for 9h sot even with some benchmarks on latest pie ob ,so its definitely not bad
-the problem is that when it gets to 10% then it goes 9 8 7.. till 0% in about 5 minutes and then shuts off with a dead battery screen .
-i noticed that the phone still charges when it reaches 100% charges at 1 amp and gets to 0 amps after 20 minutes ,i also noticed that the idle/screen off drain is very very low ,it probably has to do something with the battery calibration
i tried:
going full stock with stock recovery but the issue persists,
doing some all night power off charges to 100%
searched most of the threads everywhere ,but no one has an exact answer .
is there any way i can access the discharging algorithm so i can tweak it ,or if is a way to teach it be more precise?
thanks so much for everyone willing to help ,sory for the long post ,i wanted to be as precise as possible i can provide everything you ask for to fix it .
p.s. i study electrical engineering so be free to use scientific terms.

Not a solution, but just keep the battery level above 10%
9h sot is very good with a battery you don't know if it's original or not

it was 9 sot hours with 3 hours of geekbench battery test (about 14%/hour lost) without any tweaks at all , completely stock ... that's the reason i am trying to fix this issue, the performance is insane ..(every calibration app shows at least 99% health,it even recharges way faster that the old one ,3.8A 10 to 100 in 45 minutes) if it wasn't that i would swap it back with the stock ..

Technically you want to avoid the battery dropping below 20% anyway (If you believe the words from Samsung) so it shouldn't really be an issue.
One thing you can try though is to install L Speed from the play store (require root) and use the battery calibration tool to see if that helps. Outside of this I cant really think of any thing else other than to just deal with it as is.
i figured it out guys...the thermistor in the battery was dead , i though a solution for anyone face the same problem ,desolder the control board from the original battery then solder it to the new one ,the cells are healthier so the battery will be good as new ?
