[Q] SMART netphone 701

Can i flash custom ROMS here on my branded ZTE blade? (SMART netphone 701 here in the philippines)
what do i need to know before trying to flash this phone?
can anybody help me?
basically i'm a newbie in this section, but i have knowledge in flashing via CWM because i also own a samsung galaxy ace.

Yes, you can! I'm also from the Philippines and I've tried CyanogenMod and its different kangs, Ginger Stir Fry, and Swedish Snow, and they all work on Philippine Blades.
Just be careful because there are some roms that are meant for certain types of Blades (i.e. for certain countries or carriers).

First check which GEN your phone belongs to. If it is GEN1 you may have to use Wbaw's TPT to GEN2 to use certain ROM's such as CM7 or the newer ICS builds. If it's GEN2,you can flash almost all ROM's. Everything else is the same. Flash using Clockwork.

2. Is it possible to unlock my device? If so, how? - Yes. Read the GUIDE on Root,TPT,CWM,Flashing,Mods,Recovering,etc. for Blade
3. How do I install custom ROM. - Same as item 2.
4. Based on my device i.e Gen 1 or Gen 2, what is the best or stable ROM so far? - I chose CyanogenMod-7.0.3-Blade.

Looks like you're phone is a Gen 2 blade
2.1 = eclair Gen1
2.2= fryo. Gen 2
2.3= Ginger bread Gen 3
This is only based on information gained on forums like this. I only have the u.k San Fran and have never owned or even seen phones from other countrys. On the whole this seems to be how it works.

[Q] Asus Stock Applications not Installing

Hi All,
First of all what a great forum this is you can never be bored if you spend your time here great job to everyone...
I have been palying arounf with my Asus TF101 installing different ROMs and such I found Codenamed best one to my liking however it doesn't have stock Asus Apps... when i tried to back them up from the official rom and re-install them into the custom ROM install always fail???
Can somebody please explain why and how i can run the custom ROM i like with the Stock Apps..

If it's an AOSP ROM, most Asus app will not work.
A few will work but not all

[Q] [Question] Best ROM for HD gaming on ZTE Blade/Dell XCD35.

I have dell xcd35 (India). I have checked it via Ask Mr Pigfish, it is a gen2 device.
I flashed an ICS ROM yesterday, but it is not smooth.
I want to optimize my device for gaming. I can download any ROM suggested. Please suggest me the best ROM for HD gaming.

Going Back to Stock N9208

Hi everyone,
my brother has Galaxy Note 5 and he was dancing on my head to help him get android 10
so I flashed Lineage 17.1 and Gapps with Magisk . his phone is N9208 nobleltezt but twrp was detecting it as noblelte so i downloaded noblelte and flashed it. now his phone became N920C lols. but now he is very unhappy because of over heating and camera issues and etc. now he wants me to flash stock 7.0 rom and kernel.
I need some help, plz tell me where is stock firmware and kernel so i can make his phone stock again ...

like a custom rom which is a perfect daily driver ? any version 7 to 10.

I can't help you much with that, but you should have an easier time finding a decent ROM for your model (N9208) than I had for the N920P, a real orphan of the Note5 series. That phone is my only exposure to the Samsung world, and I have to admit my surprise how different, and fragmented, I found that world to be from all my prior experience (mostly Motorola phones). Having said that, from what I've read in the past month while chasing information about the "P" model, most talked about are Havoc and Bliss ROMs, but here is also Floyd Note8 ROM which only lists a problem with NFC for your model. I want to upload android 7 onto my S4, and was able to install TWRP and to make a nandroid backup. But the page with the instructions I was using has an empty link for the android 7 ROM. All my searches could find were pages for I9505, and I have I9500. Then I found these forums. Can someone recommend a source for the most stable least possible problematic android 7 ROM for an S4 I9500? Thanks - Mark

I don't know enough about the difference to say I want the custom, so I'll just say which ever is easiest and/or most reliable. Sorry I posted in the wrong place at first - this site is huge and I've never done any of this before.

I just need an android 7 for my S4 I9500 so I can use a walabot attachment stud finder for a home project.

Go to this website. You can find some android 7 stock firmware for the specific model. Do not flash stock firmware using TWRP. Use ODIN flash tool for that.

If you are looking for custom ROM, You have to find one which is suitable for your device. I can't recommend one because i haven't tested any custom ROM on that device model.

Thanks so much for your assistance - like I said - I've never done any of this before. I'll post a note on my success (hopefully) later.

Back to square one - the Samsung official ROM for the S4 I9500 only goes to Android 5, so I'll have to find a custome ROM after all to get 7, and I need 7 for this phone attachment.

Google this: Android 7 custom rom s4 i9500.
But i can't guarantee that those ROMs will perfectly work on your device.

I tried to find lineage os rom for your device but it seems like your device is not in the list and those custom lineage roms aren't android 7 roms.
