Problem, I left the phone to be charged overnight, and now that I removed it from the charger the phone is stuck on a boot up logo and it constantly rebooting. A week ago I did update to Oreo. Please help. Thanks in advance.

So i updated my (not a year old) nexus 4 yesterday and today it died.
First off:
Ive never done any rooting, OCing or anything else fancy with my nexus, nor has anyone else.
Now, some time today the nexus got stuck in a bootloop, it was freshly recharged so it kept rebooting.
In the beginning full boots, after a while it got stuck at the 4 circles, later at the google logo, until now: completely dead, i suspect because of a drained battery.
I've been recharging the device for a few hours now, the red notification light keeps blinking and there's no hope for a (safe) reboot (yet)...
Any advice?
Do i keep charging it or is it a lost cause?
I'd rather not tinker with the device's internals, in case i would void the warranty.
Is your bootloader unlocked? Charge it up and then flash the factory image with fastboot.

My guess is that some files must have been corrupted during the update. Can you boot to fastboot mode (hold down both power and volume down)?.
My phone is acting similarly since yesterday. Stuck at bootloop even after reflashing the whole 4.4.3 factory image. Even recovery works fine, I just can't get past the boot animation :crying:

Mods you can close the thread I fixed it and learned a lesson. DONT FLASH ROMS WHEN 3% LEFT
Yesterday my lg was working just fine. Before i went to sleep i locked my phone at the time battery was lower than 5% perhaps while i was sleeping some important update started but because it was such low battery the update got interrupted when phone lost all the battery. When i woke up i started charging my phone. After a while i tried turning my phone on but it was stuck in boot loop.
Tried phone factory reset but that did not work it got me to the lg welcome screen with language selection option but pressing next does nothing. I noticed that downloading mode still works on phone so maybe something can be made there saw this guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/d290n/how-to/guide-reflashing-stock-rom-d290-d295-t3142456 but i am stuck on step 3 Download a KDZ firmware file that site has adfly links and many links there i tried dont work.
What should i try to do to fix my lg and where can i get lg l fino d290n kdz file?

hi guys..so I was using phronesis rom on my Korean note 3 with custom kernel..when I used to turn the phone on it to say set warranty bit kernel on the top and used to get stuck at the logo then I would remove the battery and turn it on again and it would turn on..but yesterday my phone turned off automatically and was stuck in bootloop.it was not booting into twrp..so I flashed stock rom via odin but the bootloop was still there and I can not boot into recovery it would just restart and go back to booting normally and again bootloop..but if I remove the battery for a few minutes and then turn it on it works fine until i turn it off..now
thanks in advance.

From what I can tell, a possible issue you could have is with the battery. I used to have this problem, my phone would re-start for no apparent reason, couldn't even get to recovery. I switched the battery for another and it worked again. So maybe you could try that

Well buddy in my case it was not a battery issue..and after few times my phone is not even turning on its dead..:crying:
Hey guys,
so yeah, it's in the title. I rooted my S10+ with Magisk (no TWRP installed) and now my battery ran out before I could get to a plug. Usually when that happens I'd just turn the phone back on with Volume up + Bibxby + Power and once I got the bootloader warning I'd stop holding the buttons and immediately plug in the power cable and that would do it. Except this time it didn't.
Now my S10+ ist in a Loop and switches between the first splash screen and the bootloader warning. I let it charge for about 20 minutes and retried but that didn't help. And I went into recovery and wiped the cache, but that didn't help either. I just hope I don't have to reset everything...
Any ideas how to fix this? I have a date tonight and that might actually ruin it since I can only contact her via WhatsApp and don't remember her number. So yeah, can somebody please help a bro out?
Regards
