Try firmware from doky's thread.
Please un tick the re-partition option and no need to put pit and bootloader files.
We used only Pda , phone and csc.

So, can somebody help me out? I decided to Odin myself back to stock in order to be able to download and install the OTA (i'm rooted). I did this procedure before: put phone into download mode, select PIT file, stock file in AP slot, and start the process but it keeps failing. Now I am stuck with a brick...can't understand why Odin won't work. What gives and what can I do about it?
Disregard. Fixed it. Just needed to download the right stock file. Doh!

Please help!!!!
I have a SM-G900F S5.
Just updated to XXU1BNL9 Lollipop.
Not clean install, I upgraded it. All official releases from Sammobile, done with Odin 3.09.
Upgrade went all ok, fine, up & running.
Tried to install TWRP 2.8.4.0, also with Odin 3.09
10/10 times it fails with write error.
Any ideas???
Would like to root my phone, so this first step would be really necessary!
Thx!
I fixed Odin fail with a pit file...
Download pit fie for your device...
Open Odin... Flash firmware
When Odin fail... Unplug cable... Plug it back... Uncheck that box with pda (and leave it there) ... Load pit file... And hit start even if the error is still there... After U hit start button It should finish and auto reboot
I USED THIS METHOD JUST FOR FIRMWARE FAIL... I DON'T KNOW IT WILL WORK WITH CWM FAIL in Odin
Also... You should try to download again twrp... Or another source... Version... Etc im sure that the error it's because of the cwm file

Thx for the ideas, I will try them.
I tried to unplug-replug cable, download other TWRP, also from different sources.
Seems as if it was some writing authentication issue of some kind - but no idea, why.

I tried everything else expect the pit file.
I did not find a pit file for the XXU1BNL9 version.
Also, I did not find ClockworkMod for Lollipop, only for 4.4.x
So, I triedTWRP 2.8.1.0 and 2.8.4.0 - both ending the same way: The recover flashing starts with Odin, and then it is almost immadiately fails with some write problem. It seems as if the recovery tar.md5 is not compatibl with the ROM version, or as if some mysterious Samsung protection would reject the recovery flash.
Strange thing is, that all forums (e.g. droidviews, ibtimes, xda, etc.) give a description about rooting this ROM, and not even one mentiones any phenomenon like this.
Hi guys.
I bought a g900f and now im trying to root it. i downloaded cf autoroot like a always do on all my samsungs but when i flash it via odin it freezes when it boots up. It doesent even run the root script.

Did you flashed twrp on Ur device?
for install cfautoroot you must install twrp.tar on your PC (download from here https://dl.twrp.me/klte/twrp-3.0.2-2-klte.img.tar). then you must flash it via odin.
to flash it make sure you installed your device drivers on PC and enabled USB debugging in developer options.
then boot your phone in downloading mode by pressing power+home+volume down button. then connect your phone to the PC. open odin app and choose the recovery.tar you install from the link i gave you. flash it and wait until finish(maybe 2 or 3 min) and then reboot your device to recovery by pressing power+home+volume up button. flash your cfautoroot and enjoy [emoji5] .

I get the same exact thing on a sm-g900t3 (Galaxy S5 - tmobile, north America) Oddly enough I can get https://twrp.me/devices/samsunggalaxys5qualcomm.html installed no problem, but whenever I try to install root, either the supersu.zip via twrp or chainfire's autoroot directly from his site, it just bootloops into recovery.

I actually got it working, by installing a different version of supersu. The one I had was an update-supersu. I then found the full version and it worked. It did reboot itself a couple of times. The cf autoroot did not work for me at all. I opened it up in 7-zip and only saw cache and recovery, nothing related to supersu. I would like to tell anyone that the roms from sammobile did work, but I had to try a couple of them before i found the one which would flash properly.
If you extract the boot.IMG (or recovery.IMG I don't remember but not cach.ext4) and flash it via TWRP it does the trick. That's what worked for me.
i was trying to unroot my phone due to battery issues and i used odin to flash and unroot it. i had the bl ap cp and csc and i hit start. everything went fine until i was gaven this error "complete(write) operation failed" i dont know what to do anymore i can't even turn on the phone. can anyone please help me fix my phone?:good:
maybe u should flash with the modified odin
Use the modified version of odin, known as 'prince comey' or 'pc'.
