[ROM][ZTE Blade Q Maxi] Panoramic rom

Panoramic rom on ZTE Blade Q Maxi
Original port is made by Ravinder for Canvas juice, so all credits to him
I adapted to ZTE Blade Q Maxi
The rom have UI of android 5.0 but is 4.2.2
untill me or someone else with better skils in development will make a custom kernel
for CM

Need a rooted phone with CWMcustom(not stok) instaled
Install method:
1] Download the Rom file from the link provided
2] Place it in the root of your SD card
3] Go to CWM or any other custom recovery
4] Wipe Data/Factory Reset
5] Wipe Dalvilk cache
6] Select "Install .zip from SD card" and select the file
7] Select "YES"
8] Reboot system (It will take 2-3 minutes to boot so don't worry)
For screenshots, press the screenshots button from the top
Dont forget to do a backup of your previous working rom(just in case )
phone waranty wil be losted so you do it on your risk

Wow! Cannot wait to try it! I will flash it as soon as possible even if its late in the night!
Edit: So I installed the rom. It works really fast, just as fast as the MIUI rom and is very pretty. I have used the MIUI rom since the very first day vaserbanix has ported it, as it is a very reliable rom. But it seems that this port can also be as good as the MIUI rom. I haven't found any bug yet on panoramic rom, everything works as expected, which is really promising. I believe that there is no auto-brightness, but then again, it might be my problem that I do not find it in the settings.
Great work as always, vaserbanix! It was a really awesome surprise to see a new rom this evening!

Edit 2: It seems that it doesn't have root access, even though SuperSU and BusyBox are installed. I will re-root it with Framaroot to see if it gets rooted this way.
Edit 3: Yes it has been rooted with Framaroot using the Boromir exploit. All is well and good, i have installed Xposed on the phone successfully. We will now see how much does the battery last with this excellent port.

I have found a small bug. The Youtube app, after update, doesn't work. The sound works, but the video is just a picture, it won't play properly. Maybe if I uninstall the google apps and flash them again will work? Can I uninstall them and install the gapps you provided on your lewa os rom? Or is there a simpler solution to fix the youtube app?

you can try
but i use that gaaps on leva and it doesnt work after update
maybe another gaaps 4.2.2 more recently will work, search on "goagal" [emoji1]
make a backup first

oki tested this rom for a few hours...i havent found any bug...but status bar could use a little bit more work, it kinda look bad ...miui v5 still the best rm , and im waiting for stable lewa os thanks vaserbanix

OMNI 6.0.1 vanilla build

Hi guys,
I built the latest omnirom for our Z3 compact using sources kindly provided and created by Humberto Borba. There will be very little support for this ROM but I wanted to provide it as is for anyone who wants to use a custom ROM as the current choices for our device are pretty limited. I am not a DEV for this device but I do know how to build.
You will need an UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER
So all that goes with that ie loss of DRM etc applies here. You will also need the latest version of the bootloader to get this to work, so ensure you are coming from an uptodate 5.1.1 ROM or any 6.0.1 ROM
If you want to install GAPPS then you will need to do it immediately after installing the ROM. Do not reboot and then install GAPPs
Whats more the camera does have the fisheye lens distortion. Anyone following the AOSP dev work will be familiar with all the issues on the phone.
Again I am not posting this as a DEV project or in the DEV channels as I didn't develop it and won't be supporting it in any meaningful way.

Hi! Thanks for your work with thiese vanilla build. I'm so impressed the whole flash procedure. I'm came from slimm1.5 rom, wiped data, cache, dalvik, system in twrp 3.0.2.0 then flashed omnirom homemade, after that slimm gapps. The whole flash time, the first time boot was incredible fast. The whole system was quickiest to the nowdays roms. I tested the new camera, but i think the fiah eye bug is still there.. But maybe not so "big eye" like previously aosp roms. Anyway, I like it. Now, testing the battery life

Oops... I got same problem.
Does Clean flashing, Wipe and boot normal.
But I couldn't catch WiFi signal.
I'm using D5833 @korea.
Before find way for fix, stay on 5.1.1 stock...

I guess there is no critical difference with Most other countrie's 2.4 and 5.0 GHz 802.11 channels.
Found channels on my wireless router, same with bellow's information about In Korea sections.

@mcgi5sr2 thank's 4 building a custom rom and being motivated to contribute here. do you see any way to get rid of the fisheye camera bug? i've bought my z3c in january 2015 already and built/offered a custom rom (pacman) some weeks later. i stopped contributions 3 months later, when i went to holidays and needed a fully working camera. since then i saw MANY MANY talented and motivated developers & contributers here coming and leaving within only 1 year. i'm personally using concept rom which i find quite satisfying for every day use.
but i think there won't be any wide rom developement for that nice little device if the pictures taken keep being that unusable...

I have not been able to gain root. Initially I thought it was due to the SEpolicy denying root access. However the last few builds have had SEpolicy set to permissive so would allow root. However I am still struggling to even install root. The official Omni line is that all their builds allow for the use of systemless root from Chainfire. They do not support system root which is what is used on the stock Sony derived builds.
If you have any success regarding root please let me know.

Really strange, for me it works without problems.
Try with the kernel CM13 Bauner if it solves the problem

Why is this called 6.0.1 ? because it's not Marshmallow.
Selecting a Wi-Fi is also rather difficult when the 'Android Keyboard (AOSP) has stopped' error pops up immediately.

For instance, right after flashing this ROM (while still in recovery) I tried to flash Gapps pico 6.0 (ARM/6.0/Pico) from http://opengapps.org/ , and that refused to install telling me it can only be installed on Android 6.0.x .
Later when I booted the ROM the apps permissions system looked exactly like Android 4.4.x ...
CM latest for the note1 is CM-11 which is Android 4.4.4 http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=n7000 , same for OmniROM for the note1 http://dl.omnirom.org/n7000/ , also Android 4.4.4.
I bet one of these two is what this ROM is based on.

no no, it IS a Marshmallow ROM (6.0.1) but because of being a custom ROM, you should do as the OP instruct for installation.
for example, you're using other Gapps than the provided link.

Backup your sdcard1 to pc. Boot in recovery and format sdcard to "vfat" or "default". Reboot copy tour data back and should be fine.

Just Google "openGapps". Than you can download latest Gapps. You can choose between different packages, from the full program to the bare minimum (read the discriptions). If you use the n7000 choose the "arm" package.

Installing the "open Gapps" gives an error. I've tried everything from the arm

I would suggest to install nightowl rom. It is actively maintained, has an activ forum, is stable for daily use and works like a charm. I use it since several months.
As for here I don't know where your problem is. I recommand to make a clean install (whipe everything, but sdcards).

WIFI is strange sometime disconnected and does not automatic reconnect again? MODEM related?

I use rom 3 days in total I have to admit that it works incredibly fast, multiwindow also works correctly now defect films spin can not be at all no application I write movies, led in my case does not interest me so no drawback for me if you can you quite fix the camera it will be the best rom for this phone. Sorry for my bad english drew on an interpreter because English so well I do not know

How to fix the mic issue?

Previously I have flashed MIUI 8 in my LENOVO K3 note and now I have successfully installed Android N and it's running smoothly I appreciate it . But the problem is MI logo still appears at startup which I don't want. How to omit it . ? I need only LENOVO there

dont use it then not here to do timepass based on his work just added things and removed and some modded things so
and flash hito build and use that dont report stuff if you dont know what you are doing
flash both builds see the smoothness see the backup see the other improvements and then point on anyone if you are blaming someone then see yourself first buddy
based on his builds latest hito changes will be there and why would i change his things tell me that ?

How do you enable nav bar on miui? Is it not present in the ROM?

Hey brother don't do away with the global version as it was done before(Hito moved to global version for a while). Many of the users like the global version than the chinese version( including me ). So as a request that you should release a global version alongside the chinese version in the subsequent updates. Thanks!

Installed the rom as per OP's requirement installed google apps via google installer v2 but i am getting fc and crashes. Tried clearing cache and data but still the same issue also Package Installer crashes.. I am stuck please help?
