Just Have A Few Questions - LeEco Le Pro3 Questions & Answers

Looks like I'm going to be sending in my phone for warranty so have a few questions
1. I have a back up of the qfi stock Chinese rom that rom is a developer version though. Does anyone have a stock stable branch rom I could flash?
2. My issue with the phone is that when I shut it off for the night and turn it on in the morning, my battery is always drained by about 40% (eg 100% goes down to 60%) If anyone knows a fix I'd appreciate it. Also does anyone know a proper term for the issue because when I explained my issue to AliExpress and Allianz Group. They are having a hard time believing me that the battery could drain like that with the phone completely off.
My phone model is the Leeco LE Pro 3 XT720

I have seen it in XDA some where can't remember where.
Just remember when you find it don't flash it with twrp.

Battery drain when shutdown
Hi andrew 2401,
i would name your probleme as a leakage....maybe a combination of temperature and a contact problem.

I've used different wall outlets while charging. Maybe I'm missing something but how can it be a outlet or phone tempature issue if occurs only when the phone is off?

I've noticed something strange not sure if it matters though sometimes when my phone boots it vibrates once a has 2 lines of Chinese writing under the Leeco logo. And sometimes it vibrates twice and only has one word in Chinese under the Leeco logo. Any suggestions as to why would be appreciated

Yeah just waiting for Allianz to get back to me because they agree I should have the warranty but I never received the warranty email from them. And the seller and most AliExpress staff are off for Chinese New year

I'm actually in Poland currently so it makes sense for me to buy from AliExpress. I've bought a ton of stuff from them and this is the first issue I've encountered. Plus the issue started having after 30 days so eBay won't have been much help in terms of money back guarantee

phone totatly broken?

hello,
this afternoon my phone keeps hanging while flashing it because I got a BSOD on my computer.
now i cant turn on my mobile, cant put it in recovery mode or even in download mode. the screen does nothing and keeps black without black-light.
is there a way to repair it by myself or have i send it to Samsung?
i'm Sorry for my bad english.
Search. There was a thread about this here! somewhere...
sry to say this but it's probably dead if you can't get the screen to light up. Just in case, look for threads about hard-bricking, there were some posible solutions
take it to samsung and say it wont boot after you tried to update via kies. they will fix it for you

[Q] What type of brick do I have?

I've got myself out of many semi-brick situations but this time it's different. The phone is totally dead. No lights, a black screen with nothing displayed and the battery doesn't appear to be taking a charge. I'd given the phone to my son and now he's understandably upset that I've killed it for him. It happened while flashing with Odin.... It's as dead as a dodo and I assume its an ultimate brick. Is there any recovery when they're this bricked?

You can try Unbrickable mode My Android Solutions
I had this once on my i9000 a while ago. I thought i totally smashed it, but after having the battery/sim removed for several hours i was able to get back into download mode (Vol Down/Home/Power Button). I reflashed a GB Firmware (3 file) and it worked again.
I cannot post outside links yet but look on google and maybe build a Jig (Search for "Samsung Galaxy S JIG"
They are easy to build, maybe its worth a try...
good luck my friend

how can i fix this?
i tried flashing stock rom and stock kernel but it still happens.
i am currently on stock deodexed rom and franco kernel
A lot of ROMs let you change the DPI, maybe it has something to do with that. But I don't know what the hell those weird dots are in the second screenshot.
You could ask around in the franco kernel thread, if that's the only thing you've changed. When did this problem occur for the first time? Right after you flashed the kernel?

Embarrassing that someone loves you? Nah, of course not! But we're getting a tad off-topic. If you were already experiencing this problem before you were rooted, it has nothing to do with that. Was it this way the second you turned on your Nexus 4 for the first time ever? Right after you bought it?

this is not 100% correct. if there is something wrong with the GPU or the memory for the GPU then its quite common that it will cause artifacts these artifacts would also show up in a screenshot because the errors/ issue is being rendered.
so reflash stock images if you still see it then you have to RMA, or contact lg for repairs. it MAY be a hardware problem. so just its a screen shot does not instantly make it a software issue.
I'd say flash stock ROM but 4.2 without any ota and carry on from there

[SOLVED] New rom, less credit on my phone

Everytime I flash a new rom, and start configuring my phone, I receive credit report from my operator with $0.20 less each time. So something is charging me for something. I know it's not much, but I flash a new rom every 2-3 days. Has anyone else experienced this situation?

Do you have Mobile internet?I have same issue before when i don't have mobile internet.:good:
No I don't. So are you saying that if I activate mobile internet, this thing will go away? It's really strange
Can't you just take your simcard out when booting after you flashed the rom? That way it is impossible to be charged.
Yes it is because the device sends a registration sms to samsung and it is an international sms not local.

Of course I can, but I'm more interested in finding the root of this issue.. It's not right if I'm getting charged for nothing. That's why I asked if anyone else experienced the same, or is it just me, so I can decide whom to contact about this

Yeah. Because when u register it is for OTA from Samsung. But once you have a custom rom you cant get OTA from samsung anymore of course ?
But if you remove sim card and make a registration you will be charged once you insert the sim card... I tried it.
