I tried a quick update to test some stuff and the final magisk install does not seem to work on mine
Will investigate further and report (but it might be something from my stuff - I might have forgot to disable substratum )

Magisk 17.2 working as expected!
I cannot get it to boot with magisk 16.7, 17.1 or 17.2 and latest elementalx kernel =(
Just sits there with the scrolling load bar under the G logo.
Edit: reinstalled OTA and magisk worked this time. Odd...

After installing the final build of NucleaRom based on MM r73, xposed stopped working.
You can install the zip but as soon as you activate any of the modules, your phone gets into boot loop.

So I've done some research gathering error 1 , I can confirm its not a twrp problem its a updater-binary error and it can't find our boot.IMG in magisk . So if you want magisk 13.3 here's how !
Flash magisk 11.6
Download the latest apk for magisk manager
Click update magisk to 13.3 there it should be done !
However if the app crashes when either updating or using root use a older v of magisk manager
Downloads: thanks to the guy that posted these

It IS an TWRP Error. S5 Mini had Same issue. After official TWRP dropped, using the same zip worked. (My opinion.)

Because of TWRP. You can read the boot Image path by going to the Dev dir. You will need to Report the Bug. (I think I will do that now)

magisk won't work on our device because f2fs is outdated - you need to update f2fs in the kernel

Hello Mi A1 community. The TWRP thread continues to mention Magisk 14.4.... However the Magisk beta thread shows 14.3 as the latest.
Where is this illusive 14.4 version?
Thank you very much!

Thanks!!! Is this an unofficial build? What’s the benefit of this versus official 14.3?

Yes it's, for me the main benefit is, that it's working and modules, too.

Thanks for this. I was looking for a working magisk other than 13.4. But bow magisk manager reported that no modules wad installed, though I know I have the module installed and working (camera2 and gms dozr are working even after 14.4 magisk update.), any fix or latest build for magisk manager?
Should i use 14.3 or 14.4?

14.5 was having issues with the module to disable the HW buttons. I am running 14.5 though. I am still on the fence with disabling the HW buttons.
At last, now I can consider getting a Pixel XL2, assuming there is a Resurrection Remix ROM available for it as well now.

Let's start with a beta phase this time. That means:
It's stable enough for me to use it on my daily driver (Pixel), and @wanam tested it on a Pixel 2.

Xposed works fine...
You just cannot install it via TWRP.
But that has nothing to do with magisk, but rather with the Pixels A / B partition scheme...
Copy the installer.zip in /sdcard/Android/data/xposed.../cache/downloads/... (or something along those lines) and install from xposed app...
Uninstalling however, brings the P2XL into a bootloop...
As there aren't too many O modules anyway right now... just hold off for a few more days...
Yeah I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. I got a 404 error when I tried downloading it from the app so I manually copied it from the download from the browser. It reads it in the app now but it happens like this and in TWRP as well. What could I be doing wrong.

Thanks I got done.
I have got it installed on Pixel 2 XL.
1. Install Xposed installer, and place the Xposed-Framework zip in /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/cache/downloads/framework/
2. Disable ALL modules in MagiskManager
3. Install Xposed-Framework in Xposed installer with "install" button (NOT via recovery)
4. Reboot. Xposed is intalled. You can activate the Magisk modules again
BTW I have just bootloop my phone.
I think everytime before installing Xposed module, we need to disable ALL Magisk module.
I need to confirm it yet.
hello again! there a magisk module vor xposed on oreo and it just works fine!

I have no issues at all with Xposed. I didn't have to do anything with magisk either. Go to the link below, download, and install in TWRP as normal.

Any one using Du 11.4 and able to get xposed to work with the rom. If so how? Will install until reboot then I get framework not active. Its an ordeal just to get to work again after every reboot.
