I setup windows mobile device center for 32bit vista
But in bootloader menu the program shows the device is not connect so i can not install anything.Thanks for helps
There are no Vista compatible Upgrade_RUU.exe's for our beloved Prophet! Sorry but you must flash a ROM from Windows XP or earlier!

At the moment, it is not possible to flash a Prophet ROM using Vista.

i have recently got the charmer but i am unable to install any cab or other file on the phone. it shows an error " .... is not a valid windows CE setup file'' so what am i missing. i will be thankful for ur help.

i have upgrade cotulla software with windows7
by installing [ Windows XP Mode Source]
search for it in google and you will find it
i am sorry couldn't upload thse files becaus i did't have account on a server

Worked fine for me when I updated my mates MDA Compact
now lets begin
dowenload this link first and install
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...18-1441-47EA-8309-2545B08E11DD&displaylang=en
and restart your computer
then dowenload the second link and inatall
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...9D-DDBC-4044-BB09-4F99E757064E&displaylang=en
now enter boot loader on your jam [pocket pc] and attatch it with your computer to make your computer identify it[till now you are on windos 7]
now open the [windows virtiual pc]from the start menu
it will open
you will find on the top of the windos icon [called usb]press it and choose [attatch mobile device]
now you are ready to install the cotulla rom go to it[you are already in xp mode]and begin to run it[as cotulla instructions]
now congratulatios you have done it
i will try to upload files to make it more easy

This way is okay, but if you dont have that large a download allowance (like me) then dharvey4651's way is the best: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=338473 This method work in win7 and vista as the drivers are interchangeable.

when i try to install Linux.... install falls and i delete some drivers for Wireless,Bluetooth ..... need help about install please give me links to download windows 6.5 ...and help to install.....
