Hello, does anyone know a good working kernel with Fauxsound control for stock 5.1.1?
Thanks!

Nevermind, found it and it's name is Quanta. I now have control over everything I need.

Hey everyone... Just got home from buying my nexus 4... rooted a few minutes ago and got pa installed. Some of the kernels I used on my galaxy nexus aren't here which I'm sure will be OK.... Are there any kernels that stand out above the others in any way?
Thanks for the help!

I'm using Franco Milestone M1 kernel. Seems to be a great combo with PA with about 4.5-5 hrs of SOT. But try other kernel for yourself and see which one is best for you.

I have tried every kernel here, and the best one that works for me is the enhanced stock kernel. Can under clock, under volt and is the snappiest one . Battery life is good too, plus touch control also works

Link?
Will this be compatible with 0.33 radio and tmobile lte?
It is the enhanced 4.2.2 stock kernel by Faux, you can download it from the first page of his thread.
Yes, it should work fine with .33 radio and LTE.

that has nothing to do with flashing kernels. dont listen to anyone that says they recommend to, theyre clueless. btw, try trinity kernel. and while youre at it, every kernel here is good. find the one that fills your needs and that your device likes best.
OP as pointed out....
Thanks
Anyone know how to get this working? Tried downloading app from play store . maybe I'm missing it in the settings somewhere?
That app is based on your kernel....not ROM. Check to see if your kernel is compatible

I thought the matrix kernel supported it. Perhaps I need to flash something on top if it? Just worried I get only 10 hours of battery life...
It worked fine with franco kernel.. Try it

For some reason I can't get color profiles to work on any 4.3 roms? Has anyone gotten it to work? Thanks in advance

that would be best asked in the franco kernel thread.

Are you using franco.Kernel? If that's the case, which version? The current r173 nightly is only for JWR66V (the OTA). It won't work properly with any current ROM.
Is there any mod or app to unlock the screen using the volume keys. In stock rom?
There's a mod on xda community nexus 4 theme's and mods section I think it's called volume rocker mod ,hope this helps.

like the title i ask , if is possible, how to enable DT2W on franco kernel without touch controll/trickster mod application...
thanks a lot to all
P.S. Sorry for my bad english
What's wrong with trickster mod? Trickster is a kernel settings app. That's the only way to enable and disable it unless there's a built in kernel setting changer into the ROM you using or you use a different kernel setting changer

As with the guy above me what's up with touch control, its working beautifully on Franco here. Franco was implementing dt2w but I think he's given up on it. Have a search of the franco kernel thread for more info on it.
