Samsung S7 Edge Verizon [ SM-G935V ] can't flash official rom. - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Questions & Answers

I have this S7 Edge Verizon which a few days ago gave me a problem. I was using the phone just for a few days. While using it, social media normal stuff it self restarted ( notice that it was pretty hot, but it's a usual thing at this point ) and it got stuck in logo.
P.S: I am really familiar with this kinda stuff because I work at a phone service.
So I tried the usual stuff, wiping cache and data but it didn't solve any thing. So I decided to flash official rom. I downloaded the oreo rom from sammobile and when I tried to flash it, it just skipped all files. I thought this would be due the verizon model, because it's bootloader was locked and oem unlock wasn't enabled. I tried to flash the firmware without the bootloader and with pit but no result. Than I decided to enable oem unlock throught combination file.
When I downloaded combination file, at the website it said G935V but it actually was G935A, and somehow it flashed successfully without any problems. But after reset the phone was stuck at the very first Samsung Logo with some cpu and voltage information at the top left corner with a warning saying RPMB provisioned.
At this point I thought I might as well flash the stock firmware again but this time I got bootloader error and trying to flash it without a bootloader it would skip all files saying something like " skipping all binary files " as before. Bare in mind that during all this testing the phone got really heated. So I let it cool for a while and still nothing happened. Than I decided to flash this boot_root file I found and it actually booted up the Combination Rom. I enabled usb debugging in the settings but there was no Oem Unlock option, not even grayed out ( maybe because the rom G935A does not have the option ).
Even the USB debug enabled it still couldn't flash stock rom because of bootloader error and some binary error also and again if i didn't include bootloader it would skip all files.
I was thinking of installing a custom rom but I found out that there is not twrp avaible for s7 edge verizon because of it's locked bootloader. And if I try to install supersu through adb it just doesn't work.
Now my download section looks like this
ODIN MODE (HIGH SPEED)
PRODUCT NAME: SM-G935A
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
FRP LOCK: ON (don't worrie about it, i got all the gmail info)
WARRANTY VOID: 0x0 (the warranty has expired anyways)
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE
RP SWREV: B5(2, 1, 1, 1, 1 ) K1 S4
SECURE BOOT: ENABLE
IDOQ : G(42), S(12) mA
CPU SERIAL NUM : 0x1408501f
Fused open loop voltage: 970mV
RPMB PROVISIONED
The Samsung first boot up screen still has the RPMB PROVISIONED with the cpu information and also the custom flagg and I am able to boot up the combination rom.
I also tried to flash the official rom with z3x but it didn't solve anything. If you need any additional information just tell me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to download official firmware from another source. I recommend updato.com.
https://updato.com/firmware-archive-select-model?record=4F3A1B13706611E89F15FA163EE8F90B
You need to flash the latest Oreo firmware for the Verizon SM-G935V because it sounds like your phone has issues with your current bootloader. Go back to the Verizon firmware first and see if the phone works normally. Also, flash the regular CSC file not CSC_HOME.

Help
I too have the same exact problem. Has anyone figured out how to fix this?

Frustrated - Can not unbrick!

Have been using a S5 for several years which I unlocked bootloader and rooted at the beginning. Been running a NI2 firmware with no problems. Decided I wanted to try a Lineage rom and when I tried to flash it, it failed. I wanted to update to later android so I flash a Stock firmware through ODIN and it work fine for several days. For reasons unknown to me I went into recovery again and did a factory reset. Now when I turned on phone this is all I get and it will no longer let me boot into recovery mode. No matter what key combination I push, I just get the following screen:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SM-G900V
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Official
REACTIVATION LOCK: OFF
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE (CSB)
AP SWREV: S1, T2, A1, A2, P1
SECURE DOWNLOAD: ENABLE
UDC START
Software Update Failed
etc etc etc
Tried flashing different firmware in ODIN (3.09 and 3.10) and still boot into same
screen with following line added:
SW REV CHECK FAIL : [aboot] Fused 2 > Binary 1
Have tried Samsung Switch, Kies and Verizon Software Update to no avail. Have uninstalled drivers and reinstalled several times. Also ADB does not recognize phone.
At wits end - any suggestions appreciated!

You need to install using odin the last update avaliable for G900V. The last update is QF2. Download from updato and flash it..
Tried flashing QF2 and Odin failed again. I did manage to pick up a new in the box S5 and it arrived today. Works great and it is on 6.0.1 DPF4.
Just wanted everyone to know that the phone is now working!! Had not done anything to the phone since last post. Yesterday took it downstairs to an old computer running XP. When I turned the phone one got a surprise, it booted to the Verizon splash screen and stuck there. Installed ODIN on the computer, was able to put phone in download mode and then ODIN worked and was able to flash the DQH2 rom and phone works great. I now have a back up phone!

Need help!!! I believe I soft-bricked my Galaxy s8 SM-G950U

Hi recently I believe I soft-bricked my Galaxy S8 SM-G950U I was having trouble getting service on it, It would only work on like major roads so I knew something was wrong with it so I tried to get the device fully updated and everything by going in the setting menu in Android and doing it from there It still was doing the same issues. So I went about restoring it with OEM firmware with Odin, everything worked when I restarted it, it was running more smoothly and everything. So since I achieved doing that I was like might as well root it so I installed firmware in Odin then everything messed up I couldn't get into my boot-loader anymore. So I reflashed the stock files that originally worked at first and I was having the same issue. In the bootloader it's on a blue screen I see no command for a second and then it goes to installing updates and the screen keeps on flashing. I believe it's because I reflashed a firmware that had a loader bootloader I believe it was the v2 bootloader. I need the v3 bootloader for ATT galaxy I can't find it on any site preferably all the Odin files needed. Please any expert let me know if you experience this thanks!

Helpp Please! Galaxy S6 Edge Plus FRP Problem!!

Hello guys,
Lately i had some problems with my charging port on my phone and one day i found my cellphone (it was charging) dead and now it's stuck on Samsung S6 Edge + logo not even on the boot logo and it says CUSTOM BINARY BLOCKED BY FRP. i Cannot access the Recovery only the Download Mode.
I really tried everything i've found on the forums from flashing the latest software(i tried more then 5 different firmwares to flash all of them were stock files downloaded from sammobile) to taking it to the repairing service(Not on warranty) and yet they have not done it. I thought if the NAND erase would help me but i have not tried it yet. On Odin it gave me errors like Bootloader blocked by FRP Lock and even for the cache, radio and custom binary. It gave me even the error SECURE CHECK FAIL for this ones. Is there any other way to unlock the FRP so i'll flash it without problems? I still believe there is something i can do but i ran out of ideas. Help!
P.s: It also shows RP SWREV: B:5 K:0 S:1 idk what it means but i think it has to do with the custom binary.

You can flash combined firmware for your model, then you will be able to unlock it.

How to disable Qualcomm Secureboot on Galaxy S7 Unlocked

From what I've been able to google, this means my bootloader is still locked. If I try to flash with Odin, I get this:.
ODIN MODE (HIGH SPEED)
PRODUCT NAME: SM-G930U
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Officail
FRP LOCK: OFF
WARRANTY VOID: 0x0
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE

I know Odin detects the phone, it doesn't seem to be an issue with computer -> phone connection.
turned on OEM Unlock and USB debugging, fired up Odin and my phone is telling me the following when I boot it into recovery:
SECURE CHECK FAIL : recovery
And in Odin, the log looks happy as a clam, then tells me
FAIL! (Auth)
I'm really not sure why this is happening shows OEM Unlock as being enabled. I know Odin detects the phone, it doesn't seem to be an issue with computer -> phone connection.
loop on recovery booting and the phone does not accept any official U or V FW
the error is" unsupport dev_type"
please help me
I think you tried to flash custom recovery? Flash stock rom downloaded from updato, heres the link https://updato.com/firmware-archive-select-model?record=839E6F7BC66911E89F15FA163EE8F90B
I also noticed you have a 930, this is edge (935) forum
Additionally, you have 930U, Snapdragon device with locked and not unlockable bootloader. If you are attempting to unlock your bootloader by switching OEM Unlock you won't be able to do it since at 21 december 2018 locked Snapdragon S7 bootloader is not unlockable by any known way
I have an sm-935v which has not taken updates since way before dec 2018, it is at baseband 4 (the 5th digit from rt to lft). Does that mean my bootloader is possibly NOT locked? How would u go about checking if it is in fact unlocked? I have already rooted my s7edge using kingoroot. The android version is 8.0.
i have s7 edge g935u qualcom (oreo version) iwant to install twrp but i did not find qualcombased file is anyone help me....?

[HELP][SM-G930F] Cant boot after factory reset using twrp, Please help

Hi everyone,
so it was working perfectly this morning, then i factory resetted it, and used it for a few hours, but forgot to turn on oem unlocking in dev options. And then when i rebooted it it never turned on after that. it showed Custom binary blocked by frp lock on upper right corner in red color.
i had encountered this issue before so i knew the solution, i simply fired up my odin3 3.14. and started flashing my stock rom. after it was done it gave me another error
Failed to mount /system as rw and started restarting after that error.
i had encountered this issue before also, so i knew the solution, i downloaded the latest twrp for herolte, and last time when i did that it successfully installed and then i flashed encyption disabler zip, and it was a happy ending to a stressful evening. but unfortunately this time it wasnt like last time, it was one of those anime fighting comeback scenes where you think you have defeated the villain but he comes back, So this time when i tried flashing the last twrp through odin it said "FAIL!" and on the phone appeared the message "Custom binary (RECOVERY) Blocked By FRP Lock"
please help me fix this phone, i solely use it for watching movies and stuff, no sim card,
ask me any other detail that i might've forgotten to mention.
Here's download mode stats:
ODIN MODE
