When I downloaded apps some of them are in Chinese although my device's language is in English. Is there a way to avoid it?

Not sure why this is happening but my Touch HD is english but when I installed the new msn live the displayed language is italian. only in that app. where in the phone/registry is the system language defined?
was just wondering if it is possible to add a language for check spelling. I have an Italian ROm but as I live in India now I need also English.
Hi, I need some help with my Galaxy S4.
My Cellphone is from Telcel Mexico and I hate the custom carrier icons on the apps, that's the reason why I decided to debrand it via Odin with a Canadian Firmware, and I have some problems:
S-Voice is only in English, French and Korean
My lockscreen seems to be only in english.
I don't have Spanish language in my options, it selects the language automatically.
So, if you can help me with the language files I need, I'll be grateful with you :victory:

You can download it from Samsung Apps...Samsung TTS HD Spanish.
Root your phone then download Language Enabler on play store
Select witch Languages you want to use.
Done
Does anyone here know how to change the system language to Simplified Chinese or add it? I'm not talking about keyboard/input languages.
hi is there any firmware i could use to get missing language from Europe? I tried all apps as more locale but all is still in English. Thank's a lot for any answer.

I want the Serbian language to add or custom rom with the Serbian language.
I have Serbian option for the keyboard (Gboard), but I don't see an option for the whole phone. Interestingly, my Nexus 5 (also LG) had it.
