I don't understand, why is this such a hard thing to do? I mean, live wallpapers are something that people make for samsung theme store, so they must be wrapped up in some kind of multimedia format, or apk, or something 3rd. Does anyone know the root directory where live wallpapers are stored? I am willing to play with that. Does anyone have s9 port? I'm on nougat. Come on people let's make this happen!

Firstly i am a gooner so no jokes please lol.
I noticed the new phone released being that huawei p7 arsenal Edition and wondered if it would be possible to somehow obtain the theme and icons from that phone and incorporate them onto an S4 for example.
I would love this if possible.

Set up however you desire. Install this app from here https://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=4016807&d=1485366069 to enable live wallpaper to lockscreen as well. The paid version of the S8 Live Wallpaper app in the playstore gives you more options.
Found this link. Provides a similar and excellent wallpaper like in the s8.
Unlike the ones on Google play and the ones here this one lets you pick custom backgrounds and more importantly has a swipe like effect.
So far i love this one. This will keep me busy until my warranty ends so i can root and install an s8 port rom.

Looks somewhat simillar to the s8's and work fine on any phone. Doesnt drain much battery either.

What you want to do is not allowed.!
It's illegal, plus many other logical reasons, including unethical.!
Also example theme you pinpointed, is a paid
theme.

I'm wondering about the camera filter's they talked about. I really like to see cyberpunk colored filters actually. Also someone got the official applications extracted from the 8T's software but don't think all of them will run smoothly.

Yeap I'm aware of that but I don't think filters are related to hardware(if they are not using that filter camera module). Even though it won't get done by OnePlus itself, probably someone will add those as instagram filters, since image quality sucks in internet life it won't be a problem.

This is probably a custom rom with cyberpunk theme enabled inside. I couldn't find theme option after android 11 update in my OP 8 Pro device. Also he could be using another ui with the phone too like real me ui. But if I find anything cyberpunk related I'll be sending here ^^

Me and a friend ported it with the help of another couple friends. This is not a theme but the actual cyberpunk resources installed and activated taken from the 8t cyberpunk firmware. A mod will be available soon enough, v1 has some bugs and I'm making it easier for others to use. I don't typically make magisk mods, I build roms so this was just kind of a fluke while making trees in the first place. The version pictured above, the true 100% port, won't work like it should unless you have an 8t, sorry pro fellas. We have also successfully ported a new, as of yet unknown mclaren 8t special edition too. See attached pic for the warp 65 charging animation..
