Hi Guys,
Yesterday, as usual (i.d.r. every 2 weeks), I received a notification that a new update is available. These updates have a size of about 570MB.
As usual, such an update went through in 2-3 minutes, but yesterday after the restart again TWRP opened with the headings "Unmodified System Partition" and "Keep System Read Only?".
I was not sure and I saw this window for the first time, I clicked on "Keep Read Only". Alternatively, I could have chosen 2Swipe to Allow Modifications".
Since then, my Le Eco Le Pro3 always starts in a black window with a Chinese and English text ...
"You've entered fastbood fashion, press and hold the power key to exit and reboot normally."
A restart does not help, as this window always opens.
What can I do to get my smartphone up and running again?
-The updates were always made directly on the smartphone, that is without a PC.
- In TWRP I come in, if I hold the volume + button when restarting
In fastboot flash TWRP via ADB:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot boot recovery.img
After you booted to recovery flash ROM.
Had the same problem with my x722 while trying to updated ROM 05.09 to 12.09 build. I stucked in fastboot mode but I just flashed again the 05.09 build and now (yesterday) I updated agein to 12.09 and it worked now.

I recently rooted my Redmi 3S after unlocking my bootloader ( yes, applying for a request from the mi unlock page and everything) (not pro not prime, just the 3S)
I was on MIUI8, the most latest version ( I know this because I went to software update page and no updates were available. lol )
I proceeded to unlock my bootloader via the MIUnlock program ( nope, no errors, no 50% stuck issues) and flashed twrp and stuff from this link http://xiaomitips.com/guide/how-to-flash-twrp-and-root-redmi-3s/
Then I proceeded to flash LineAgeOS and from there whenever i try to reboot into recovery ( yes, i have the advanced reboot options) it just reboots into the main os completely skipping the recovery. I found this strange the first time and thought it was my mistake. But I tried volume down+power which is just Fastboot all the time. I tried volume up+power too, it just stays on the Mi screen. But whenever i run the twrp-installer.bat i got from the http://xiaomitips.com/guide/how-to-flash-twrp-and-root-redmi-3s/ it boots into TWRP. so, basically there is no twrp for me to access without me having access to a computer. I tried copying the recovery.img onto my phone and tried installing it as an image into the recovery. but same issue persists. I just can't access the twrp recovery without using a computer. Please help
Edit : I disabled dm-verify too
I had the same problem with my Redmi 3s 2/16
For me works
WITH OPEN BOOTLOADER
I flashed TWRP with Fastboot
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
>>>directly after flashing<<<
1.) Push Vol+ and Vol- and Power at the same time
2.) If you see the MI-Logo release ONLY the Powerbutton and wait
3.) With a little bit luck you are now entering TWRP
4.) If not, do not release Vol+ and Vol-, the Devicescreen went totally black
5.) Do not release Vol+ and Vol- and push now the Power Button
6.) If you see the MI-Logo release ONLY the Powerbutton and wait
7.) Then TWRP starts (for me)
8.) A few times i landed into the chinese menue, then push the recovery button, with a little bit luck you arrive TWRP
9.) If nothing helps, and the device starts normally, imho the process changes twrp back into the original recovery -- then flash twrp again and start from Point 1.)
NOTE!! If you enter TWRP the first time go to Advanced Settings and tap on --Disable DM-Verify-- .
After i disabled DM-Verify and flashed the Xiaomi.eu Rom the above worked for me without every time flashing twrp.
I worked 6 hours at this workaround

Holy **** thanks. I booted into twrp with vol- and vol+ + power button directly after flashing
I unlocked the BL and flashed an International Developer MIUI two years ago, and it has been working fine.
I want to flash a stable ROM now. the miui website gives three approaches (system update, recovery update, fastboot update).
I first tried system update, but the system cannot proceed.
then for recovery update, volume up + power button enters Teamwin (TWRP), not the recovery interface shown in the official guide.
then fastboot update, unfortunately the MIFlash tool does not recognize the phone in fastboot mode.
so I went back to TWRP, clicked Install, and installed this ROM: http://bigota.d.miui.com/V9.2.1.0.MALCNEK/miui_HM3S_V9.2.1.0.MALCNEK_fe706c31c4_6.0.zip
which I saved to the phone storage earlier.
now the phone is in a bootloop , stuck at "mi" boot screen. somehow I can still enter fastboot mode, but I don't know what I can do to save it.
please help me , thanks
Trying to make guide for that
I just resently came out from hard bricked

Hello All
I have problem with my Axon7 G. I had 8.00 version installed and tried to make a system write option with using a method mentioned in
Official (Beta) Android 8.0.0 V1.30B01 EU Version by NFound thread. I flashed zip mentioned in this tread -ZTE_A7_UniversalBootStack.
Then restart devices and...whats happened....soft (or hard) bricked my phone!!!!!
1. After restart i had a standard warning about unlocked bootloader with yellow fonts . After 5 sec yellow fonts changed into red and wrote my device is corrupt...
2 using vol down i can enter into bootloader mode - then i can choose option like fastboot, recovery, restart and power off.
- pressing recovery and restrt , phone restart and again boot into bootloader mode with option above (cant get into twrp or stock recovery mode)
-pressing fastboot i can enter into this mode .
3 . Use fastboot mode to flash recovery and boot ( fastboot flash recovery recovery.img and fastboot flash boot boot.img)
everything seems ok but...nothing changed , i cant boot into recovery -twrp or stock. Still go back after restart to bootloader menu
4. edl mode.....i can`t enter . Use vol + and vol- and power button then after 3 sec phone went black screen with red light upper left. Applications cant recognize phone in this mode...
somene can help me ???
I also get the warning but I can just continue with the boot. I can't access recovery however. Don't know hot to fix that.
Ok I did this. A7 is working )
I flashed this via fastboot flash file: A2017G_B06_NOUGAT_STOCK_FASTBOOT_EDL.zip then i went into twrp and everything works

did you manage to get the error message away?
I got it recently after installing LOS 15.1, but for me everything works fine .
I'm just afraid if the device randomly reboots at night my alarm won't go off in the morning since it's the device is shutting itself down after the 30 second warning.
If you've fixed this can you please detail me through the steps.
Hello,
Since a few days (don't know why), my tab cannot connect with my WiFi anymore. Its LOS is older, so I wanted to try get WiFi working again by upgrading to the latest LOS 14.1. However, now I also realise that I cannot go into fastboot by pressing and holding volume down + power buttons: The Asus logo keeps reappearing while holding the 2 buttons - instead, the fastboot mode screen should have appeared. When I release the 2 buttons, the tab boots into the system. When in system, I can see it via adb devices on my PC. But doing adb reboot bootloader from there brings it back to booting into the system. Consequently, I cannot do fastboot reboot <recovery image> to temporarily boot into TWRP and cannot flash the latest available LOS from there, so I am stuck.
Do you have any hints what I can try? Thank you!
Is there another way (besides fastboot) to flash LOS or stock ROM on this tab?
Please HELP
I am writing here the whole story.
I unlocked the bootloader of my Asus zenfone max m1 (3/32GB) using the unlock tool which I downloaded from Asus's website.
Then, I went to fastboot mode and flashed TWRP recovery and then tried booting into it through the cmd screen using fastboot boot twrp.img command and it worked.
Then I followed a really good tutorial and flashed the pie firmware, Pixel Experience and magisk and ZIPs in order.
And it showed no error, everything was fine and then I clicked on the reboot system button, it rebooted the system but the phone was stuck at the google logo with a loading bar and didn't go beyond that even when left for 30 mins and I tried rebooting the phone multiple times and that did not help. the phone was stuck at the google logo every time.
Then I turned off the phone and tried going to TWRP to flash the pixel rom again but the phone only went into fastboot mode, it never booted into recovery even though I tried multiple times(I was trying to boot into the recovery through the volume and power buttons, not through fastboot mode).
I flashed the phone's recovery multiple times and also the boot image (I even tried flashing the stock recovery) but the problem is that everything goes fine in the terminal, it shows that it flashed the img file successfully and it is finished but the commands like fastboot reboot recovery don't work at all, they all just reboot the phone normally and the phone just shows the ASUS logo for few secs and then turns off.
Note: I used fastboot erase commands to remove the pixel experience rom and now I'm only left with a phone which boots only into fastboot with no rom and I don't know about the recovery because it shows that it flashed but it never opens.
Hi
I am having a similar problem in that I can oly get into recovery mode with adb reboot recovery. I researched and tried all possibilities with the phone key but I can only go into bootloader mode.
After flashing recovery successfully (?) I can only boot the phone normally and that seems to reinstall the default recovery manager.
While researching I found that there are some discrepancies with the ID out there. While my phone is a Zenfone Max (M1) with the ID X00PD some places (TWRP) confirm that but others refer to Z555KL.
Did you get any further?
