I cant seem to hear when i make or receive calls. Is there a simple fix or is the speaker just a weak link that will go out?
Wonder anyone got this problem, make outgoing call or incoming call, no voice from
speaker. But if I press "Speaker On" during call I can hear the party voice. Playing
music song playback sound ok, only during call conversation can't hear any sound.
Any advice? Thanks.

How long is your HTC Touch ? Mine is one year+ and if yours also a year+ phone, then
I probably can confirm the Touch got this problem and phone do not last long.
Same thing started happening to my Rogers elfin. On incoming calls, my microphone won't work unless I'm on speaker phone. I can't even make outgoing calls anymore. I keep getting the message "Call Ended".
I've tried flashing my original backup ROM and several different ROMS all with no success.
Anybody have any idea how to fix this please?
please a solution ....same problem
Try this:
During incoming call press volume button up. This isn't a tweak, it's just the normal settings. If it doesn't work you might have a hardware issue.
When I answer my phone or dial someone, I hear my reminder sound three times. (Not through the back speaker though)
Very annoying, because then I don't hear what the other person is saying.
Also sometimes my phone gives a vibrate for no reason.
Is anybody experiencing the same?
Is there a fix for this issue?
Hi people,
I'm having a extrange issue with my arc:
When I have an incoming call, and then I answer it, the call is opened with the speaker in loud (hands free), but I don't know when or how it becomes in that way. I can't find any option related to that.
Any clue?
In a minute or two after call started speaker just turns off and I don't hear a person I called to. Did anyone experience that? Is it a hardware or software issue?
