Bricked Phone, no screen at all

Hi there,
my brother purchased a used Note 4 and made a software update, after that the phone died. Now nothing is working, no recovery mode, no download mode. The phone does not even vibrate while holding the buttons.
The phone is still recognized in the pc with Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008, also Miflash and QFil (the Qualcom Flash Image Loader) recognize the device but i am not able to go any further. Miflash tops because of error " end of file (EOF) Receiving hello packet" and QFil says:

Download Fail:System.Exception: Unable to download Flash Programmer using Sahara Protocol
bei QC.QMSLPhone.Phone.QPHONEMS_SaharaArmPrgDownload(String sFileName)
bei QC.SwDownloadDLL.SwDownload.QPHONEMSSaharaDownloadArmPrg(UInt64& version, String armPrgPath)

I think i am using the wrong files or whatever, it would be GREAT if you could help me/send me the correct files or whatever.

Hello Guys
my phone is hardbricked and I can not get it in the download mode to flash a new rom with odin. Are there QFIL Files out there to download it with the Qualcomm HS-USB QDloader 9008 Method?
I tried using the files from this site: http://www.droidsavvy.com/unbrick-qualcomm-mobiles/ (QPST 2.7 build 422 (QFIL))
but get this error:

N910P HS-USB QDLoader 9008 question

Hello community,
Does anyone was able to flash prog_emmc_firehose_8936.mbn through QFIL to n910p?
I've tried several times since yesterday to unbrick the phone itself, but keep receiving next message:

Seems the problem is in prog_emmc_firehose_8936.mbn

Trying to root my ZTE ZMax Pro (Z981) from MetroPCS, keep getting stuck on Sahara error in the QFIL

Hi all,
I've been trying to root my ZTE phone for a couple of days now (using this guide: https://androidforums.com/threads/new-root-method-for-z981-zmax-pro.1284305/) but when I try to flash (?) using the QFIL, I keep getting this error:
ERROR: function: sahara_rx_data:277 Unable to read packet header. Only read 0 bytes.
ERROR: function: sahara_main:983 Sahara protocol error
ERROR: function: main:320 Uploading Image using Sahara protocol failed
Download Fail: Sahara Fail:QSaharaServer Fail: Process fail
I've tried getting the most recent version of QFIL I could find, I've tried allowing unsigned drivers, I've tried finding a new programmer file, updating the Qualcomm drivers but I keep getting the same error.
I'm using QFIL 2.0.2.3 and the ZTE is running Android 6.0.1
If anyone could help me out that'd be greatly appreciated, and if there's a piece of info that I need to provide just reply and I'll edit it in.
