I don't update is rom anymore. I don't have much time and sell my 1+3. But enjoy all other rom. I recommend Experience ROM or AURORA ROM
Hello and welcome to my Thread,
I want to share with you my daily driver. I'm not a Brain my some other gus here .
HyperStock is only a factory image based Rom. I cook it with SuperR's Kitchen and I only debloated it, add bootanimation and "steal" ah I mean add some Mods. Even the bootanimation is ripped.

Download:
-> OOS 4.0.3 Firmware + Modem (flashable)
-> HyperStock v2 OOS4.0.3
Installation
From OOS:
Download both zips
Copy the rom.zip and firmware.zip on you 1+3
Boot into TWRP
Flash the rom.zip and than the firmware.zp
Reboot
From CM Based:
- Download TWRP and flash it with Flashify or ADB (fastboot flash recovery TWRP.img)
- Download the original Open Beta 9 ZIP (here) and HyperStock ZIP
- Boot into TWRP & do a full wipe
- Flash the official OB9 and reboot into recovery
- Wipe and flash HyperStock

Hi, it doesn't have any of the CM bugs, as it is not a CM based ROM. I'm using the Open Beta 9 and I didn't find any major bugs, so I'll give this ROM a try, for sure

Download the firmware.zip, the rom.zip and twrp.
flash TWRP (flashify or fastboot)
than wipe cache, data system and flash the rom
flash the firmware.zip and reboot
edit: 50%

So u can't run this rom in f2fs? Since open beta 9 used to work in f2fs just fine

Which file system is this rom using? The new f2fs or the old one?

I think the Open Beta 9 use the new filesystem this is the reason why you have to download the TWRP on the first post

just to confirm Firmware before or after the Rom ?

I'm interested in this ROM, mainly because for the life of me I was not able to install SuperSU on Open Beta 9.
Being on F2FS Data partition, I'll wait for the feedback of someone starting from the same situation.

edit: 95% so start to make a nandroid backup

I have a doubt. My data partition is now in ext4. Do I have to change it to F2FS?

[Stock Rom] [Lenovo P2] [NOUGAT 7.0] [Deodexed_P2a42_S244_170725_ROW]

Deodexed mean everything reunified and put back inside apk and jar file.
Compare 1700mb stock rom, this rom only 900mb very small foot print, Deodexed_P2a42_S233_170404_ROW rom will take much less space in system file, result is reduce system file till half of free space.
Features:
remove some bloadware,
added lenovo gallery,
added latest/update gapps,
added dolby atmos,
magisk root
I did not responsible for phone damage or bricked
Need to unlock bootloader and twrp installed
Always do backup rom first.

Before flashing need to wipe dalvik cache, system, data and cache
change data system file to ext4
now install rom from zip file
Reboot to system, don't do anything just wait around 7-10 minute till appear.

See the different system running more faster, smooth and better benchmark result.
Bugs!!! nothing, everything working as normal,
if any, only came from original firmware stock rom

Alright, that's fine. If you need it I have the OTA zip from 232 to 233. But I think it will cause problems if you install it over the deodexed version.

dear brother ! I'm a stock nougat user of lenovo p2. I never root my phone. after 5 days, my bootloader will be unlocked. Then I want to install your marshmallow deodexed rom via your TWRP3.1.0. If there any chance to having bootloop or trouble as I downgrade from nougat to marshmallow ? pls suggest me if it's safe ! And one more thing, you wrote in your post to wipe cache, dalvik, data. Don't I need to wipe also system including those ? pls clear me if I should wipe system before flashing ! And after flashing, do I need to wipe cache, data and dalvik again ? should I try to install your marshmallow over my nougat or I should wait for your next s233 deodexed ?? pls kindly clear me the total procedure step by step as I am a new member here and firstly want to install custom rom. Only below mentioned J200G FIRMWARE supported.
STEPS:
Clean system and flash stock rom of
"Baseband version - J200GDDU2AQF6"
"BUILD NO.- LMY47X.J200GDDU2AQF3"
Do basic setup, reboot into stock recovery and then reboot to download mode to flash twrp to avoid complications.
After flashing twrp,
Download and flash busybox from here

yes u can install any gapps u want..even AROMA GAPPS...and regarding grace ux or backlash, u have to ask the developer if the system ui is deodexed or not.

Follow theses steps to install cleanly
1. Enter twrp
2. Wipe data (normal wipe)
3. Install all zips and Roms
4. Don't restart yet
5. Go back to wipe and click format data
6. Reboot.. Enjoy!

So, i did factory reset, flash firmware, then Rom and wipe data then reboot. I don't flash anything else, is that a problem ?

Did you press the format data button and then type yes?

YEAH i did a mistake, i'm sorry guys, i was juste ticking the data option and then wipe it, by only press the data button it worked ! By the way somehting i noticed, TWRP always roll back to 3.1.1-0 when i flash 3.1.1-1 !

In my opinion, Descnedant Rom is like Samsung's ONEUI Interface.

For some reason i cant install gapps couse of error 70, otherwise the rom booted normaly and looks cool.

Shouldn't you do the wipe first thing then install stable miui, or does it matter? Every ROM flash instructions I've seen has the wipe come first, then the flashing of the small miui firmware zip.
