[Q] blue ?

OK I ordered a blue phone and this looks purple to me??and my Dumb question is do I have bad paint job or is this damn thing purple? So disappointed Samsung!!!

I have the blue as well, I hate white phones but the blue with the glossy back sucks.
I ordered the black Carbon Fiber skin for the battery cover and the blk bumper. That should hide all of the ugly purple blue.

I thought it was going to be a more navy blue type color...reaching back to my kindergarten crayola days I would have to say it's more of a perrywinkle blue than a purple, But i'd be satisfied with blurple also. Living in alabama and not being a bama fan was absolute cause for not getting the red one!

I'm not a fan of the blue. It's so shinRyan and metallic. I'm gonna swap it for a white ken next week at the store.

Actually, that cover is not a bumper. It is a clear back cover.
It worked out well. The carbon fiber covers the back and the case is super slim with rubber edge to protect the screen and good for gripping.
No more Periwinkle/purblue and finger prints. on the back only the screen.

I think both black and silver are very cool. If I had to choose, I would pick Silver.

There are several interviews that say no red version will be available. The red was intended for Verizon and they are not going to carry the phone so red seems to be out.

Silver

Not a fan of the design in general but I think the black looks way better. The bright white lines on the silver model really make it appear disjointed and makes it look like a Transformers logo. You can still notice the breaks in the black model but it blends in more.

I've had all black phones for the Galaxy line so now that I'm jumping to HTC I think I'll change it up even more! Silver for me!

Black for me, i like the understated looks of it, always had black phones (or "glamour grey" in the case of One X)

Black if it becomes clear that the coating is tough, otherwise silver as that's the colour any scratches will show up as.

The black looks better IMO.

The silver looks cool. I'm afraid of the black paint fading or chipping. So I'd rather get the silver.

IMHO, the phone is beautiful in any color. However, this thread is similar to asking which Rom is best for your needs. It all comes down to your preference. No one can tell you which color YOU will like best. Cheers!

I wanted to try the Gold but T-Mobile doesn't sell it. I'm tired of black but got it because I didn't want white. I thought about getting this gold case but not sure if it's girly. lol I have a case that has some orange coming and a black case already since the case only came in black.

Same here. I got the black on Tmo but would have got the gold if available. I got a Spigen slim armor in gold and I love it. Looks similar to the caseology but maybe less shiny?

Gold with 3gb ram and 32gb storage is not available in my country so i have to pick white. But gold g3 is very gorgeous.
First gold handset that i appreciate, unlike with s5. S5 in gold look like bandaid or salonpas. No pun intended.

Interested in seeing the most popular color this year. My pre-order pick is the Black Onyx due to Samsung finally bringing back the (true) black color and the AMOLED display just disappears on the bezels at times but the Silver Titanium was very tempting.

I picked up Black Onyx. For me it doesn't really matter what color I picked because it is immediately going into a case.

I'm still torn between Black and Gold. I've got a Gold Note 5 now and I had the Black Sapphire Edge before this, so I think I'll go for true black this time.

Pre-ordered the silver titanium - I've been wanting that color ever since the Note 5. Usually I don't like flashy but something about that silver entices me...

Pre-ordered the silver - tired of the same ol' black phone and the gold is incredibly too "look at me and my $800 phone". The silver is just the right amount of flashy yet classy.

Would have chosen silver if it was an option. Only gold and black are options in the UK, I chose black. The gold looks too poncey for a bloke if you ask me. My wife is getting that one the same day I get mine.
Ridiculous decision by Samsung to restrict colours by country.

Silver for me..pending we get it...we can only pre-order the S7 Edge in Black Onyx at the moment in Canada so I'll wait out a little bit otherwise I may cave and go for the Black Onyx
