Hey guys,
I have Chinese dex copy and It worked really well on Nougat.. But After I've updated device(G950F) on Oreo I couldn't use Dex anymore. I've heard that Oreo blocks aftermarket dex stations.. Is there any way to make it run without root after Oreo update?
I'm just asking before buying official one..
I'll be happy for every suggestion!
Thanks, Hutas

Hello everyone
i am looking to know if the dex of Samsung is compatible with our toy ???? I have found this https://miraxess.com/en/ but not yet available.
I just want to transform my OP5 into a computer.
Thank you for your feedback
After upgrading to Oreo/Samsung Experience 9.0 can no longer use those 2 files to forcefully scheme the notifications and other windows black.
Has Android Oreo removed the ability in general to force themes by use of APK? Heard that was a security 'feature' but any developers have a new workaround? Please, as I can never get used to ugly white panels. Please let there be a workaround. Thanks, and comments appreciated.
Bump. Please I need an updated apk that will work with unlocked s8 regular not plus on oreo. It seems there are updated apk for the s8 plus on oreo but it won't work with regular s8.
Hi guys
I'm on Nougat and I have no plans of upgrading to Oreo via rebranding. But to those of you running Oreo, what version of the Camera app are you running? Mine is 4.1.1.
If you're running any newer versions, please provide me with the APK.
Thanks in advance
The App Version is 8.0.0. Unfortunally for you, you can't just use a camera version that is based on a whole different OS version, that maybe looks the same but is build a with a whole new way. The API that the app uses isn't made for nougat. If you wan't it that badly, just rebrand it, no harm done. Well, in short, we cannot provide you with the oreo apk that will work on nougat, that just doesn't exist.

Thanks for the reply.
I was actually able to update some of the stock apps from a Huawei Y5 Prime 2018 (With Oreo) to my Nougat-based P9. Not all apps were compatible, though. So I wanted to try updating the camera app.
And no, I don't want it that bad. It's just for the sake of trying

Some files are easy to change, others get in to brick or bootloop.
is it possible to create a rom port of S9 9.0 pie for S8 ? thanks
Possible? Maybe. Feasible? Probably not. There's already somebody working on Android Pie for the S8 and they're called "Samsung". It shouldn't take *that long* before we get it.
S9 Pie port s8
So, i'm cheking for it every day. Give me rest! Tell me that someone is working on it! I can't wait anymore in to suspence. Sorry for my bad english, i,m from mars
I've got an opportunity to get a new t380 for free. Can anyone tell me if the OS can still be updated from nougat to pie? Also, considering this is a 2017 build, is it even worth the effort?
Thanks for your thoughts,
dow
Hello, Yes, the device has Android Pie One UI, it is also possable to get twrp and get masigk running, though you will most likey want to stick to Android Nougat beacuse in Android Pie, Masigk is not installing. But this can change. Also there is no custom roms for the 2017 Tab A, but this can change. The tablet will most likey not get android 10, but aleast you will get longer support on Android Pie than on Android Nougat.
