Most my devices experience issues when using 2,4Ghz wifi and bluetooth at the same time. So when i use wifi it is set to 5ghz and work just fine.

In my opinion 5ghz routers are cheap enough to do some update
This maybe some config issue but i am not networking expert.
For example In lg g6 case using 2,4 means that wifi reaches only 50mb/s but on 5ghz its 100mb/s because config is not set correctly.

Thanx for your query. But mine is only Aptx not Aptx-HD.
And also i am not sure it's authentication.
Coz i connect it with my brother htc 10 oreo, and it's using SBC codec!
You might be able to change the channel on your router and find one that doesn't interfere with bluetooth as much. If you google "bluetooth wifi interference" you should find some things to try.

I know there is a lot of talk about a wifi - bluetooth bug in 4.2.1, but doesn't this have to do with wifi and bluetooth both operating at 2.4 GHz? Interference from your bluetooth headset will disrupt your wifi. I experienced this with my Padfone and the solution for me was to change the channel my router operates on until I found one that doesn't interfere with my bluetooth. Only other solution would be to get a router that operates at 5 Ghz...
Maybe. On many other mobiles this is not been a problem.

Then probably the wifi antenna on Nexus 4 is more susceptible to interference...
This is still an issue as of the current release.

I have the same issue here. I will be doing more research on this.
I have this problem as well and i REALLY need my BT
Exact same issue here unfortunately.
Only 2.4GHz get interference but 5GHz networks don't.

I use my Nexus 4 with a motorola BT keybaord and wifi on simultaneously and the wifi drops quite frequently. But it connects back in less than 10 seconds for me so it's not really an issue
Yep, i tracked mine to the router... Definitely a setting in the router... tested my other router and all is well.
PS: the new phone's BT is working as it is supposed to

I'm running stock 4.2.2 and I don't have that issue. I use the headset sometimes at home, and wifi is always ON at home (saving plan data). I'll make some tests today, but I never had any problem with it.

This may be a long shot but if you’re on Project Fi you may want to check the Google wi-fi Assistant. Good Luck!
Reboot your router and it should be all set. Trust me - it just needs to flush.
If reboot doesn't work try changing the WiFi channel if not auto. Good luck!

Rebooted router many times and also left it off for about an hour.. and just tried changing the WiFi channel.. Still no luck.
There was an update for Google Connectivity Services but that still didn't fix it.. I'm not sure if there was one before I notice it couldn't get internet access.

I've had this problem on several custom roms with my N6p, and the only way I could fix it was to go back to the stock rom. You could try flashing the stock boot.img and vendor.img, then wiping system, and flashing your rom and gapps again. I think it has something to do with root, but that is my opinion from just from trial and error flashing. I am on Project Fi.
Have you tried connecting to other WiFi networks? Same behavior?

Are you using a mac address on it? And have you tried flushing and renewing the the address on the router? No other conflicts?
Hi, I had a similar problem on my N6p. I have 2 routers in the house, both use the same SSID. Thanks to WiFI Analyser I have fixed it. My N5, and other devices could 'see' and use both routers but the N6p could not 'see' the downstairs router which was set to channel 13 (2.4GHz). When I changed it to channel 8, the N6p could 'see' it. Bit weird that the N6p has this restriction.

Okay I found out how to make it work.. If I set it to 2.4 from auto it doesn't work.. But if I set it to 2.4 from 5ghz it works..
I have no clue why it doesn't work on auto (including my other devices) it just randomly stopped working without changing anything

It s Bug!
When you are near to WiFi It switch to 5GHz that has problem with Android 5.+
there is no solution other than manually set to 2.4GHz
to make sure completely about it works go to Router Setting and set different SSID and pass for 5GHz
Then on ur phone connect it to 2.4GHz SSID

It can be with some devices... BT and 2.4Ghz WiFi can interfere with each other since both run in the 2.4Ghz range. Change your router/AP's WiFi channel or connect at 5Ghz and the problem should go away.

Just log into your router and set the WiFi channel to the highest number available (11 or 14 depending on region) and test... If it's not better try 1 or 6. Worth a shot.
Good luck.

Use Ite..... I use tidal (wifi) and bt headphones and my Internet very lagging too
In this phone wifi and bt are on one antenna (surely)
Idk since when I'm having this issue but it's quite prominent and disturbing, when I'm connected to the Bluetooth speaker and my WiFi at the same time, the WiFi randomly disconnects and connects automatically and in some case the device doesn't even detect my WiFi network for quite a while. I need to confirm whether I am only one having this issue or it is present in others' handsets as well, thank you.
Which system version are you on? Are you rooted? Did you do any modifications to the system?
I'm on the 8.1.10 and it never happened to me
I'm not having that issue, and I use wifi to listen to tune-in radio while using my BT headphones at the gym. Been doing this for months.

Hello, I have the same problem... I tried a lot of custom rom with android 8.1, same thing... I tried to modify bluetooth parameters. The bug stay...

Yes, it is!! I tried a 5 ghz wifi this morning and have the same speed with bt off and on. So the problem is the interaction wifi/bt on 2.4 ghz.
I also tested a Redmi Note 4 Global in a 2.4 ghz wifi, with and without bt activated and have no issues on the speed.
Voice quality is terrible when using a bluetooth headset with a voip app on 2.4GHz wifi.
I have also had instances where bluetooth device gets disconnected when wifi is turned off.
My 4 year old phone does not have this problem.
There is definitely an issue with this phone. Hopefully a software bug.

Either it's a hardware issue or the problem is caused by WiFi interfering the Bluetooth signal as they both work on the 2.4Ghz band except if you're on 5Ghz WiFi. If anyone on 5Ghz WiFi has the issue too then this might be a hardware issue. I've sold my phone and got a OP3T and it slightly suffers from the same issue too so I guess it's not an hardware issue after all.
i have exactly same issue on android 8.0
Hi, I was able to solve this problem leaving all the modem / router configurations intact and acting only on the phone without needing root or anything else: it was enough to reset the network configurations of my Android device.
Follow the steps below:
1) Settings
2) System
3) Advanced
4) Reset options
5) Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
6) Reset Settings
Once completed, reconnect to Wi-Fi (enter the password as if it were the first connection) and try a speed test to confirm the resolution.
Procedure tested on Mi A1 with Android 9 Patch July 2019.
