We need more info:
Which file dit you flash?
Dit you flash one file in PHONE?
or mulitple files, like PIT+BOOTLADER+PDA?
Also it is a good idea to check the MD5 before you flash to make shure the download is not corrupt.
Can you stil go into download mode? Volume Down + Power + Home
Can you go into recovery? Volume UP + Power + Home
Also you can retry with Odin3 v1.85.

Here is my suggestion, reboot the phone into recovery mode. (it's ok if its a stock recovery)
After going into recovery do a "factory reset" and see if the phone starts up normally.
There is at least a 50/50 chance that it will.
If it still does not boot then you need to go to SamMobile: http://www.sammobile.com
and get the stock official ODIN flash firmware for your specific phone model.
I would have given you the exact download link for your specific phone if you would
have been more SPECIFIC and added the EXACT model of your phone in your post.

additional info :
when I try to put the device in recovery mode, nothing happen , only few seconds of the white " Samsung GALAXY Note 3 N9005 " and on the top-left part of the screen the bleue sentence: " RECOVERY BOOTING ....".....and after this ...only the Blue Android logo
the same happens if I try to reboot in download mode...
and if I connect the usb cable...no reaction....not visible by the PC....
Reading is the key
@tower5
I can only recommend to read before you flash anything. I don't really know your real issue cause you didn't post any information on your phone. I need to know your version (which rom/android 4.3/4.4/modem/bootloader etc). Next I need to know what you did/how you flashed exactly (you got a custom recovery?)
What I can say is that you did something wrong along the process so the issue is caused by you not the kernel. Please remember that before you start to report a bug
OK guys I really need some help with this, I have an LGG2 that is rooted and was running on Cynogenmod 11. I also have TWRP recovery installed. Now as the device was rooted I was playing with some stuff to get Sky Go working as it wont work with root. I came across a thread which stated I should try editing the boot.prop file in /system. There is a line in this file about 5 to 10 lines down from the top which reads "test-keys". The advice in the thread was to change this to "release-keys". Now, to do this I used es-file explorer to locate the file. First I simply tried to edit it but it would not save the edit so then I tried to make a copy in the same directory. Es-file explorer stated it had made a copy but no icon appeared for the new file so then I copied the file to a new directory. This time the new file was created as expected so I re-named it to a .txt file made the change I wanted and saved it. I then moved this file back into the original /system directory it had come from and re-named the original file to a .txt then named the new file I had just changed to .prop on the understanding that the os would now use this new file. On re-starting my phone I got the LG logo an then nothing, when the power key was pressed the phone just vibrated twice.
No matter what I do I cannot get the phone to boot into TWRP or any other recovery mode. I have managed to boot into a firmware update mode and using the LG support mobile tool have re-flashed the stock rom. Now when the phone boots it goes past the LG logo screen and to the 3 mobile logo (they are my service provider) but then it just re-boots, gets to the 3 mobile screen and re boots again. Still I cannot get into TWRP or any other recovery mode so I am completely stuck as to what to do next. I can get the phone into the firmware update mode no problem but then phone is not appearing in My Computer. All I really want to do is get into the phone and delete the .prop file I created and restore the original, I presume if I do that the phone will boot properly and I can re-flash Cynogen but without the phone appearing in my computer I cannot do that and without TWRP I cannot re-flash Cynogenmod.
Does anyone have any other ideas I could try please.
Thanks
Ben
I was about to sell my rooted Note 4, and I did a "reset phone" in the settings menu to wipe the data out , so I can sell it. When the phone turned back I saw on the top left a blue "recovery mode" message and the next is my phone black, and on the middle of the screen appear every 5-8 sec a green android logo with "Installing System update" but just for a second, and goes back to black.
And again, and again...
What a hell happened?I am stuck.. I tried to take the battery out , waited and put it back, than I was holding the volume up+home+power on bottoms to get a recovery mode menu, but it does the same "flashing" screen thing.. Please help me I have a buyer for this phone , really need to fix it!

Thank you so much, can't wait
If Sammobile is down, you can find lots of Samsung firmwares even for SM-N910T on www.updato.com. Hope this helps.

I downloaded from there , opened a zip file copied to a folder. Took the phone in download mode, Opened Odin, clicked on AP and got the file to point ( not a zip file anymore) and hit start.
My phone shows downloading, and like a line started from the left (light blue , but only very short, and doesn't move anymore.
The pc's latest log shows ID:0/003> NON-HLOS.bin
So is it stopped ? the phone said don't turn off target, i don't want to brick it so what to do?
I had no choice i unplug it, and took out the battery, still not brick I started all over again, and now the latest log is : boot.img but the line still not moving...
binary size shows : 3793.1 mb
Update , 2nd time it was moving further.. passed boot, recovery.img, latest log : system.img.ext4. the blue line moved 1/2" and it is stopped again. I don't know what to do...

No the firmware file is correct qnd i have tested it. What is exatly happening while you flash firmware?
Ok, i used that 2nd file, and was everything perfect! I got a message on Odin : "PASS" the phone turned on, passed a Samsung logo, the T-Mobile screen turned on, and the T mobile song, and stuck on that screen....
this is a file I used a second time , and I stuck now at boot by the T-Mobile logo
N910TUVU2DOK2_N910TTMB2DOK2_N910TUVU2DOK2_HOME.tar.md5
and this file was the one stuck always at the beginning :
N910TUVS2EPG2_N910TTMB2EPG2_N910TUVS2EPG2_HOME.tarmd5
just a note, my Note 4 was rooted and It wasn't a latest firmware , actually probably like 8 months old or at least 6 month old firmware on it.
WORKING!! 100% Working. I just took out a battery , and was waiting a bit, turned it back and working! Thank You guys!!
you shoud have clear cache and data through recovery after that successful flash..
but you didn't

Wipr cache and make factory reset in recovery to get clean system firmware.
Its like stuck looping(not boot loading loop)
Just looping menu command... and I can't hit buttons not even well placed pushh button timeing or nothing...
First thing I checked was if button stuck wasn't. even swabed with alcohol. clean..
Its seems like the program ? Any ideas im relatively new to it but is easyer then chiping a counsel this is my error screen video any suggestions
I used 3 and ovation twarps and tried gapps
Also tried the other wrong ones humming n such js this one is 7.1 i don't even mind useing 5.1 but haveing trouble also finding matching links from one source and dl list of 3 from 3 diffrent sources...so idk my goal was almost kinda 5.1 but will take any suggestion to get out of this loop [menu looping toggle...]
Up date i figerd out if I take out the sd card wile cyano boot screen is runing it stops the menu scroll looping it some times takes 30 seconds or a 1min for it to stop scrolling upon sdcard removal I can then select a boot menu loader option but since sd aint in I can't actually initiate any of boots menu commands
My throy ?? Something was wrong with my zips files of ovation.. or other file so when it registers as blank it or unreconisable unofficial or plane a recovery file?? It just loops the menu as if its a empty load other then the boot so it knows it has no zips or files and just loops as if nothing to do why it says that rainbow stuff ?? I suppose and I now realize I think the other file was a simple md5 and not the other zip just a note theroy for others who may run into this problem...also this inst to say it will work just my next test is just simply 2 diffrent zip files
Of the hd plus nook kind that I have or my iso or rom is the older of the 3 I could find for 5.1 and mistakenly ran it with new ovation n other zip file so I wiped recoverd and will try a clean run of 7.1 or latest Tamara...i think that sums up my self analysis hopefully my mistakes r 2 ur benefit will update after next run
