Hello, I recently deleted some files and have been trying to recover them. I know there are a few problems to help me but I cannot use them unless I root my phone. I think the only way I can root my particular phone is by downgrading the software to stock and then rooting it. Please correct me if I am wrong. My question is, if I downgrade my software will it delete my internal storage? Also, if I downgrade my software will it affect my ability to recover my deleted files? My phone's information is:

Also, if I am wrong and this is not the only way to root my phone, please tell me. Or if you know of a way to recover deleted files without rooting my phone, please tell me. Thank you for your time.
I want to install custom roms preferably cyanogenmod. To my knowledge this phone's bootloader is locked by Globe, a carrier in the Philippines. It may be the reason why I can't flash TWRP. I would like to know how to go about this or at least just getting cyanogenmod onto this phone. Thank you for your time.
Apparently as a new user, I can't post links so here are the details of the phone.

I am very certain that Note 4 bootloader isn't locked. Try flashing TWRP using ODIN.
I'd just like to confirm what the latest Android version is for my Galaxy S8.

I was just wondering if there is a method or exploit for rooting this specific device? I don't understand how RootChecker says the device is rootable but there's no guide to one.
I have already asked the user afaneh92 who does the UNSAMLOCK service and apparently my BootLoader version is at 7 and his method only works on BootLoader version 4 and below.
If RootChecker says it's possible I'd really like to know how because apparently they were able to root all the way to Android 12 on the latest update and current model of the device that I have, and saying that my device is possible to root. They are not kidding about the difficulty when they say hard because there is absolutely no information on how to do it which is sad. It's been 3+ years since the release of the device and you're telling me there's no developer out there that has figured out how to exploit or unlock Boot Loader without any paid service along with rooting it?
