Hello,
A friend of mine showed me their phone and it appears that when they receive a new photo text that the preview shows the correct image, but when he expands the image to see it full screen it will show another random image received from another sender awhile back.
Has anyone ran into this issue? This issue has persisted even after factory resting his phone by Sprint store.
Thank you.

Hi, I usually send quite a few photo's by MMS and email and found the built-in photo resizer excellent. Recently this software has stopped working, it goes through the usual motions but after i have chosen my resolution and quality settings, it goes back to the mms window with a message that the image is too large (for example: 750kb) to send via MMS.
I've tried different combinations with the res and quality but still no luck. I also tried a hard reset, left the phone as new and tried but still got the same error. I tried restoring an old back-up from when this function used to work, but still no joy!?
I've tried sending photo's stored on both internal memory and storage card.
I have also started getting this message: "an unexpected error has occurred in GNAngent.exe." the details of this are:
GNAngent.exe
IOException
at System.IO.File.GetCreationTime()
at b.a()
at
OpenNETCF.IO.FileSystemWatcher.OnCreated()
at WindowSink.WndProc()
at
Microsoft.WindowsCE.Forms.MessageWindow._WndProc()
at g.DispatchMessage()
at g.i()
at g.c()
at b.k()
I know this is all very long winded, but I figured the more Info I gave, the more chance i had of someone knowing what's gone wrong!
I have stock Orange UK ROM
Does anyone here have any ideas before I order a new handset from Orange Care?
I don't have an answer but last night I tried to send a pic that was too big...it gave me the options to resize, but never actually resized it and I continued to get the "image too large error". I started to wonder why offer me the option and then not actually do it, but I've never used it before so I couldn't tell you if this is a new bug or an existing bug.
I've had the same problem.
GNAngent.exe is part of GOOGLE NAVIGATOR. That software can add gps signature to everyphoto you take in background. So, try uninstalling it and soft-reset . And check that you are not running that module any more (using a process manager)

So I backed up all my text messages using sms backup & restore. I reflashed the same rom that I had before and restored the, There were a lot ... like 9000. So it took a while but it finished finally. I went into text messages and was able to see them all but they were out of order date wise. I click into one message thread and the screen went black and does not respond. I did this multiple times and still gives me this issue.
Has anyone had this problem or know a solution?
Hi all,
I figured this was the place to come to ask my question. I have a stock Verizon G2 which I just system restored to best utilize Lollipop 5.0.2. After I was done restoring the phone I used the Verizon Cloud service to restore all of my pictures, videos, etc. Upon completion I noticed that all of my pictures were put into one folder entitled "Downloads" and the problem is that they were all put in there with absolutely no sorting order at all. I am not able to sort them by date because the "date" is the date all of the pics were restored to my phone, which was yesterday. I started to look at the details of each picture and sure enough, the actual date I took each picture is there. Is there either an app or another way to resort my pictures into the date they were originally taken order? I really appreciate anyone who takes the time to answer my question.
BTW...the same goes for my restored text messages. These were restored not in date order.....I would like to get them back into the order it was originally, with the newest texts being on the top.
Thanks!

Hey everyone, I have developed a text message problem. My phone is a verizon galaxy note 4, on modestrom 11, and I use textra for messaging. Sometime over the past year (especially the past 4 months) I have noticed I am not receiving all texts. Occasionally i will restart the phone, and will get a dozen or so messages that people had sent up to a week or so before. That problem has pretty much stopped, but I have gotten a new problem in its place. My received text message pictures are blurry. I can send pictures perfectly clear, but ones I receive through textra are blurry, and small in size. Usually they are around 30kb in size. However, when I set the stock messaging app as default, pictures come through perfectly clear. I really like textra as my wife and I send each other moving gif images, but the stock app wont let them move. I have tried setting the max size on messages received or sent to unlimited, this has not helped. I have gone into twrp and cleared cache multiple times, it also has not helped. I can't seem to track this down. I realize this may be a textra problem, as it seems to happen only using the app, but thought I would ask here for help. The textra app is the newest and I have had good luck on previous versions not having this problem. I was using version 4 when the problem started, but even after updating to version 4.8, it's still having blurry photos received. I was thinking possibly a sim problem, but ruled that out by trying the default text messaging app and the pics came through clear. Can someone please try to give me some help sorting this out? I would rather not have to factory reset and restore everything if I can avoid it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading.
