My Google search app, fully updated according to the play store, lacks the camera search option in the menu. I didn't even notice this till i saw the option in the app on a Kindle Fire 2, which doesn't even have a camera.
Is this an app issue, a nexus issue, a cm 10.1 issue (although both devices are CM10.1), or maybe a pdroid issue (camera permission is allowed)?
Do people other than me see that option?
I managed to install a google hd + camera on the A510m plus when I opened the app it stays on the blue screen does anyone know how to fix it?

Has anyone got the Official F1 App to work on an Fire HD 10 (2017)?
It installs and seems to start, but just shows a black screen for a split of a second and then exits without any (error) notice.
Tried to install it via Play Store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.softpauer.f1timingapp2014.basic
I also tried some older versions I got from ApkMirror, but neither worked.
Would be really sad if I couldn't get this to work, as this app was one of the main reasons for me to buy a Fire HD.
Any advice?
Is anyone else experiencing this? Using the Fire toolbox to install the Play Store affectively breaks the Alexa App. I don't know if it's something the toolbox itself is doing or if its the google services. I do know that I have the Play Store and Google services loaded without issue on my Fire HD 10 (2019). If anyone has any insight or knows some troubleshooting techniques it would be greatly appreciated. Basically what happens is when I go to load the app it pops the Alexa splash page for a split second but then just drops right back to the device home page, the app shows as recently ran in the history but obviously not in a way that is useful. Once I have broken her only way i have figured to get her back is by factory reset - using the toolbox to restore Alexa doesn't solve the problem.

May I suggest that you bring this to the attention of @Datastream33 on the FTB thread? Support for the new 2021 tablets has just been added so I'm sure he'd like to know any issues that arise.

Thanks I posted in there. Its funny cuz I found this forum from that thread but then I'm a newb and created this new one instead of doing just that. Hopefully he see's.
Hey, just wanted to know if you resolved your issue?
I just recently installed Fire Toolbox on a Fire Tablet 10 2019, and found it completely broke the Alexa app. I also noticed there was a banner across the main page of the Alexa app stating the app should be updated.
I found I could install the Amazon Appstore app from Google Play, and in the Amazon App Store they had the Alexa app available for install. I installed the Alexa app, and it appeared to update the original Alexa app, and the update banner was removed. I did notice that after first install, the text was all out of alignment in the app, but closing the app and opening it again, seemed to fix it.
So far, it appears to be working, but I havenet tested it long term. Also, if you install the app from the Amazon App Store, make sure all the permissions are activated to ensure everything works.
I've a redmi note 7 pro & I've just flashed a pixel experience custom rom in it using orangefox. I didn't liked the default Google photos app so I removed it using uad ( universal android debloater ) using my pc ( windows 10 ), and I installed another gallery app called ' piktures' from play store and it's working totally fine. The problem is whenever I try to preview any photo or video taken by the camera from the camera app itself, it shows this type of error, I don't know how to fix this, neither YouTube nor Google has any solution..
Pls help me..!!! 🫤
