thanks for posting, unfortunally it does not work, screen inverted, touch not working. really sad, because that model shows steps and battery charge on the analog clock, also the homescreen is the one i really like. should work on other Y1's and / or V9's

I have the same build MTK 6261D...
I have yet to see another that has the same body, firmware, OS version, watch face, and apps that are on mine. I bought it off amazon last January branded as Amazing for Less, which is the same brand as Aosmart.
Anyway, Ive done so much research trying to figure out what the what this sucker is, that I figured out a couple of things by researching global mobile data protocols and mtk hardware schematics, things that I hadn’t read or watched anywhere.
I hope this is useful to someone:
The knob on the side (the power button) turns because it doubles as a tuner knob. This build is supposed to receive and transmit fm radio. The transmitter would be right near the tuner knob.
Also, I don’t think this model can access mobile data, even though it’s operating as a standalone phone on 2G successfully with calls and sms.
It is missing the connectivity option in the networks menu.
Preloaded apps are: Facebook, Twitter, browser, what’s app, sleep monitor (works), pedometer (works kinda).
Also, I got the processor to speed up a bit when I raised the UART settings to the hundred-thousands. I figured this out when researching what UART meant and read some technical journals about receiving and transmitting communications between two entities.
I also read this on a site I cannot link to b/c of 10 post rule:
“NOOOOOOOO! My dreaaaaaams! I just came across this, which was only possible to find because I got obsessed with figuring out all things Nucleus OS and figured out what version I have and it’s the one mentioned below:
“Caution: there is a new series of cheap smartwatches based on the MT626xDA. The ‘D’ in the model number seems to signify that these chips are incapable of using more than 4MiB of ROM. To compensate for this, the ROM seems to be compressed, which makes these watches pretty much unhackable. The ROM can be downloaded, but looks like random junk. Do not buy these things, because they will still be full of bugs...”
Now I know why my rom dump looked nothing like anything anyone snipped out and shared here. :|
I’ll post here if I remember anything else.

Just remembered: when I punch in the *#0000 etc code, the model shows “NX9 G10D...” I put it together after seeing so many of everyone’s post with their watch info: Most of the ones I see here say “NX9 61D...” G10D is an alternate alphanumeric swap of 61D. The G replacing the 6 and the 0 replacing the D.
I’m wondering if it was a mis-translation of the English characters by someone overseas or if it is purposeful to keep track of clones of clones.
Thoughts?

just to clarify, the compression is part of mtk's compiling tool. The dumps i ve made with this watch are all usable, only they seem to use different drivers for touchscreen and display. - which is normal.
My guess is:
A factory buys a couple of hundreds/thousands of the PCP with cpu mounted.
Then it adds touch and lcd/ips, mount everything - inject drivers, compiles and sells that.
I ve extracted a lot of the dumps, and you can find pretty much the same things in all of them, no matter if they are 4mb or bigger in filesize.
Next week i am getting another Y1 from a seller as one i ve ordered from him has a non functional pedometer,
maybe another version of the Y1 Nucleus Version.
gonna post the Dump / flashable later in here.

Looking forward to that. I got frustrated when I realized the one I mentioned above would never ever be able to access the internet because it's 32mb, so I ordered a new one from light in the box that came with mtk60D cpu. And NOW on this one, none of the codes work except *# 00000000# doo-dad.

you have the MT6261DA who is the unhackable version , you cannot even install skins , so dont dream about installing a rom that is even bigger because there is no space available on this brand ;if you are lucky find any model with MT6261A .

im sorry for "aa" typo post, im new here. just want to share my Y1 (with camera) firmware.
i have backup of my Y1 + camera smartwatch firmware. my smartwatch model is not different than your watch. please check this firmware

Dont buy that junk!
The Y1 is just rubbish. I wouldn't even bother to do anything to mine as the battery was swollen and dead after just 3 months of usage. My advice, when you get tired of it (which wont be too long after you get it) take it, put it back in its box and chuck it in the bin. Best update ever.

[App]Cinemo - Movie Showtimes for HTC Touch Pro/Diamond

Cinemo is an application I wrote to provide showtimes for movies in your area. It uses the KListControl (written by gingercat and modified by myself) to provide (hopefully) easy to use controls.
Update - Beta 2 Release 3
I have just finished testing the new build which features a reworked interface as well as a few more features including:
Lost some weight
Critics Scores from Yahoo Movies
User Scores from Yahoo Movies(when available)
View movies by theater
Better source for movie showtimes(Yahoo Movies)
Overall faster interface(I think)
-Release 2:
More reliable movie posters
Should not crash when showtimes are unavailable
Canadian showtimes are available but you must enter the postal code into the text box via the QWERTY or copy and paste.
-Release 3
Fixed an issue where the application would crash if Yahoo Movies had no information for a zip code.
Coming in the next update:
1. GPS Location
2. Cinemo Scoring(Vote if you liked a movie or not + See average score from other people)
3. Send showtimes via SMS/Email/MMS to contacts
And long term goals:
1. View Trailers
2. Metacritic Scores(waiting on approval from them)

Looks like a great prog - does it require .NET 3x? Or is it a standalone app?
Would it possible to set "preferred" theatres? There are some theaters I would always like to see listed first.
will this only work in the states?
So I'm assuming this here is an example of the stereotype of People who call themselves 'American', but actually mean a citizen of the USA, and forgetting anything outside its borders? Or Canada if prompted by someone else.
Aside from that,
which cinemas does it work for? only sepcific chains of cinemas or all?
suggest IMDb would be a better rating if possible?
suggest a favourite cinema search?
EDIT: I just noticed that you have two threads for this app which will be a bit difficult to keep track of, also I would suggest it goes into the General forum area and not the diamond or raphael as it's not specific to either device.

It currently works only in the United States and Canada. A good way to check to see if it works for you is to visit http://movies.yahoo.com and enter your postal code. If it returns movies in your area, this application will work for you.
As to the griping that it doesn't work anywhere else...feel free to write your own app if you feel this one is beneath you.

I was simply making the point that you're reinforcing American stereotypes, and suggesting that a little more info in the first post would be helpfull. Such as saying- 'it simply reads the data from http://movies.yahoo.com and is USA only' which would be helpfull to would be users. After posting I noticed in the other thread someone asked the question - 'is it USA only?'
I have only one cinema within reasonable driving distance, they send me a weekly email. I have no use for your app. I was just trying to be helpfull by suggesting a more user friendly thread and app.

If you need to get a canadian postal code into the app, I suggest writing it in notes or a text, copy it, then paste it into the box by holding the stylus on the textbox til the context menu pops up. I know its cumbersome, and I am working on a different input method...but that should do it.
An alternative method, if you are feeling adventuresome and have a text editor. You can open up "Program Files\Cinemo\Cinemo.exe.config" and edit the location in there.
I know its inconvenient for Diamond users at the moment. I hope to come up with a better solution soon.
ah! the first method was a no-go, the context menu doesnt show up for the text box. editing the config file worked fine though

Movie Description
First off I think that this is a great program. It does exactly what it should and quickly. I was hoping that you could add some sort of brief movie desription for each movie. This would be the only thing that I would like to see added. Thanks again for a great little app!
This is a GREAT app.
Quick, minor suggestions:
Some minor plot or other general info might be nice
Would love to have rotten tomatoes numbers
For some reason, it won't pull in all the theaters in my area. Is there a number limit on theaters?
Would be very cool to integrate with GPS to tell local theaters depending on location (i know this is hard)
Great contribution to winmo community!

I'm working on something similar for the UK actually. It's early days, but I'll throw up a test version when done. Unfortunately my development for today is stopping due to a small bug i'd put in meaning my pc made too many requests to Yahoo while debugging and they have banned me with a 999 error for a few hours!

any chance to get support for the HTC Touch? The buttons are too big and the right one isn't accessible for me.

Mass participation acoustics research project using WM devices

Im a researcher at Salford uni, UK using mobile devices to allow the public to carry out noise surveys.
Im hoping to recruit thousands of people to install our app on their j2me mobile or WM PDA, which allows them to record the sound around them and comment on it using some simple scales.
The projects in its pilot at the mo so im trialling the software and methodology with some hard core beta testing.
Im really hoping you guys might be keen to test the WM app out and give me some feedback on how it works and how it could be improved.
Ive attached the cab file and source for your testing pleasure! The code is quite scatty but should be pretty readable.
As a side issue im also looking for some feedback on our project site @ http://www.soundaroundyou.com.
I'm the only one developing the projects different parts so im the worst one to be checking out its accessibility, usability and functionality. Thats why im calling on you guys for your mad development and testing skills.
Any feedback is good feedback for me so be as brutal as you like.
Cheers!

NB: Just changed the source and CAB to support (hopefully) all resolutions of devices. All ive done is scaled up all controls in the app depending on the screen size of the target device. There may be some strange side effects of this on device but it seems ok on the emulator...
New site look and feel. Map page also updated with new upload section for online uploads of soundscapes. Check it out... (http://www.soundaroundyou.com)
Sounds really interesting, I´ll give it a try. Please keep the first post up-to-date, maybe add screenshots as well, thanks

any chance to get a vwga version instead of qvgaas it is not useable on my topaz.
Cheers for the interest, im downloading the WM 6.5 toolkit now so I can give it a whirl on that platform.
Ill post up here when ive sorted it.
Cheers, C
Just uploaded new version
In response to MasterOfDesasters ive edited the app so that it scales all of its controls to be usable on a larger screened device.
Its a quick fix really but seems to do the job and makes sure that everything can be navigated and used as you would on it native sized version.
This scaling is not ideal so might throw up some strange effects on control placement, but ive found no issues yet on the emulator.
Thanks again for your interest, C

interesting... but would like some more details. 1) there are two cabs - which should be installed? and 2) where are the sound recordings stored? internal or external?

Strange but intentional!
Aha, that is actually intentional. I should probably explain this on the welcome page. I do this so that the devices microphone is placed as far away from any obstructions as possible. I trialled an older version with some school students and I found that they were making recordings with their hands placed over the little mic hole at the base of their mobiles. Because of the high systematic error associated with the unsupervised recordings Ive had to make sure we get as many usable recordings as possible. The app saves the rotational state of the phone when the app starts so that it resets it back to normal when the app is exited though.
Thanks again for your help and I would love it if you could maybe upload some of your recordings to the site using the PC app if you get a chance. Where are you based out of interest?

Hey there, the single cab attachment is the one to install but it should be the same as the one in the source zip anyways.
The sounds are stored on the devices root in a folder named "Sound Around You" There is a settings file and however many wav files for each recording. Each of these recordings has an associated xml text file that contains your subjective responses.
You can locate and upload your recordings using the PC app so they are viewable on the world soundscape map and can then be used in my research.
Thanks for your interest and let me know how it goes for you. Any other thoughts you might have on the PC app or website would also be great as im having a hard time attracting the public to take part and im far too nerd orientated to properly publicise the project!

Aha, thats a question ive been asked before... Is that "why are we doing what we are doing?" or is that "why should you take part and what do you get out of it?"
The projects main plan is to raise public awareness of the sounds around them or their "soundscape". The effect the sonic environment has on it inhabitants is not fully understood and im trying to work out how and why aspects of it affects people in different ways.
By gathering up thousands of soundscape recordings and peoples opinions of them, I can attempt to assess soundscapes in terms of their "Quality". This people based understanding can eventually lead to improved design and planning of future cities and current public spaces in terms of their sound environment.
The data that the public generate will feed directly into my PhD, where I will boil it all down to discover what the determining factors are within a soundscape.
Some more press friendly outcomes may be the opportunity to find out the "best sounding city in the UK or the world" or the loudest or quitest place in the world.
Check out the site @ http://www.soundaroundyou.com and please keep in touch if you want to know anymore.
All the best.

The Windows mobile version doesn't use the GPS unfortunately as I was having some real issues getting it working universally so I stripped it out. Our Java version for mobiles does though, if your mobile has a built in GPS receiver.
The way that these soundscapes are located without a GPS fix is by the dropping of a marker on a google maps box on the site @ http://www.soundaroundyou.com
But please give it a try and thanks for the interest!

first off welcome to xda developers!
secondly take some time and read through some of the threads, find out wat suits your needs.
third, android is becoming a big hit as far as upgrading.
Welcome always glad to have a new face
the opinions are endless what you really need to do is start reading any forum that peeks your interest and ask you questions in them we are all willing to give tips but we can't tell you what is going to work for you nor can we do the customization for you
Personally the first thing i would do is unlock the phone and flash a custom 6.1 or 6.5 Rom and then i would make sure you can get GPS if you have a Verizon phone there is a few tricks to getting gps unlocked
after that i would take a good look at the "Android OS" by google and the open hand set alliances its all i ever use and far better then anything by Microsoft, the best part about Android is that it does not effect your windows Mobile system in anyway. in short its like having a duel boot system on a pc
just search around there is a lot of information and fell free to ask question inside of existing forum to get more specific answers
Hey, welcome! First off, it really depends on what carrier you're using. For example, my Verizon vogue came with crippled EV-DO and non-existent GPS. I had to flash my radio before updating to a custom ROM. However, if that's already working for you, a great start would be to put Android on your microSD card and boot it up - it's a huge leap from WinMo!

i have verizon also
NFSFAN just released a new WinMo 6.5 rom. I'd give that a shot. There are plenty of tutorials in /Vogue upgrading. I'd also recommend you try Google Ion. It runs from your sdcard so there is no flashing or anything required and it runs quite fast plus you get the android market with tons of free apps.

Hey, so you'll probably be fine if you poke around for tutorials, it's pretty clear once you do you're research. If you feel lost poke around in your settings for the about page, and post what version of WM (6.0 or 6.1) you're running, as well as the radio if you see it.
If you don't see that, check to see if you have GPS location working in google maps. (These will tell you if Verizon has locked you out of GPS and the fastest EV-DO Rev. A data speeds. if you're in WM 6.0, you can unlock, flash a radio, and flash a ROM, if you're running 6.1 you have to do a longer process to circument Verizon's obnoxious policies).
Post that here and me/someone will tell you you're next step .
gotta get rid of today screen
first thing you gotta do imho is to load a new theme. I would start with spb mobile shell 3. That one is free for a couple of weeks. Once you load it you can add a bunch of add ons:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=507697&page=270
Then u gotta add s2u2 and s2p:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=527523
U just getting started. Games, aps, etc... are plentiful. There are a few threads here and on ppcgeeks that have links to many touch software apps. Just do a search and try not to get overwhelmed.

Okay, so if you don't want to flash your ROM the valhalla CAB on the XDA wiki will give you location in google maps, and you already have a good radio (3.37.78, I think, giving you fast download speeds). If you want GPS in android or in other applications, or just want to try out what custom ROMs like NFSFAN's have to offer (speed, stability, features from newer HTC phones), there are tutorials to unlock your GPS. (Like this one, but careful, flashing risks bricking your phone, if you are't reasonably careful!)
Also, if your using Pocket IE, search XDA for Opera Mobile 9.5 in qvga or Skyfire - both are waaaay better.

ok well if you have WM6.1 by Verizon you have some work cut out for you but here are the tutorials i followed to get unlocked gps
What I did 1st was follow the instructions on this page:
http://wiki.ppchaven.com/index.php?t...IX_VERIZON_GPS
that will give you an unlocked gps
next follow the instructions on this page
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index...VerizonAGPSFix
They are meant for the xv6800 and the website for the tools is down, but the instructions are the same.
You need wmodem drivers and you need qpst.
You might be able to type ##3424 into your phone and hit send, or maybe ##3424# then send, or you might need to go to system tools->phone codes->diag
That puts the phone in dmr mode.
or if all else fail i used a program called nOpen
in the file line enter
/Windows/DmRouter.exe
command line
/DIAG

the get qpst working, read from the phone, go to the GPSOne tab, and check off all the boxes on the left. For the PDE IP address, put 216.198.139.92. Port is 8889, then IP as protocol and PDE as calculation method.
Next write back out to the phone, and it should reboot.
Next you need to update the registry with the same IP address and port, ppcgeeks has a regedit that takes care of it here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?p=815901
Good luck!

Xperia X1 hardware details/JTAG testpoints

Hi hardware hackers, linux freaks, gadget lovers!
There's a lot of information about the X1 electronic components floating around.
Maybe a bit late, but i thought it would be nice to collect them in one thread!
To be more specific, everything that could be found concerning the innards of the X1 should be posted here.
You may consider this thread as an attempt to lift the last secrets.
Please join and post all free available datasheets floating around in the web.
Also connector pinouts or similar technical stuff would be welcome!
Please also respect applicable law and do not post any documents covered by NDA.
I'd like to try updating this post from time to time if there are any new items.
Maybe we could also try to clear up some frequently asked questions, e.g. TV out (No there's none, and there's no hardware for it!).
O.K. here we go!

First datasheets:
1. Micron MCP datasheet MT29CxGxxMAxxxxx_nand_lpdram.zip (apart from package this part is identical to MT29C4G48MAPLCJA-75 used in X1)
2. Epson LCD-Controller brief datasheet S1D13774_Product_Brief_Rev_1.2.zip
Stay tuned!

Follow ups:
3. Epson Evaluation Kit datasheet S5U13774A00C_Evaluation_Board_User_Manual_jpn_Rev_1.02.zip
(only japanese, but some schematics included)
4. SMSC USB PHY brief datasheet SMSC_3316 Brief_Datasheet_Rev.1.12.zip
Also found full datasheet of Epson controller in japanese language.
Unfortunately the upload does not work right now.
Reserve this for future updates!
and i thought that a big chunk of these hardware components were integrated inside the qc mxm7200 chip. questions:
the RAM memory and flash come from the same controller...interesting. on PCs memory normally comes from the north bridge controller and storage (flash nand here) comes from the south bridge
why is the battery showing 1150mah instead of 1500. actually i don't even know why its showing it in the first place
This is weird that the picture shows the HTC G1 battery...

Yes it is one component with two functions. That's why it's called MCP (Multi Chip Package). In fact this component interfaces to different parts of the MSM7200. There is certain similarity to your X86PC though the memory and interface bus are different on ARM architecture.

I'd like to use it as a starting point, because it's the only one that could be found.

Another one: the X1 has a mini-USB port and not a micro-USB port
Are you sure it is for X1?
may be a silly question but where is the ati graphics chip?
here is some pics that might be hand to the thread. x1 internal pics.

"may be a silly question but where is the ati graphics chip?"
it's onchip in the qualcomm cpu it's not an extra chip

Hey scholbert,
nice thread you have here...
About the jtag acces I know verry little about that.
My only experience was a project trying to get a jtag connection on a experiabox which failed. And I know some about testpoints in regular se's but that is of course totally different.
I do envy you progress/ideas/efforts.

Anyway tracing the JTAG testpoints would be awesome.
I would need a broken mainboard to do so
But here's another update on the hardware parts inside Xperia X1
First there's this MCU from Atmel:
http://www.atmel.com/dyn/resources/prod_documents/doc2545.pdf
This component is mainly responsible of scanning the hardware keypad and other I/O subfunctions.
The controller has it's own microcode, the Micro-P code.
The version of this piece of firmware is also shown in bootloader mode.
Some investigation will be required about the functionality of MicroP1-787 and MicroP2-707.
If someone knows something about it, please post!
Another interesting finding was made while stepping through the SPL bootcode. I found a call to initiate the battery monitor of X1.
This little chip reports back the state of the battery and uses I2C communication protocol.
Please see attachment for the datasheet
See ya,
scholbert
hey,
No I actually mean experia box, its a branded version of the thomson ST780I which I was trying to unbrand.
but back on the topic...
Are you surprised to see it uses I2C or that you find a call in the spl?
Ill let you know when I find a x1 that serves you needs.

Ha ha, indeed i'm aware that I2C is a very common protocol under the hood of our mobile devices.
I was simply surprised that the message prints the device name in true ASCII

In fact X1 got a mini USB with 5 contacts. So it's just a standard jack.

TFT-unit ???
Hi!
Unfortunately no reply for my request over here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=580197
This would have given me the opportunity to get deeper insights.
Maybe also there's general lack of interest
Anyway maybe someone could help me out on another issue:
I did some investigation about the display unit inside X1 and you might guess that it's quite impossible to get some datasheet of this part.
If anyone may give a hint concerning the TFT-unit inside Xperia, i would be very grateful
I'm looking for part numbers on the back the unit!!
Some known and obvious facts about it:
- 3" WVGA (800x480) TFT-display
- resistive touch screen
- manufacturer Hitachi (at least Hitachi chipset)
- LED backlight
Regards,
scholbert
How about adding a digital compass and an accelerometer to X1?

Hi Guys,
I've been looking into this for a while, and I was trying to find the i2c interface on the motherboard. I see from your finding that it is avaliable at the pins of this DS2764 chip which is I think just below the battery connectors. i2c is a simple bus that can connect multiple parallel devices. Vdd and ground are also available. So it should not be too difficult to solder 4 wires to the HMC6343-eval board from honeywell. Here is the datasheet for this compass chip:
http://www.ssec.honeywell.com/magnetic/datasheets/HMC6343.pdf
What do you guys think?

Yeah nice idea, i also spend a thought on this.
If this chip is used in another device running WM, should also no big deal to cook a ROM with the necessary drivers.
Obviously there are already some X1 ROM's that offer setup tool for the G-sensor, but without the chip there's nothing to set up
I'll try to locate the chips position.
Thanks for this great idea!

I realized that the honeywell chip is a bit expensive. I think htc devices are using AK8976A, that is also a combination of compass and accelerometer. we can develop the drivers also if needed, we would just need to find out how to access the i2c bus (there is already a stream driver called I2C1:, which is implemented in oem_misc.dll i think). I couldn't find much info about the AK8976A, and noone selling it, but I sent the company an e-mail about price and availability. Let's see how it evolves. Let us know if you find more information.
How about adding a digital compass and an accelerometer to X1?
Progress status:
I wrote a passtru i2c dll yesterday that just calles the i2c functions of oem_misc.dll with some debug fprintf's in the i2c_iocontrol function. Attached is the log. I can see the read accesses to the ds2746 (slave address 0x6c). There are accesses to 2 other slaves with addresses 0xcc and 0xc0 (maybe the backlight and keyboard). It seems IOCTL_I2C_WRITE = 0x8010000c, and IOCTL_I2C_READ = 0x80100004.
I ordered an HMC5843 board from sparkfun for about 50$. It is only a compass, and about 1.3cmx1.3cm. The component itself is cheaper at digikey, but it is quite small and soldering would be difficult for me.

Bumping this thread. Wondering how I can backup the apps and ROM.
I also want to check dmesg or interrogate hardware in some way to see what radio IC it uses. The manufacturer claims in supports RDS, but the built in radio app not showing any RDS info. Unsure if its just the app, or the hardware. I'm assuming I would have to root the unit to get this info .. if any rooting tools available, would be much appreciated.
Many Thanks
Search for firmware in this forum by - mtk (device type) A-media 007 (model) android 11
You'll probably find a match.
Thanks for the guidance Anton, but unfortunately such a search returns nothing (except for this thread we are in now..). Sounds like I must have purchased an obscure unit with chips that hardly anyone else has..! If any further guidance to point me in the right direction, would be appreciated.
It's an Odd ball. I've never brought a car without knowing what it was.
It's easy to say that you wouldn't have bought (not brought) a car without knowing what it was, but we don't know what we don't know (also it's just a head unit I bought, not a whole car (?)). You would be way more experienced on what to look for and what should be asked. I thought the specs like ARM etc would be enough, didn't realise that deeper research would have been needed. I can still return it if I'd like to, TBH it isn't a big deal the head unit seems to work well - Google Play, Android Auto Wireless .. working wonderfully. It just would have been nice to root it to enable more flexibility. I assume I can't do things like backup apps without rooting.
I didn't mean to search mainly here, expand your search on net there is a Russian forum with updates and firmwares 4PDA, bunch of video files on youtube for specific devices and with links to firmwares etc.
Thanks Anton, I did search Google but didn't find much. I'll check YT / 4PDA, as you suggested. Thanks for the guidance again.

Привет! Ищу всевозможную информацию по такой же балалайке. Моя обзывается Vastking Kingpad_SA10_EEA (A007). Проживаю в Москве.
Mod. Translation: Hello! I am looking for all kinds of information on the same balalaika. My name is Vastking Kingpad_SA10_EEA (A007). I live in Moscow.
Hello, I haven't found anything more useful on this model, but I haven't tried too hard to be honest.
Thanks for answer
Hi! Are you currently using this device?
I have an A007 (KingPad_SA10_EEA) manufacturer SPRD, brand VastKing. My display is 1280x480. It was made for a BMW E46 but I am going to use it in a Plymouth Prowler because of the size. Anyway, I found that it has a UNISOC UMS512 CPU. Not sure but it maybe a T610. I did have a problem with Zlink v5.2.3 when using Android Auto. It would stop the music when the nav was speaking and never restart. The vendor sent me an update zip file. THIS IS AN MCU UPDATE!!! This updated Zlink to V5.3.72 and now it works. https://wetransfer.com/downloads/d9...825a62dba56f89108144fdff20221009064018/eedc8a This is only good until Oct 16, 2022. Just had to copy the .zip to a thumb drive (Fat32) and insert it anytime and watch for the message quickly appear to Install. I did get it from Alibaba Navifans Franchised Store.
8.8 inch screen
I got this unit, too. Guess there will be some more information around soon since these are new and very fast units on the market. Mine has 8/128 GB of RAM. Don't like the resolution of the 32 band Equalizer and Radio but everything works pretty fast, so its ok for me. If there are more informations around also how to upgrade to a better Equalizer and Radio App, please share your information
Guys, can you show me the factory settings as I have a major problem finding an option to switch off the standby mode? I can drop some screens from my radio if needed.

Hello Rom80.
I have the same equipment as you, a Wondefoo 8/128G. In my case everything works fine except that the reversing camera shows the inverted image (the sky and clouds are seen at the bottom of the screen).
If you want to send us the screenshots of all the factory setting screens, there are about 25 images. Or we share the settings configuration file "ZQ_FACTORY_SET". The latter is more dangerous because we can have a nice brick.
Have you touched anything in the settings?
