hii all. i have samsung galaxy note 4 sm n910f .it has software problem - i dont know baseband version.
it has no root . I do not know wich version (which country) of stock rom needs my mobilphone. i"ve tried a stock rom but it has failed und wrote on note 4"s screen " secure check fail aboot emmc write fail auth vs.." - sorry for my bad english thanks all.

I have a SM-N900K (KT version - South Korea) Galaxy Note 3. I upgraded it to Lollipop 5.0.1 and now IMEI is NULL. I can not fix it. I don't have any EFS backup.
I tried to downgrade by flashing stock 4.4.2 rom : N900KKKUENF2_N900KKTTENF2_N900KKKUENF1_HOME.tar.md5 but got error: SW Rev Check Failed Fused 4 > Binary 3.
I flashed with Stock 5.0 Rom: ALL_KTT_N900KKKU0GOC4_N900KKTT0GOC4_CL4362511_QB4250245_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5 and another Rom: GALAXY_NOTE3_N900K_SPACEX_LOLLIPOP_MANHIT.tar.md5 but still same IMEI Problem!!!
There are not much Custom Rom for SM-N900K. So I tried to flash Sm-N9005 Custom Roms but there are always "Could not do normal boot!" problem.
I live in TURKEY! So I can't send the phone to South Korea. I gave my phone to a phone repairman. He couldn't fix it, even if he used up-to-date box.
I also looked for how to unlock bootloader. But there is none as I saw.
Please help me guys. I couldn't downgrade to 4.4.2 KitKat and still have IMEI null problem.

Why did you flash other variants roms? Because if you flashed right rom it would not brick it and lose imei.
Have you tried efs recovery method somewhere here at q&a forum?

I had this problem 3 or 4 years ago. I found the solution that time. The solution to this problem is kernel if I remember correctly. You have to find a suitable kernel. When you find a suitable kernel for sm-n900k you can use many custom rooms.
Another thing is;
You have to install a custom rom then before starting the phone, flash suitable kernel and the you are good to go.

i got a big problem with my g900f.
since the day i got my phone there is a g900p bootloader running.
i flashed the stock rom G900F and installed CM13
now cm13 is working but ther is the Bootloader an the Modem from g900p
i tried to flash an Bootloader and Modem from g900f but all faild with a Secure check faild : aboot /modem messeg.
i tried to flash the stock rom but it faild too.
edit: if i tried to flash the latest g900p stock rom i get the massage: SW REV CHECK FAIL : (aboot)Fused 3 > Binary 1
has anyone an idea to fix that?

Check what it says the model is in download mode, probably is the G900P

the Download Mode says SM-G900P
the Device Model says SM-G900F
The Baseband and Bootloader says G900PVPU3BOG1
Phone is G900P

then i tried to flash the newest g900P an it works.
But now the main question.
I bought that phone in germany as g900f and of course i believe its a g900p
ist it possible to switch between F / P ?
cause if its not possible i could complain the vendor

You are not alone, many places are doing the same thing to get rid of unwanted models by labelling them as G900F, even changing parts of the firmware, stickers, box etc to say G900F
Download mode never lies, it can not be changed
Next time you buy an S5, check download mode first

I have bought a used Note 4 and it was on kk and in the sitting model name : n910f I tried to update to newer version I downloaded lollipop n910f form sammobile and tried to install it from the Odin but it doesn't
I noticed in the download mod the device is n910p so I return to sammobile and downloaded 6.0.1 of n910p
and I installed it and work good but I have two problems (the language and the locked sim card)
I search in many website to unlock it but I discovered I can unlock it by app it's called ssu or something like that I downloaded the app but it doesn't work and I discovered it work only on kk I tried to return to kk but I can't !! I don't know why
and I tried to install lollipop custom and official Roms and I failed too
so can any body tell what should I do with this phone ????
Hello guys today i update my sprint galaxy s5 to android 6.0.1 marshmallow G900PVPS3CPE2 the problem is that the data not works any more (it is not an apn problem) i was able to fix this problem with the rom XtreStoLite (lolipop 5.0) but now i cant go back to this rom because the phone enter in a bootloop after flashing the rom.
So i decide to donwgrade to android 5.0 again so i try with flashing with odin and zoon after i start odin fails and i recive this messege on my phone:
sw rev check fail fused 3 binary 2
so my question is how can donwgrade?? it is possible?
or there is a rom that enable my data back??

i have a S6 edge plus , it was working fine , i did install alot of Custom roms to try them out , after that i had a stock N rom , it was always flashing , after i flashed a rom , my device number turned from G928F to G920C but still when i connect to pc it says G928F , anyways i flashed the stock rom and there was an update , ihave updated , after that i worked with it for a few days then got back to custom , after the custom rom i wanted to flash the stock and it wont pass it always fail with "sw rev check fail device 5 binary 4 " i dont know whats wrong , can anyone help me please ; btw now the phone wont even copie a custom rom from pc it says disconected or something ,
please help me , i have no idea what to do its morning already and i cant find a solution ,
i will be much thankful if someone help me ;

I did and its working . But if i flashed a custom rom i i will face this problem again ?
usually dont.but now you have new bootloader(from the oficial firmware)and some custom roms maybe not working at all.
you can try each one from twrp as usual.
in any case of problem you can flash oficial again and so on...

I have the the same problem and i solved
This problem happend coz ur devise binary is 5 and the stock rom ur trying to install its binary 4 so u must install the latest firmware binary 5 in order to work with odin
I found the latest firmware binary 5 contains 4 files and worked with me and fixed my devise and it will work for u
I downloaded the rom from site called firmwarex.net u will find the latest rom in this site i cant post link here make sure u type g928f firmeware 4 files firmwarex.net and u will find in the site the links download the link 2gb size and put the rom in odin
