Can anyone help please please please please.???????
If it will make you feel any better, you didn't press the wrong button.
So something else must have went wrong!
BTW what ROM did you upgrade to?

Got it in this state just once. Have you tried removing the SIM, then hard-reset - then Wallaby. I think there is a major boot delay without the SIM present - it was a while ago that I had this problem - but I did get back from it!
Thanks for the replies Guys.
But I tried to make s hard reset with or without then SIM Card it also doesn't help.
It still can be charge but it won't switch on or go to bootloader mode.
Is there any key combination to get into bootloader mode or to do hard reset?
What is cold boot?
Cold Boot and Hard reset are the same thing.
Hey guys, obviously f**kd up my K-Jam and it's crashing on boot.
I am trying to hard reset by holding the communication manager and voice dial buttons and then pressing the soft reset.
The screen comes up asking me to press the SEND button to restore to factory default or any other button to cancel. when i press the SEND button, nothinggg happens.
I am stuck, unable to boot, unable to hard reset, unable to soft reset. Need some real help on this one guys.
Thanks in advance.
Aahh, ok, its done . Dunno where i was going wrong but finally managed . Thanks anyways . This place rocks.
I have the problem that whenever i reset m Hima and press other buttons at the same time (like for a hard reset or to enter bootloader), the device will just turn off.
However a normal soft reset does work.
All the buttons are working withing WinMobile.
An idea what this could be?
I installed this HTC Touch Keyboard + Keypad.cab on my mega and it won't boot anymore. It shows the carrier splash screen, but it won't boot up.
Did you try a hard reset?
i did
Am incercat . At that moment i managed to solve the problem. The device is unable to boot screen popped up in the end. and i just pressed vol -. Now i have the problem again. Worse. It won't get passed the carrier logo. What can I do?
Are you sure you performed a HARD reset? Hold the volume keys down when you turn it on then press volume up to reformat the phone, it should boot.
To do a hard reset follow the steps above:
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press both the Volume Up and Volume Down
3. While keeping pressed volume Up/Down keys, press power button
4. You should see a RGB screen and then a message asking you to press volume up to do a hard reset. Do it.
5. Wait for the process to complete and you will have a clean phone.
If that won't work, you can try to flash the phone with the rom here:

Please do not forget to hard reset after flashing.
If even this will not work, you have a hardware problem and you should have your phone checked by a service.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
it worked with hard reset
thanks. it worked with a hard reset.
So I installed a new version of SPB shell on my atrix.
I rebooted my phone, and now its stuck on the "M" boot logo.
WHAT DO I DO!!
thanks in advance!
The first thing I would probably try is removing the battery for a few seconds and then try to boot again.
Yeah i did that. Now i am doing a factory reset through the boot menu by holding volume and power button at same time.
I believe the first thing you DON'T do is factory reset in a soft brick situation.
well it worked. so maybe it wasn't soft bricked?
