Hi!
When i try to connect my wizard with PC i have mesage USB Device Not Recognised, I don't no its a problem on my wizard maby i need som files on my wizard beacuse i true to hard reset and nothing i have unlock my device and i don't no what else.

did you try to reinstall active sync (for winXP) or windows mobile device center (for windows vista)?

I setup windows mobile device center for 32bit vista
But in bootloader menu the program shows the device is not connect so i can not install anything.Thanks for helps
There are no Vista compatible Upgrade_RUU.exe's for our beloved Prophet! Sorry but you must flash a ROM from Windows XP or earlier!

At the moment, it is not possible to flash a Prophet ROM using Vista.

You need to install USB tool in Window mobile and install activesyc 4.5 above on your XP. once you need to connect your 3G you must tap internet sharing on your WM to connect the internet at your XP thru USB tool.

1) I went through all procedure to "liberate" my htc
2) I used usb tool to enable.
3) Unfortunately I get error on "“Generic RNDIS" and Windows Mobile-Based Device; windows xp doesn't find driver. (I also tried to installa usb switch to use serial but surfing the web via windows xp it does not work!!)
Can you please help me ?

I had the same problem but eventually resolved it.
Just try to download and install Microsft ActiveSync 4.5 from Microsoft's website and you wont have to install the Generic RDNIS drivers.
It will install automatically.

For Windows 7, you need Windows Mobile Device Center, not Active Sync. Install that and it will work.
i did, it goes connecting for around a minute or two then again, connection error. please help wheather i need to update the phone or something
I have a serious problem i can't update my x2 at all.Because when i connect my phone to pc on normal way i can see my phone and storage card,win mobility working but when i restart phone on update mode and connect to seus,just only animation screen how can i connect and update my phone.

i suppose your windows is vista or seven... to update without any problems try using xp... or try another compuer.

unfortunatelly on windows xp also seus not working for updates

problem solved,5th computer with win7 recognized all driver and seus worked,i changed my phone's language russian to english succesifully
to change language it is simple just copy what in cab file(extract first) than paste to windows folder,good luck
