Btu note 4 won't update

Hi guys my n910f freshly out of the box said there was a 80mb or so update. It downloads it fine boots to recovery and the fails to install it and says there was an error and restarts, boots to home screen. There its says send report and use kies I tried this but it also fails with unknown error.
Current firmware is N910FXXU1ANIE
Any help appreciated
Okay.... I'm obviously the only one to suffer this issue.
Do you guys think it safe to odin a firmware, i'm thinking I might have a corrupted system as neither ota or kies updates install, both download but error on install.
Thoughts please

Update is that after odin flash the phone boots to firmware update encountered a problem, please select recovery in kies.....which doesn't recognise it. Going back to samsung.

[Q] S5 SM_G900F lollipopXXU1BNL9 TWRP install fail

Please help!!!!
I have a SM-G900F S5.
Just updated to XXU1BNL9 Lollipop.
Not clean install, I upgraded it. All official releases from Sammobile, done with Odin 3.09.
Upgrade went all ok, fine, up & running.
Tried to install TWRP 2.8.4.0, also with Odin 3.09
10/10 times it fails with write error.
Any ideas???
Would like to root my phone, so this first step would be really necessary!
Thx!
I fixed Odin fail with a pit file...
Download pit fie for your device...
Open Odin... Flash firmware
When Odin fail... Unplug cable... Plug it back... Uncheck that box with pda (and leave it there) ... Load pit file... And hit start even if the error is still there... After U hit start button It should finish and auto reboot
I USED THIS METHOD JUST FOR FIRMWARE FAIL... I DON'T KNOW IT WILL WORK WITH CWM FAIL in Odin
Also... You should try to download again twrp... Or another source... Version... Etc im sure that the error it's because of the cwm file

Thx for the ideas, I will try them.
I tried to unplug-replug cable, download other TWRP, also from different sources.
Seems as if it was some writing authentication issue of some kind - but no idea, why.

For me... The solution was pit file... Did u tried what I say? Step by step....but instead of firmware u can put Cwm...
Strange I've never seen such a error... With cwm

I tried everything else expect the pit file.
I did not find a pit file for the XXU1BNL9 version.
Also, I did not find ClockworkMod for Lollipop, only for 4.4.x
So, I triedTWRP 2.8.1.0 and 2.8.4.0 - both ending the same way: The recover flashing starts with Odin, and then it is almost immadiately fails with some write problem. It seems as if the recovery tar.md5 is not compatibl with the ROM version, or as if some mysterious Samsung protection would reject the recovery flash.
Strange thing is, that all forums (e.g. droidviews, ibtimes, xda, etc.) give a description about rooting this ROM, and not even one mentiones any phenomenon like this.

[Q] Bootloop Problem after trying to unroot SM-N910F

Can anyone help?
I was rooted, but on original stock ROM. I tried to unroot using the option in the Super SU app, as a couple of essential apps I use wouldn't work with root. Having clicked the option, my note 4 has gone into a bootloop and I don't know how to recover it.
If I go into recovery I get a message saying "dm-verity verification failed". Any ideas?
I have the international (unlocked) SM-N910F, and I use a mac, so don't have odin. I have Kies installed and Hiemdall, but am really unsure as to what I'm doing with that software....
Thanks in advance!
Further to the last post, I've tried to use Odin 3.09 to flash the stock firmware for my model. I'm using it in Parallels, and it recognises the phone, but won't assign the .md5 file to the AP box to flash it. Not sure why?
I've also tried Heimdall on Mac, but it can't download the PIT file from the phone!
Has anyone got any solutions or workarounds they can suggest?
Thanks in advance....
Try installing stock on a pc then go to recovery and clear cache

unable to install firmware using odin

hi
my galaxy note 4 sm-n910g had a recent motherboard change through Samsung service. after about a month when I tried to update firmware it was not being completed and showed a message that I should approach service centre, I installed update myself using smartswitch. after about a week phone was not working and showed a message warranty bit kernel at top. I tried many ways to install firmware using kies, smartswitch and odin. oneclick root, cwm etc were installed and odin showed green pass. but firmware cannot be installed with any version of odin, I used odin 3.09, 3.10, 3.10.7, 3.12.3 etc. full copying is shown with odin 3.12.3 but fail at end and phone shows message 'secure check fail- modem'. service centre people say I have to change motherboard again. can I do anything to resolve this problem.
Maybe ? The motherboard they put in wasn't a "G" and the tars your trying to flash aren't working???
