no network issue, IMEI no. is unavailable, ip address unavailable - Moto G5 Plus Questions & Answers

I have unlocked my bootloader moto g5 plus XT 1686 (Indian variant)
I had flashed pixel experience rom then i wanted to go back to stock rom.
i got one and i flashed the stock rom.
but i am in troble now
my IMEI no. is unavailable, network signal is not showing and bluetooth sharing is not working.
I was unalble to find the official recovery image on motorola official website.
unable to lock bootloader
plz.... someone help me

Alright, first, flash pixel again. After that, in twrp, go to 'backup', scroll down to 'efs', tap that, and uncheck everything else. ONLY BACK UP EFS. then, wipe system, data, cache, then flash stock rom, then restore EFS. After all that is done, wipe internal storage.

- Re-install the Pixel ROM
- backup your EFS partition with TWRP
- flash STOCK again
- restore EFS partition
Network and stuff should work again.

[SHV-E370K][GUIDE] Install CyanogenMod 12.0 Nightlies for S4 Mini SHV-E370K

WARNING! Although I find a way to install this on our beloved SHV-E370K, this ROM is official for the GT-I9190 and GT-I9195 variant only, and therefore may not have support from CM team!
Your warranty is now void. I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, or lose your data. PLEASE READ THIS THREAD COMPLETELY AND BACKUP YOUR NAND BEFORE DO ANYTHING.
Note 1: If you do not know how to use ODIN, flash a recovery, and/or using CMW recovery, please have a research before trying anything.
Note 2: This method do not require root.
Note 3: ROOT access is implemented in CM12 rom, so do not ask me how to root.
Note 4: 3G working fine. LTE are not tested (although it suppose so). Network operators in my country do not support LTE yet, so I can not guaranty it is work.
Note 5: Tested on CM-12-20150123 and 20150124.
CM-12.0 Android Lollipop 5.0.2 Install Guide.
1. Make sure you have latest ORIGINAL ROM (build E370KKTU2BNK5) installed on your device, or at least the baseband E370KKTU2BNK5. You can check this by go to Settings -> About phone -> Baseband version. This is to ensure all network connections are functional.
2. Download and install CMW recovery (attachment).
3. Download CM-12.0: https://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=serranoltexx. And GAPPS for Android 5.0: http://forum.xda-developers.com/par...apps-official-to-date-pa-google-apps-t2943900. Put those file into your SD card (internal memory also work).
4. BACKUP your DATA (SMS, picture, contact, ...) before taking next step.
5. Reboot into recovery by completely turn off your phone. Press VOL + and HOME and POWER button at a sametime for 2 - 3 seconds.
Backup your phone by go to "Backup and restore -> Backup to SDcard". You will need this backup later if you decide to go back to your previous ROM and data.
Go to "Install from sdcard" and install ROM file first, then GAPPS file.
Wipe Data, Cache and Davik cache.
Reboot your system.
6. Wait till boot complete and enjoy CM12 on your little SHV-E370K. Restore your data if needed.
Warning: Do not restore backup data of system apps!
If you restore a bad backup with cached settings in telephony.db in data/data/com.*.*.telephony it can break MMS.
It seems that restoring backups can also break Calendar sync.
Upgrades
Upgrades from previous versions of CM-12.0 are the same process as install, except you do not need to wipe anything. Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to even wipe cache and dalvik-cache when upgrading between CM-12.0 versions. You only need to wipe if you are doing a major upgrade, switching to a different ROM entirely, or attempting to fix bugs caused by bad backups or corrupt app data.

Excuse me. I have some questions.
What is difference between this guide and general recovery install guide?
I'm using with official CM12 nightly for GT-I9195 with my shv-e370k.
But I don't have major problems.
Just I can't check HD Voice(VoLTE) and LTE+(Broadband LTE) are work.
Is there any other problems?
Can i use stock recovery in doing this?
how can I update my firmware?

TM-535 Stocks on Samsung Logo / Loading Apps after Boot / Important DATA / TWRP Insta

Hi there, i've got a big problem. I flashed recently my sisters school tab with custom recovery (TWRP) to delete the forgotten password, worked well. But afterwards, the school write her an email, that the tab is rooted (Was not rooted, but SU App appears) so i decided to flash the stock recovery back. This also works well on first boot but after cleaning cache, its stocks on Samsung logo. Now i flashed TWRP back and cleaned dalvik cache/cache, on first boot is passes the samsung logo and Andriod os loading apps appears and stucks (i let it run over the night.). So how can i fix this without any data lose, app lose? I cant do a factory reset because of her school config...I dont know which android version is installed.

No . Ordinary stock firmware without wipe not erase data . It update system files , not data . This called dirty installation . But maybe some bugs with installed apps .
---------- Post added at 11:46 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:41 AM ----------
You need to do copy your internal memory to PC and to do reflash firmware with all wipes

So this just happened...

So I have been running Pure Nexus rom with Elemental X kernel and SuperSU and it's been working just fine. Well I made a nandroid, and flashed a couple new roms to try out. Didn't like any of them better so I decided to restore back to my nandroid. I used TWRP 3.0.2-2 to make the nandroid and when I tried to restore using same version it just constantly bootloops between the Google splash screen and the"Your device software cannot be checked etc etc screen". I did update my radio and bootloader to the newest versions via a flashable zip and also updated my vendor to the latest vendor image N4F26J. One of the roms said my vendor image was out of date or whatever but still booted fine for me to try out. Regardless I have factory reset phone including internal storage and flashed the factory OTA image and still no luck. Odd thing is I can still boot TWRP and also access my internal storage and move files from PC to my phone. It will even flash Roms and everything but it will not get past the Google splash screen. So wth do I do lol?

Maybe stupid answer : 1 did you flashed boot.img ?
2. Is your data partition anything like ex4 or f2fs ?
Will it stuck on google logo ? (I had stucl for 10 min once ) or it just bootloops
Why not try to flash 3.0.3.0 recovery and try again?

Did you try to flash the OTA image or full factory image? I think there is a known problem with the latest build of Pure nexus where some people can't boot past the Google logo. If that's your issue there are workarounds. You should check the Pure nexus thread.
Try a full wipe(without internal) and restore your nandroid without the data partition and let me know how it went.
If your nandroid contained the efs backup (3.0.2-2 backs it up by default) and you restored your backup with the efs partition your borked since you used TWRP 3.0.2-2. That TWRP has a bug restoring EFS as there is efs.1 and efs.2 and I think it writes both efs 1 and 2 to just efs.1 on the phone which causes the boot loop.
You need to have had an EFS backup and then roll back your twrp to 3.0.0-0 and restore your EFS back from there.

Ok I am gonna try and revert to 3.0.0 and restore the EFS and then the backup. Would that be the correct resolution?
Ok so I fixed it!!!!! Btw thank you guys for all your responses!!!
Even though my version of TWRP was 3.0.2-2 this still worked for me following these commands. I randomly found this page and said what the hell I have nothing to lose so I did it and it freakin' worked! anyways here's the link in case anyone else has this issue of not booting past google splash screen

Again thanks to those who responded and tried to help!

[STOCK ROM]Kiwi-L21 TWRP backup of stock b350c432

Hello!
I see that some folks want to revert back to stock b350c432 firmware but having trouble doing that. I have the L21 model and have made a twrp backup of a clen install with nothing done to it. It has twrp as recovery.
Partitions that is included; boot, data, system, recovery (twrp), e-recovery (stock), firmware. I hope that is all that is needed to successfully boot that firmware.
I have taken backup of stock recovery as well.
http://mega.nz/#F!CuBGUbhD!2wuXkLI0iNw4VDDqJ5cnzw
You have to unpack the rar and move the folder to your twrp folder location.
Hello where is this backup please. Thanks
