I cleared Walkman data , reboot... it didn't come back again. I saw the update earlier, it just refused to update. Got stuck.

Gapless playback
I don't have gapless playback when using the WALKMAN player... Does anyone else have this issue?
When playing the same files on a different music player, there are no gaps it plays as it should. It appears it's just the WALKMAN app that is putting gaps in between tracks - even though a quick google search says that it supports gapless playback.
Also, as an aside, does anyone else find it annoying that the app files artists that begin with "the" under the letter T?!

I'm on Ported Walkman Ver. - 8.1.A.0.7 at the moment, Can you post the change-log, as well?

My 4.4.2 UK version comes with 8.1.A.0.6, and no updates received so far.

You need a Smartband for that. App will only count time that you have spent in apps, or taking pictures. No motion whatsoever.

Just using this app is no use , it need to download LiveWare™ manager, and lifelog app
but when you connect the smartband using NFC on 4.3 device, Liveware manager will said it needs 4.4 firmware

I think there is no way for 4.3 device to work, because it needs 4.4 features
The only way to work is to use custom 4.4 rom on the old phone
It is working when I use custom 4.4 rom on my old Xperia V
But it is not stable, so finally I brought Z2

Any news I will buy Xperia M, which has both NFC and BT4.0 and I would love to work on it.

These faces do display step, battery and other information - have a look for yourself.
Just be sure about this one important thing - it is a standalone device - for use with a nano 3G sim card, like a regular phone.
It will not work like Android Wear - it can display some notifications from your phone via Bluetooth but no phone calls or text messaging is/are possible.
It is a real phone in a watch.

URGENT WARNING !! - DO NOT use the add watch face option at the end of the installed watch face chain which is an + symbol.
The server used to host the faces available through this option is hosted in China and has terrible trouble delivering the face to the watch.
This quite often ends up with a half installed watch face which then corrupts the launcher database.
It ends with the watch failing to boot correctly to the launcher and the only solution is to flash the watch with original firmware (a scary process for some ! )

PACEfied Amazfit | Huami/Xiaomi AmazFit PACE - GPS Problem

Hi friends.
I flashed the PACEfied ROM in my Amazfit watch chinese version (versions 1.2.11c and after 1.2.13) but in the same versions I can't track GPS activities.
The message "AGPS has expired, gps searching will be slow Please connect the Amazfit watch app to update it" shows when i select Run ou Walk options, for example.
I select the button check and the watch starts search for GPS (believe in me, i tried in open spaces and haven't sucess).
Anyone knows what's happening?
The watch is currently with the PACEfied 1.2.11c and the Amazfit Watch app in smartphone is the chinese version 1.3.2.

You've got this problem since a long time ? Didn't try to use activities since Amazfit 2.0, so i tried to return on previous apk but still AGPS issue anyway

The issue began with the update of the amazfit watch android App.

Same problem here, I have the international version with official 1.3.5 firmware.
New android app doesn't seem to send the AGPS data to phone. When it's syncing (health data, sports data, etc..) you can briefly see moment where it says "AGPS" but it's way too short to actually be sending anything.
Maybe I'll look for older version - should work fine.
EDIT: App version "Amazfit Watch 1.7.4.2" seems to work fine.

Hi. Same issue here. I 've had the same message over and over. Even when GPSworks (half the time I need it), it places me in parts of the country I have never been. Sometimes I also get GPS track with blanks and a GPS route that shows as if I have been zigzaging all tims and keps jumping from one side of the river I have been following to another side!

I will try and give you feeb back. Hope it will available soon on play store, and it will defeat the wearfit and wearfit2.0 to be the best app for DT78/DT92.
However, it seems very difficult to auto establish the connection and reconnecting...after disconnected

I don't know how the firmware can be reverted. I got the firmware v8.05 in a zip file which also included 2 more .bin files

Which version is showed on your watch before and after ? Did you OTA without any troubles? And where do you got the firmware?

In product specifications description advertisements it is said that OTA is supported but now they refuse to support.

I recommend that DO NOT OTA update firmware for this watch since it has nothing changes except that the version number code: v6.05, v6.06, v6.09, v8.02, v8.04, v8.05 ....even v12.01
All the Chinese smart band's firmware is not interchangeable ... even in the same model code.

It auto re-connect BLE device if the connection is broken (Wearfit2.0 can do this-for example if we move the watch far from the phone- the connection break, however then if the watch moves back again close to the phone the connection will auto re-connect)

What this does is if our device is disconnected it will keep on trying to connect to it until a connection is established.

Auto re-connect has been there, the reconnection is not immediate as it depends on the phone's scanning interval.
Please note that it may not work if Bluetooth is turned off intentionally or when the app stops due to error 133

Watch faces are hardcode in the firmware, recently there aren't have the solution to add more watch-face to DT78 (except the three additional option can be changed thru the sync-app)
These three watch-faces also cann't be modified thru the sync-app. Default it is available in the firmware, but not showed-up on the watch; It is only activated by calling the active code thru the sync-app

I dumped data from the SPI flash chip and found watch faces but the format is unknown.
Using RGB8, I get discolored images. 0xFF (white) gives bluish color on the watch
