Over the last week I have tried several (6+) times to download NPJS25.93-14-13 from Android File Host without success. The farthest it has gone is about 75% with 20%- to 25% being typical. It will then stop with the error "Download interrupted" even though there is no other task or program running on my PC. Though I have recently built a new PC and swapped it with my old one, I have no issues downloading from any other site and have downloaded several gigabytes of files over the last few days. I do not know if it is limited to rajatgupta1998's AFH folder or if it is a problem with any AFH folder. I finally set up my old PC and copied the file from my hard drive on that PC.
Anyhow, has anybody else experienced this issue?
@pastorbob62 that's strange... I can download without issues even from the farthest mirror. Did you tried other mirrors?

Yup! I tried every mirror available at the time. I also tried downloading Lineage 15 from AFH with the same results. And I have no problem at all downloading from other sites all over the internet. Maybe it's a USA thing? I dunno.
AFH has this server problem. i had to download files at 100 kbps, whereas downloading from another sites it's 1 mbps-2mbps
Try using http://savetodrive.net/
You can save any file directly to Google Drive.
I use it all the time.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

EDIT: I solved this by re-flashing the CSC found here and then installing Download Crutch again.
Someone having similar problem? I've googled myself exhausted, but neither Astro, Androzip, Download Crutch or a different browser seems to do it. Every zip file I download carry the size of 59 bytes and is useless. Anything do to with my specific FW, JM5, perhaps?
Does it do it on all sites, or only sites similar to rapidshare?
Just tested Rapid and Mediafire, no luck. Damn, if I'm alone on this one.
No.. I mean, try sites which aren't those kind..
Which Firmware you using?
Ah, sorry, but the answer is still no. I'm using JM5 from samsung-firmwares. Thanks btw for trying helping me out.

I have no problems unless it's certain filehosts. Filesonic doesn't work for me, but megashare, megaupload do. Direct links always work.
Use firefox, firefox beta or even opera browsers. They will all let you download practically anything. Even from sites like filesonic or whatever else you can throw at them. It appears that the stock browser, dolphin, and a few others are based on a certain type of tech that limits these types of capabilities.
Hey guys. Just rooted my transformer this morning, and am now trying to put Prime v1.5 rom onto it through cwm, but cant seem to get it to start. First thing is that the file seems to be bad, no matter how many times I re-download it from the download link on his first page, and the Md5 isint matching what he posted. I wasnt sure if my checker was working correctly, as two different programs gave me two different values. I tried to installed it anyway, but it says bad file. Any ideas where I can get the file, other than the one link he posted?
Why would you even try to install if the MD5 doesn't match up? download it from here - http://tunerspotter.com/clemsyn/PRIME_v1.5.zip
I put it up on my server.
Just tried downloading V1.4 and having the same issues. The md5 check on the pc and on the tab are both coming up as something different as what he has posted. Not sure whats going on here.

Because I was getting several conflicting codes from different programs, so I chocked it up to the programs, and not the file. I downloaded the file multipul times, and it came up with the same codes on all the downloads.
Thanks for the link bud! Ill give that one a try!
Edit: Might take me a while, only getting like 35-43KB/sec. Close to 2 hour download time.
That one worked! Thanks man! Just put in netformers oc kernel and this thing is blazing!
Download from torrents http://torrents.thepiratebay.org/6497531/PRIME_v1.5.6497531.TPB.torrent it always downloads full file, because it verifies a checksum.
I recently got a ZTE Open via ebay UK.
First thing to do is upgrade to 1.1 to get fastboot functionality, unfortunately only one of the two downloads on ztedevices.com for the zte open seems to download to my computer correctly, and that is 2014012010220351.zip which from what i've read is for taking a 1.1 to 1.1 with fastboot enabled.
The other download 2014012010205829.zip which is the one that I think I need takes hours rather than minutes to download, and once downloaded nothing on my PC thinks it is a valid zip archive.
Questions
Has anyone successfully downloaded and used contents of 2014012010205829.zip ? -
link is titled: OPEN(European Standard) SD card upgrading instruction & software package(ebay)-2376270OPEN_EU_DEV_FFOS_V1.1.0B02(for V1.0)
Thanks in advance

For me the downloads are dodgy in the sense that sometimes they download within minutes and sometimes they begin downloading with an estimated time of minutes and then indefinitely increase in time. The only fix I've found is trying to download the files again at a later time. I hope this helps, if not, ask someone with knowledge of uploading files to the internet to help you out by downloading and uploading it to somewhere for you
Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone could provide a known working link to a stock ROM for the GT-I9506 (preferably Australian, although I'm not sure if that matters on an unlocked phone).
I've tried the well-known sammobile.com and samsung-updates.com links that can be found all over Google and these forums, many times each. The sammobile.com ones always drop in and out regularly throughout the download when using a segmented download accelerator (iGetter on OS X to be precise). This doesn't seem to be a problem at first, since 20+ retries will eventually get me to 100%, but the resulting file always unzips to a *.cpgz file that unzips to another *.zip (a well-known corrupted zip file issue).
Trying to download the same files through Chrome will always eventually time-out (I've never gotten past 20% this way; usually much-less).
The samsung-updates.com files are even worse, being hosted by two separate mirrors that are equally useless unless you pay for a "premium account".
I realise I'm a bit late to the party, since the S7 is now on shelves in Australia, and that's probably why the popular download links on Google are now dead or very unreliable. But if anyone could please provide me with the latest available stock ROM for this phone I'd be forever grateful!

Have you tried the SamFirm tool?

Hi there, thanks for responding! I'd never heard of SamFirm until you mentioned it, but after reading about it on here it seems like exactly what I need! Will give it a whirl when I get home from work this evening (it's currently 8:10 am here and I'm running late LOL). Thanks again!
Just wanted to update this thread in case anyone might fight it useful in the future.
It turns out that the sammobile.com links are still valid as of this post's date. The problem I was having was simply due to Mac OS X not recognising the specific zip format that the files have been compressed under. I'm still unsure exactly which format that is, but nonetheless the solution is to either use The Unarchiver to unzip the file on a Mac, or better yet, use a Windows machine since Odin requires that anyway!
My sincerest apologies go out to the sammobile.com admins who have actually done a wonderful job of stocking all the possible ROMs for practically every Samsung device ever made. It was just my sheer n00biness, and the fact that I was using WiFi, that led to me having connection issues and unzipping problems (solid download over Ethernet; completed in ~2 - 3 hours through Chrome, no DM).
As for GDReaper's suggestion to use SamFirm, I had problems running it on a Windows Server 2008 R2 VM on Mac OS X El Capitan, so gave up and tried the sammobile.com links from a friend's PC. As stated above, everything went smoothly with those links once OS X and WiFi were taken out of the equation. Of course YMMV since my area seems to be particularly overcrowded with WiFi devices and I've had troubles with it since I can remember.
So to sum up, SamFirm may or may not work well from a proper Windows PC, but the sammobile.com download links for the GT-I9506 definitely work as well as your connection will allow (at least the Australian Telstra and Vodafone ones; haven't tried any others).
Many thanks again to GDReaper, and also to everyone else who puts so much effort into helping Android n00bs like me
