Hi, i have a F3113 with no imei, i want to fix it.
The bootloader is locked because it says Bootloader unlock allowed: No. Thats why the phone isn´t rooted.
I want to know if theres a way to fix it.

i used the unlocker on my hermes and it didnt work, now i have the unlock code for it and when i put my sim acard in it wont ask me for the unlock code like its supposed to. so to anyone that knows, could you please tell me either how to "relock" my phone, how to get my phone to ask me for the unlock code, or even get it back to complete factory settings?
Hey yall, I am hoping and praying that is someone out there in xda that could help me with my problem. I wanted to install the unlock bootloader on my phone, and I followed all the steps and when I was done everything was working okay except I could not connect to me service provider. I went to my service provider to today and they they changed my sim card thing that it was the problem. Now my phone shows signal when I switch it to GSM but when I try to make a phone call it cuts off..
Has anyone had this issue and if yes how did you fix it ?
Have you ever sim-unlocked your phone? If you have, you need to unlock it again using setool and proceed with bootloader unlocking using the setool.bat, not semc.bat. The same goes if your phone is sim-locked. Unlock it with setool.
If you never sim-unlocked your phone, or it was sim-lock free from the time you bought it, unlock the bootloader with semc.bat.
Now, try unlock the bootloader with semc.bat and see what happens.

You may have unlocked your bootloader with the wrong .bat file. What .bat file you used?
Need some help with unlocking a SM-G928T. I go into the TMOB Mobile Device Unlock App and the app said that the IMEI is not in the TMOB DB. So I call TMOB and they confirm they don't have that IMEI and I would have to go back to Samsung to get an unlock code.
The company I have used in the past says that they can unlock it if the IMEI is in the TMOB DB and it is not black listed.
The phone does not prompt for an unlock code when you start it up as it forces you to use the TMOB device unlock app.
Is there a way or a company that can unlock this phone or it not unlockable?

ok, these guys said they got it in the TMOB DB, but the phone won't unlock. They told me to let it do all the OTA updates which I did (Hope my bootloader is not now locked). Nadda.
Any "root" ways to unlock this brick?

Yet - you may get BL unlocked if you are ready to pay.
Money can do miracles, nothing new in it.
2. Read forum unless you understand difference between simlock and bootloader statuses. All this was described here 1000+ times.
what im doing wrong, i have a s4 sgh-i337 lollipop rooted, and i cant see wifi password they show it like encrypted.

Did this happen before or after the phone was rooted?
after, because i rooted the phone to get my saved password and hack wifi, those are my saved password and look how they show and i know thats not the password
Maybe flash back to stock to see what happens? Perhaps the locked bootloader has something to do with it? I'm not sure because I have the i337m.
