I have a Samsung Galaxy SM-J327A (AT&T) 2016. Is there another model that is the same as the SM-J327A WHEN IT COMES TO THE FIRMWARE? Say, the SM-J320M? Like a J700T1 & a J700T??? Does anyone know a link? A site? To find firmware & information about the device. I would like to flash with Odin, original firmware 6.0.1 to gain root. Just haven't seen this device on XDA anywhere. Maybe I missed it?
I have been to sammobile. Finding nothing but SM-J320M? I WILL KEEP LOOKING...
Help would be appreciated tremendously.
I am learning. With y'alls help... Thanks

I have a samsung note 4 with a model number SM-N901F. I live in the UK and on three mobile network. I've been waiting for the marshmallow update and it hasn't been release by three mobile so im hoping flash my phone to its samsung stock firmware I might be able to update to marshmallow. is that possible? if anyone has an idea please help me. thanks.
Firstly marshmellow for UK N910F hasn't been released yet, well the BTU, unlocked version. Fortunately you can install the German DBT Rom or the Rom posted by Steve Pritchard, here on XDA forums. Use Odin to flash firmware, plenty of tutorials if you use the search function.
Sent from my SM-N910F using XDA-Developers mobile app
Thanks for the quick reply. I'm such a newbie that i tried searching for the DBT rom that you meant and i still can't find it. Sorry. A link will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

First of all install these drivers after that download odin3
Download your firmware file from updato.com or sammobile
Download firmware for ur model and remember doesn't matter from which country or carrier you get its important to be your model (g928i) extract the firmware zip put it in AP click start after that wipe and see how it goes
BTW wrong section should've posted it in q&a
Hello people. I am trying to get my firmware copied of my Galaxy Core Prime to create a pre-rooted firmware to flash via Odin.
The reason I underlined create is because I've tried looking for my firmware in a good few places (sammobile, samsung-updates,and the xda forums themselves) and I can't find mine, this is my first time trying to root a 5.1.1 device might I add.
So, I was wondering if i could utilise Samsung smart switch or Kies to copy my firmware from the backup function.
My phone isn't rooted and the firmware is G361FXXU1APB1.
Should I post this in the Galaxy Core Prime section? Because this isn't all related to my phone.
Any response would be appreciated.

I want to go back to a normal nougat from Samsung. Does anyone know how. Just saying my Samsung is sm-g935f Vodafone UK. Thanks.
Flash the stock firmware in Odin. As for the firmware I don't have your phone so Idk but do a little lurking on the forums and you'll find what you need. You could even flash the unlocked firmware if you want.
If you find any solution, I would be grateful. I am looking also the same.
Hello everyone.
I want to go from PartCyborgRom to stock S8+ (Or maybe to flash a better rom if one exists for this damn AT&t device)
I know he mentioned his ROM updated the bootloader to v2 so I can't just flash what I had before.
Hoping some intelligent kind soul can help me avoid crushing mistakes.
My soecs:
Samsung Galaxy S8+
SM-G955U
Android 7.0
Baseband G955USQU1AQK1
Build NRD90M-G955USQS2BQL1
Any advise is appreciated thank you.

man, you got rooted a while ago!! bootloader revision 2? yikes!! anyways, heres the unbranded S8 firmware. Get the Frija tool or Samfirm to download it in less than 33 lifetimes
What kind of benefits come from 9.0 Android on G955u?
Is it rootable without any compromises?
