I have the G950f and I have enabled OEM Unlock and USB Debugging
When following this tutorial I ended up with a bootloop after flashing twrp (step 7) I got stuck at the samsung screen, but can access the download menu (I can't get into TWRP however). Trying to fix this, I downloaded the stock rom, selected all the files and clicked start but instead of flashing it went straight to pass (it says 0:02 next to it) . I am using the Home_CSC as detailed in the tutorial I followed. I have tried both Prince Comsy and regular Odin run as regular user and as admin. Since I cannot find a sollution on my own, I would appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!

Try to download rom trough SamFirm
Extract what u get
Now copy the CSC File
Change .md5 to .rar
Extract .pit
Now Set everything in odin and check:
Auto reeboot
Re-Partition
F.reset time
Connect phone in download mode and hit start
Should work

The home_csc or regular CSC?
If your flashing your rom use latest Odin 3.13.1
https://odindownloader.com/download/odin3-v3-13-1
Home CSC - keep user data
CSC - clean install - wipes user data
Try this thread instead for installing trwp
https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...pment/recovery-twrp-galaxy-s8-exynos-t3595102
Use latest twrp 3.2.3.0

Hi Repulsa, thank you for replying!
What do you mean when you say "by selecting phone"? Is the process of flashing this file different when compared w/ the method we already know to flash stock ROM?
I mean, I used to flash files by opening Odin 3.09, sellecting AP and choosing the .tar file... How does it work for the file you provided?
Thanks in advance!

In odin there should be Phone/CP select that and find the file you downloaded and flash away. Im not really sure how to explain hehe sorry so feel free to search for it.. But if the problem did not fix, you should download a stock firmware base from your country.
Edit: AP=Stock rom /BL=Bootloader/ CP=Modem/ CSC=region?

Yes, it didn't fix, but I don't know whether I've done it correctly or not. The file that comes in the download is named as I9505XXUEMK8-WiFi-FIX.tar. I know that .tar files are flashable through Odin, so I don't need to modify this file by extracting or any other process, right? I just need to select the file exactly as it comes selecting CP in Odin, isn't it?

Turn of your phone manually and wait a few atleast 10 sec then press and hold Power+Volumedown in order to reach Download mode , Open odin Select CP (Find the .tar) put both cables (Wait until you see the blue sign in odin) and press start. Like i said if the problem still persist you should flash the stock rom that base from your country and you can find it from here

Hey Guys, I was trying to flash TWRP into my SM-N9005 but after flashing it didn't work. It just booted stock recovery.
Here are the steps
1. Downloading latest recovery v2.8.3.0 TWRP
2. Installing drivers
3. Putting phone into download mode
4. Connecting the cable
5. Starting Odin v3.09 as Admin
6. Adding the recovery into AP
7. Start
Didn't Work! You should know I never rooted my phone and also Auto Reboot and F.Reset time options were also checked!
Need Help Guys!!
Thanks in Advance!!
I'm a bit scared why it isn't working!
Would someone kindly help me here?!!
Did you download the Odin version of TWRP ?
Did Odin find your phone when you connected it ?
Did you enable USB debugging ?
First run Odin then connect your phone (it doesn't really matter, but for the sake of it).
And FYI, it's forbidden to bump up your thread in less then 24 hours. What do you think, people are just waiting here to answer your questions ? Patience.

Hello.
Please help me to unroot SM N9005 from Malaysia and please guide me how to install the Original ROM.
Thanks a lot.
I'm fully appreciate with your help.
Flashing a stock ROM with Odin will remove root; therefore, there is no need to unroot before flashing a stock ROM.

Hello, I purchase a SM-G935F from a pawnshop today that was flashed with a custom ROM however it does not boot. The phone goes into download mode just fine and want to flash stock firmware but cannot find the USA version. The box came the phone and appears to be a USA version, the UPC code on the box is 8806088275123 and I check the IMEI on a website service and it came back with this model number SM-G935FZKLTTT and says it was sold in the USA. Any help from members would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance for your help.

Yes, it is in the download. When you download Samsung firmware from Sammobile or Updato website they come in a zipped file. You'll need to extract the zipped folder which will give you multiple files labelled AP, BL, CP, CSC and lastly HOME_CSC.
This is an example of what the files look like when the files are extracted from the downloaded firmware zip file:
http://prntscr.com/k07am0
The non_home csc file is used to tell the phone to wipe the user data on the phone when flashed, the home CSC is used if you don't want to wipe the user data on the phone when flashing firmware.

If you are flashing Oreo firmware which is 8.0 you need to use Odin 3.13 or newer as the older Odin software does not support flashing Oreo firmware.
The only buttons you need to click are BL, AP, CP, CSC then start and nothing else.
The default check boxes under options tab will be auto reboot and f reset time. Others should be left untouched and not checked.
You'll need to reboot download mode again which can be done by holding the download mode keys until you get that blue screen again or that it says that something ran into a problem with the blue screen which allows flashing as well.

Hello again, well I thought it worked because I got a PASS in Odin however, when the phone boots, I get a Black screen saying Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge then it goes to a blue screen with the android logo and it says erasing at the bottom for a few seconds then the screen goes black. The phone still goes into download mode however, it will not go into recover mode. Before flashing this I could get into recovery mode but would see a custom page with loading and rebooting options. Am I missing the stock boot loader? So sorry to keep bothering you about this.
