I have used zip file to successfully install root from here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/supersu/stable-2016-09-01supersu-v2-78-release-t3452703
Get it from the link where it says for *** Xperia users, and others experiencing bootloops ***.

The answer you are looking for is : Flash Magisk or Supersu in Recovery. If you use Google Play Store, banking apps then you need to flash Magisk to pass safetynet. This answer is literally posted a thousand on XDA.

You can try Towelroot but if that doesn't work there is a CF-Auto-Root solution for that model
Here is a thread I made that has links and info for all known root methods

Which root method did you use?
In any case none of these root methods are my work, I'd recommend checking in the threads linked for your particular root method.

I recall there was an issue with using the SU that came from the play store and that you should try to get the SuperSU binary directly from Chainfire's site.

There are multiple threads right here in the forums that offer step to step instructions for rooting your model of grand prime. Use the search function and you'll find them.
Root is similar to having administrator rights on your computer, it allows deeper levels of modification than is available on an unrooted device. There are apps available that will allow you to transfer your apps to SD card also, however most, if not all require root.

You will have to unroot your device before updating, you may then be unable to root again for some time until a new method is found.
However there are custom ROMs available for you device amongst other things.
I invite you to read through the forums for more information

Well, if you have TWRP you can just flash SuperSU flashable zip[ a guaranteed successful root with a very easy way plus if you have phone with marshmallow and above kingroot won't able to root because of new anti-root protection added so normal/kingroot won't work]
The best way to root G530H is flashing this by odin. Link here. http://d-h.st/oqFc. After flashing it flash any recovery by odin.

Nope... Unless you want a brick. None of the one-click methods will work and there have been instances of bricking.
Rooting is only possible by unlocking the bootloader and flashing a systemless root (SuperSU) manually with TWRP.

Hey guys, I installed the A37 version 2 weeks ago. It was working fine, unlocked and so on...
However, after my battery died, I restarted my phone and the sim lock was back. WHAT?
I noticed that the singtel app installed itself after the reboot.
Is there a way to block this app? Or did anybody find a solution so far for a stable sim unlock?
I just tried it again. I installed the A37fEX 11 OTA 10 20160804
This works, however, the device performs an auto update. This causes the sim lock!
Is there a way to turn it off?
Flash this rom and You can root by kingroot

Hello!
I'm afraid it won't work as simple as with kingroot, but I can recommend you this simple step by step "tutorial". It's simpler than it seems after you read the instructions carefully.
