i was on hackers rom and it was working fine. i was searching for some good kernal and i found one which was for a7000/k3 i thought it will work on my k3 note (k50a40) now aftar flashing that boot.img i rebbot and my device stuck at leneovo logo i try to reboot into recover but nothing happens its just stuck at that logo. so i tought to re flash using sp flash tool. i flashed the rom but now its just showing leneovo logo with no lights on screen. try all optins like download only,fremwere update,flash all+download, even i use that optin format excpt bootloader but still no luck..... by the way i am flashing stock lollipop s112 which i earlier flashed and it was working great.now i have only option format the whole flash but i dont think so that gona help me..please help any one

I was trying to figure out how to root and put custom roms on so
I was watching a video and at one part they said to use "fastboot -w" which wipes userdata and cache.
Now when I boot my phone i get stuck at the green logo Oppo screen. Can't boot all the way.
I tried resetting it back to factory default, but didn't help at all.
I was trying to use 4.2.2 CyanogenMod 10.1
I have access to recovery mode and fastboot mode. But don't know what to do.

I have the stock firmware but dont know how to flash it, I'd usually do it by recovery mode but I can't get the file on the phone to use it.
I got CWM on there now, but I just can't enable USB mass storage to get the new firmware in.

Used the abd push/pull functions for show that stock firmware in the phone and use it. Worked like a charm.

Hello guys have accidentally deleted my os .while trying to update v38. But am able to enter the recovery mode. And when I try to install the v38 rom it shows the setup is missing the barny file. What do I do guys how do I flash the v38 rom. And when I try to reboot or power off a message appears that there is no os continue with the reboot. And if I click ok then it gets stuck on the bootloop with the white MI logo whic doesn't change colour to orange and neither android is displayed on the bottom when its in bootloop.

Which is your model? 3G or 4G?
My suggestion that will help you is,
1) Flash a custom recovery TWRP/CMW, which can be flashed by renaming the zip to update.zip and flash from stock recovery
2) Then install the rom from recovery

For Note 4G I have saved extremely simple procedure to Flash via computer.

r u sure that u download the v38 rom completely?
my suggestions is, follow the idea of #shining_sk said, then reboot again into recover mode, when it is back into recover mode, flash the rom.

I was trying to sideload the new MM update over adb. Somehow it got stuck at 49%. So, I rebooted my phone and tried again. MM update was getting stuck at 49% every time.
So, I tried to reboot to recovery to install the update from there. But now, my phone is not going to recovery mode. It just shows me 4 options (Reboot, Install update, Wipe data, Power off). And install update does not allow me to select sd card, so I cant even choose the update.
When I try to boot normally, it just shows the first screen (Lenovo in white, with "powered by android" at the bottom).
I tried connecting to PC, but my phone is not detected by that K3 Note manager tool, or by Pda.net tool. So, I am not sure, what I can even do next.
Solved the problem. Had to flash the whole thing again using SP flash tools and old stock roms. Newer rom was not working for some reason.
Finally on 6.0. Sadly, lost all my settings.

I basically ended up flashing the full thing from the beginning. See the attached text file for the steps I followed. Finding the tools is easy, just type the tool name on google.
Tools needed:
mt65xx drivers
SP flash tool
Stock rom (only the chinese version has full rom, so you have to download that rom).
After that, you can update the stock rom to marshmallow using the recovery.
Lenovo k3 note bricked. Unable to detect it via pc , On a bootloop , SP flash tool
I replaced recovery from twrp v3.0.0 to stock recovery using its image and my phone is in bootloop and when I boot my phone it shows the first screen . After a lot of research I found its the bootloop.
But the main problem is that SP flash tool cannt detect my phone so I am unable to flash it again and install new recovery in it. I have installed k3 note manager, pda net ,ADB driver and many other but still it's not working.
Can anyone help me out regarding this problem?
i recently tried to install a custom rom in my white coolpad note 3. It was successfully installed but afta booting it , it was stuck on a white screen. i again tried to flash the rom, but same happened again and again.
Now i tried to restore the phone .
i did a factory reset then i wiped the cache , dalvik cache and data and aftawards restored the phone with the backup i had.
aftawards i rebooted the phone, and it came till d coolpad logo and is stuck and doesnt goes beyond it.
And i tried to put stock rom as shown on the page "how to unbrick ur phone" i did it everything as shown.
but at end there was a dialog box showing "error bootload time out"
I think this happened due to the rom prescribed was the rom for "black model"
What Should I do now...

I think you have unbricked your device but if not just flash stock firmware via spflashtool . you can find your stock firmware easily just Google it. I have a black cpn3

My device is not booting into system.
When i try to boot it, it shows unlocked bootloader warning, then ANDROID logo, then ASUS logo then, boot animation of the rom (which i have flashed, like miui, stock or any other) for 1-2 seconds and then got shutdown/power off.
I tried everything,
Flashed custom rom via twrp, flashed stock rom via fastboot, flashed stock rom via QFIL tool, flashed stock rom via termux from another device, flashed stock rom via AFT tool, flashed twrp flashable decrypted rom. Every ROM getting flashed successfully via every method mentioned above(Tried Stock Oreo and Pie, and Custom Q miui ROM)
But no success, device got shut down after 1-2 second of boot animation.
Device is booting in fastboot, twrp, stock recovery, but not into system.
I am able to lock bootloader, unlock bootloader, flash twrp successfully.
The problem starts, when i was on unofficial RR and i tried some substratum overlay. And then whenever tried to restart my device, it was showing RR boot animation for 1-2 seconds and then power off eveytime. But i don't know, what is the actual reason for starting this problem.
Please help me Sir, or i have to go to service center.
