Hi fellas, I need some help, I was looking for a nice nougat custom rom because the stock rom it's so boring, but all the roms I flashed had the same problem, when I use my bluetooth headphones and the wifi connect, the bluetooth turn off and on, so the music stops.. It happend everytime my phone connect or diconnect to wifi and I'm using bluetooth. I want to know why that happen and if there's a solution or if you know a rom without this problem.

I had this problem but was resolved when i flashed the latest stock open gapps.

aex it's very nice and customizable but lineage barebones has better battery life, like stock mm
I solved the problem! I installed open gapps and nothing change, same problem, but once I flashed stock nougat via fastboot, make a full wipe and then flash lineage, the problem was solved.

my defy after some attempts is quite perfect :highfive:
I've tried different rom and configuration then I've solved my problems of Battery and fluidity with this step.
Factory Reset
wipe
Flash Rom (Android 4.1.2 Rom: 10-20130918 Get it there (Quarx))
Flash Gapps (Minimal)
wipe
Reboot
Battery Calibration when charged 100%
Nova Launcher
Then i've falled in love with my phone

Good for you. But you did not mention the OS since there are many flavours of 4.1.2 out there. You also did not root it? sorry don't want to be a **** about it, but you are missing some points here.
Also, there is no need to - ever - calibrate battery. After 5 full load cycles it will always be calibrated.

You are right it's the version of Quarx and it's obviously rooted
The last update is smooth too (20131030). Give it a try :good:

I've tried it but i've found it less stable...crash of some app and reboot...
The only problem i've found with the 18 version concern camera...sometimes reboot when i see a video of the gallery.
You did a full wipe before install?

Yes, i've done it before flashing...but i haven't tried it with Nova.

It's stable but sluggish. I tried Quarx' 10.2 and SlimBean (JB4.3 based) before and I think they were more responsive.
Usb tethering and wifi hotspot dont work in any version so Im using Easytether and Wifi Tether Tom.

i just rooted my nexus4 (Mako) and i flashed the latest PACman ROM, i had NO issues, no errors, nothing. when i turn the phone on i notice that it doesnt recognize the wifi, is like its been disabled and then i notice that the speaker wont work either
ive been looking for someone who has the same problem, but neither here on XDA, PACman forums and google i could find something like this!
any help would be great
i used two versions of pacman and i flashed it 2 times with the same result

Well even I'm having the same problem but not just with PAC ROMs...WiFi doesn't work on paranoid android, aokp as well...
Right now I'm running CyanogenMod 11 which is quite stable...have been using it for some time now without any issues...this, and the stock ROM are the only ones where WiFi works for me

My friend had the same problem,his phone could not connect my wifi,but mine could.If you have another phone with wifi try if you can connect.
Sometimes its not phones fault,I fixed my friends problem going to my routers page(192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 Depens what router you are using. )
So I went on routers page,went to Wifi settings and then changed the channel settings(From 01 channel to 04).
And then restarted router.
My friend was able to connect to it right away.
Note:This problem began to appear when he flashed custom rom.

Ditto here. Wifis greyed out on most Roms.Add Miui to this list also.. :-/ anyone know what's wrong.. ???

I was flashing 4.3 ROMs without flashing radio....
Go there ---> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2087227 and download and flash the correct radio files and you're good to go!!

If you are flashing the 4.3 pacman ROM, then try flashing the 0.84 radio from the link I posted above.....(worked for me on probam rom running jb 4.3.1)

Reflash stock ROM via odin! It may be the ROM/Baseband issue!
what is the base band issue
flash stock rom first through odin then flash your custom rom..

"Baseband issue means unstable ROM which is caused using old firmware"
JUST FLASH LATEST FIRMWARE FOR DUOS USING ODIN, AND CHECK IF THE PROBLEM OCCURS AGAIN OR NOT, IF IT DOES NOT OCCUR, FLASH THE ROM U WANT!

Maybe its the bug of tge ROM! Have you tried using internet in stock ROM? As alternative, try Opera Mini/UC Browser(Mini or full).

So, here is the final solution:
1. Flash stock ROM via odin
2.Check if internet works or not?
3. If it works, there is problem with the ROM XVD!
Hi guys im new on XDA...Actually I follow xda from time optimus one but I never registered on this fantastic forum so now it is almost 6 years that i use xda. OK go back to my problem .... After a clean installation of the CM13 on my g2 all works fine but there is only one problem with the wifi...Wifi connects and disconnects without any reason and it is annoying someone can help me or have a fix about this. I apologize if I have not posted in the official thrade rom (mean on the official post of CM13 ) but xda limits the possibility to post on developer post until they reach at least 10 posts . Hi, i think you are experiencing that problem, becouse not everything is fixed and stable since this is a rom in a alpha stage, and yes i have that problem too on the 13/12/2015 nigthly installation. I recommend using cm 12.1 for daily use until cm 13 gets more stable.

When I using cyanegonmod 12.1, I have a obtaining ip adress bug. i can't solve this now I'm using cloudyg2 v3.3 (I'm sorry for my english)
So never mind right now I stay with this little problem untill a new fix, at least I'm not the only one with this problem... By the way thanks all for the help
I had the same bug on the same nightly, yesterday I've clean installed lastest one and the issue seems to be solved.

I recently decided to root this device with the help of my friend. He used Resurrection remix as the custom ROM and is now Android 7.1.2. Everything was fine until I discovered my video camera isn't working at all. Camera on the other hand works as it's supposed to. Facebook messenger's video call crashes, video recording crashes, - everything related to video recording crashes. I tried to download camera apps on play store, same results. I tried clearing data on camera, restarting device, or turning off device doesn't help either. What could the problem possibly be? I need answers! Thank you!

Its a bug of rom
So should what should we do next? Reinstall another custom ROM? The ROM actually came here at XDA (Resurrection Remix Android 7.1.2). But there are also other ROMs (CyanogenMod).
Stick to this rom , i am also having the same problem I'm sure they will resolve the issue

There is another rom in the lenovo russian forums and that is Resurrection Remix too but compiled from different sources. That rom is pretty stable without any major issues. You can install that one.
Video recording is working fine in that rom...
