[Q] Disabled 3button boot and Freez a boot up

Hello everyone.
I have a little problem now, my phone freez at bootup.
I think i have that one that have the 3buttons disabled becous i can enter recovery mode or download mode.
I havent done anything whit my firmware more than one click root and downloaded mybackup to the phone.
Any one that can help me?

Dont have any camera
When i bootup the phone the Samsung Galaxy S logo comes up.
After then animated S whit the sound comes, stays for a long time, then the screen becomes black. If i touch the touchbuttons they start to light but no more.

okay, then that means your phone is ON
the problem is either a bad flash, or you might just need to go into RECOVERY MODE to clean up the data, and clean up the cache

Yeah, but thats the problem. I cant come in to Recovery mode
i have tryed and tryed but it wont bootup there

you can not enter download mode either?
try the USA version key combo
hold volume up + volume down + power
see if that helps

Dosent work, and no i cant come in to downloader either

it will require to use a ADB on a batch file
open notepad
copy and paste this into notepad
:retry
adb.exe reboot recovery
GOTO retry
save it as
fixsgs.bat
but before you can run it, you will need to download ADB if you don't already have it

Hello,
I got SGS from o2 same issue tried every trick mentioned on internet but still stuck at same point (After Galaxy logo then animation and S sign.... Freezeeee)
Is there any hope?
Or any other way?

I know this isnt what you wanted to hear.
But if you've tried ADB and it still comes up with Device Not Found
I'm afraid you're only hope may be to take it back to retailer and claim ELF (Early Life Failure). Tell them you were upgrading firmware and it bricked and your phone doesn't have three button boot functionality.

agree, if you can't get into the download mode, then the only fix is to send it back to the repair shop for an exchange

[GUIDE] Entering Fastboot using key combinations.

How to enter fastboot mode to rescue your Honor 5x
This is really in need when recovery can't flash or update or when your Honor 5x stuck in boot due to partial or bad flashing/update.
Guide :
1. Power down your Honor 5x.
2. Get ready by placing two fingers on Volume - key and Power button.
3. Make sure your cable is connected to your PC/notebook.
4. Now press both Volume down key and Power button, once both keys pressed, insert the cable to your phone within a second.
Viola! You have entered Fastboot mode successfully...

I wanted to root my phone 5 Android phones do not go to fast boot
Updates got Android 6 problem was solved and the phone to the Fast boot my recovery I installed and root got ... a wrong file installed devices break and I had to re-ROMs official 6 I installed the ... Now again the phone to the Fast boot goes WIPE I I've tested and re-install the ROM again with the volume down and power devices not go to fast boot?
What do I do wrong?

This is a confusing and misleading guide! It should be removed before causing more trouble to people.
Simultaneously pushing all thee buttons: Volume-Up + Volume Down + Power will cause an immediate Factory Wipe/Reset!
At least this is true for Stock AOS 6.
IDK what you tested this on!??

Where are you getting volume up and volume down? Guide only talks about volume down and power...

Plug in your phone to a PC. Be sure USB debugging is enabled. After that type
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
That should take you to fastboot.

[guide] hard brick [needs testing ]

I'd like to say thanks to the live chat for this info
This is pretty much a fail safe recovery
If this fails we have no luck till blank flash
1. Make sure the phone is plugged into a wall charger
2. Press and hold the VOL DOWN key
3. While still holding the VOL DOWN key, press and hold the POWER key
4. Hold both keys down for over 120 seconds. This is more than 2 minutes and will seem like a long time, it will help to time this to ensure the customer holds the keys long enough. Note, it must be more than 2 minutes!
5. After holding the keys down for more than two minutes, release the POWERkey first and then release the VOL DOWN key a few seconds later.
6. The Fastboot screen will display, and the Normal Reboot option will be highlighted
7. Press the VOL UP key and the device will reboot normally or go into fastboot

i've tried in so many ways and the only way I can find my phone in my pc is qualcomm something 9008

This method does not work. I've tried five times and nothing.
Almost fifteen minutes pressing buttons.

I'm here to help , not to be treated like a piece of dirt u can stamp on

If there is an issue with the actual bootloader such as it missing, then this method obviously won't work, you can't simply summon it if you don't have it.
If this is meant for booting one into recovery then it couldn't be done if for example the user had no recovery partition, and could not flash a recovery as their device is not recognised by another which had the ability to flash via fastboot.
Has there ever been an incident in which this method has worked?

Full brick lg k8 k350n 2016

Hello, as the title says I have a full brick, I have tried to testpoint without results, when connecting to the pc install drivers and disconnected after 3 seconds, lgup does not recognize the model, the problem was when installing a custom rom that said the web that was for my cell phone lg k8, I lost the guarantee, what can I do ?.
I've tried everything already and on google I find nothing. Thank you.

I have already researched a bit and the boot.img is the kernel is what I installed, is there no economic way to repair the kernel? a software?

Well when you install/flash wrong kernel things can get very ugly, or it can refuse to flash in your case it seems like a hard bricked. Did you tried guides for unbricking from this and K10’s forum? Can you access fastboot?

I've been 10 days and all day, I read all the tutorials but all say that I enter fastboot or download mode my cell phone k8 does not react to enter those modes I have tried everything and by software is impossible at least for me , voya try to create a jib usb with 990k resistors that I saw a video on YouTube that explained how to do it if it does not work I will try to talk to a friend who has the octopus to see if it can be fixed since it has support for my model, thanks and Anything that can help me to repair it would be very grateful.

The mobile does not go in any way with any combination of possible keys, I do not know where the testpoint is, it does not go into the download mode and it does not even leave the logo of lg.

Press the power key until it gives you vibrate or any sign that phone is going to power on, the press and hold volume down it should give you all black screen with text on bottom saying fastboot mode. If it doesn't try all this but with volume up instead of volume down. I'm not even sure how to enter fastboot since I usually do it from ADB.

Well if it's not recognized in any way when turning on then it's hard brick sorry

Is there no program to launch it fastboot directly?

Mine was bricked.
My solution was to enter in download mode, because other modes just rebooted the phone.
So follow this, and luck:
1-you need a PC turned on and the USB cable plugged already
2-quit the battery of the phone
3-now the phone is obviously off, you have to put the battery in WHILE holding volumen up button and then plug the USB still holding that button
It will enter download mode.
If step 3 doesn't work, try the same but with power button held too, with volume up.
Follow this then:

Nokia 6 - Stuck as Download mode since 3 weeks

Hi, I'm using Nokia 6 ( TA 1000) mobile with Playstore ( i purchased it local mobile shop and they said it's with Play-store. but i haven't received any update from 2017- April security update.
so i found some ways to manual update (https://forum.xda-developers.com/nokia-6/how-to/nokia-6-official-firmware-mena-region-t3664441) and i followed some steps form Xda forum. finally i got oreo update, but my mobile model change to TA-2025 and sounds/camera quality dropped. ( sound looks like mono speaker)
then i tired to go back to old model using OSTLA_v6.1.2.zip
but unfortunately mobile goes to download mode and now it's not turn on or turn off. (display on until battey low )
"Powered by android - download mode" test only in background
Is there a way to fix this issue ? i didn't found any place to fix i

try again if not go recovery
if after couple try, recovery still missing. You must flash it.

When i connect charger, then it's automatically power ON and goes to download mood.
so i tired power off phone in charger, but then it's always restart only ( goes to download mood)

yes, it's work for power off ( display "shout down" in the top left side for the 1st time), but when i plug charger, once again it's goes to download mode.

edit: It seems OST tool won't work. If we are on 8.1
Try use OST LA and flash stock firmware again. Sorry i never used it, so i can't help more.
If you need EDL cable, but it is ordinary usb cable. Only 2 wires put together when flash.
You go always download mode, so i think you not need.

If still goes to download mode, maybe u can try this
Connect ur phone with computer
And open command in OST LA folder
Type this =
fastboot continue
and press enter

mobile restarting and getting "usb detect" sound in PC continues. it's not stop until unplug

Hey guys, Nokia 6 mobile handover to the small repair shop in the town and, now Mobile is working fine, with the TA-1021 and i have updated to Android 9. (may 1, 2019 Security update.)
but now sounds are very loud and it's very annoying. i don't know what happened. but sound quality dropped to very low. and also Mobile camara quality also like VGA camara.
is there a way to fix this issue ? or restore to the original TA-1000 version. :crying: :crying: :crying:

if you have unlocked bootloader, it much easier just download NOST by hikary, and some stock nougat rom.
just flash and it work again.
My ta-1021 have this couple month ago, stuck on download after downgrade from nougat to oreo.

in stock all phone will ship with locked bootloader.
to check just reboot your phone, in "powered by android" display there is a message or not.
if not your phone has locked bootloader.

hmm. only powered by android logo, and then nokia Logo.

is there any tutorials to unclock this bootloader ? my mobile is Nokia 6, TA 1000 ( but current firmware is TA-1021 - android 9 latest update) i want to go back to TA- 1000 or TA 1003 (happy to use android 9 with ta 1000 or ta 1003)
