Answer is no and dont even try because hardware of both phones are completely different and you could possibly brick your device.

Hi,
Your phone is unlocked.
However, there is no way to get back to "Official" ,if you root it.
The choice is yours.

Hi,
I think you mean "Sim-locked"
The phone itself is not locked, just the sim card.

Hi, interesting this is a very new model of Note 3.
Could you please help me by installing the app Phone INFO ★Samsung★ and post some screenshots here.
If it is possible try to enter the menu [Note 3] Fake Detector and see what does it say.
Download link in my signature.
Thank you.
Can someone please tell me how these two versions of the Note 3 are different?
What do I need to do to get a N9005 ROM to work on an N9007?
The GPS on my device is utterly useless.
I have tried this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2729322
and this

Did the phone ever work properly?
Does the imei in the phone match the imei on the label under the battery?
You have tried other sim cards in the phone?
Tried flashing the latest stock ROM from sammmobile.com?
If these things don't solve the problem, sounds like it could be a hardware problem.

You mean the phone doesn't detect a sim or active sim cards can't connect to the carrier?
You can install the Samsung phone info app from the play store to find out the bootloader, modem, and CSC version on the phone.

What model are you using?
Are you using a custom rom or stock rom?
Did you do anything different before this happened?
You've got to give us more to work with or nobody is going to be able to help
Looks like you try to flash a modem of 910C on your phone.
Is it the correct modem?
Also what is the TWRP version - this could cause the problem.
N910c yesir
