Not sure why this is happening but my Touch HD is english but when I installed the new msn live the displayed language is italian. only in that app. where in the phone/registry is the system language defined?

In Windows Mobile for change the language, you need to change the "ROM", is like to install a new operation systen in a computer, this operation delet all the programs, and all the data you have installed before, because this make a backup.
In the URL bellow, I did the oposite, I converted my HTC HD Mini in English to Portuguese, but is the same procedure.

Is it possible for someone to make a mod where I can set English as primary language and for example Dutch secondary. When I do this now the watch only understands English even tho Dutch voice is enabled on the phone. is it possible to make English primary but let it also recognize other languages as secondary?

Hi I got my other half a htc u play when on holiday abroad in the far east ,anyway when I want to change the language to uk English in setting uk English is not there only English us and English Unicode .ive heard you can change the language using adb programme has anybody tried this?? and are there any instructions for using this program ??
